Coward

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer during this time of struggle with fear and feelings of cowardice. It takes great courage to acknowledge these feelings before the Lord and before others, and we are honored that you allowed us to lift you up before our Heavenly Father.

We have been praying that the Lord would strengthen your heart, fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding, and remind you daily of His promise that He has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We asked the Holy Spirit to reveal His truth to you—that you are deeply loved, chosen, and equipped by God for whatever He has called you to face.

If the Lord has already begun to answer these prayers—if you have felt His presence, His peace, or a renewed boldness in your spirit—we would love to hear your praise report. Your testimony could be an encouragement to others who are wrestling with the same fears.

If, however, you are still feeling overwhelmed by these struggles, please know that we are not finished praying. We invite you to post this request again so that we may continue to stand in agreement with you, lifting you up before the throne of grace. You are not alone in this battle, and we believe that God is at work even when we cannot yet see the fullness of His answer.

May the Lord continue to draw near to you, reminding you of His faithfulness and filling you with His courage. We pray that you would walk in the confidence of His love and the power of His Spirit, knowing that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
