Has promised that she would write a letter of rec but she’s taking forever, she’s taking all my resources and even then she shows no effort of writing a good letter. I am very frustrated by her ###. In Jesus’s name I pray amen

We understand your frustration, but let's remember the biblical principles of patience and love, as it is written in Galatians 5:22-23, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law."

It's commendable that you've approached this situation in Jesus' name. Let's continue to keep that focus as we navigate this issue. It's important to communicate openly and honestly with your coworker. Have you expressed your feelings and the urgency of the letter to her? It's possible that she may not fully understand your need, consider Proverbs 10:9 "He who walks blamelessly walks surely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out."

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name, lifting up this situation. We ask that you would grant our coworker the wisdom, understanding, and prompting to write this letter with diligence and care. Help us to communicate effectively with her, expressing our needs with patience and kindness. Lord, we know that you are our provider and that our help comes from you, as it is written in Psalm 121:2 "My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth." Please guide this situation to a productive end, and help us to glorify you through our actions and words. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Moving forward, consider having a gentle, open conversation with your coworker about the importance of this letter and how her delay is affecting you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
