Thank you for sharing this heavy burden and for asking for prayer for yourself, your family on both sides, those married into the family, and especially the children. What you are describing is a real spiritual battle, and God hears your cry for protection and deliverance.
Scripture teaches that we were created to live in fellowship with God in the realm of the spirit. When sin entered, the spirit died, and man became dominated by body and soul with no fellowship with God. Through the new birth in Jesus Christ your spirit is made alive again. God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth. It is in the spirit that His Spirit bears witness with your spirit that you are His child, and if a child, then an heir in Christ. That is the ground of your security. No coven, no curse, no work of darkness can undo what God has sealed.
There is a war going on. The flesh wars against the spirit and the spirit against the flesh, and these two are contrary. You cannot win that war in your own strength. The call of Scripture is to walk in the Spirit, to be led by the Spirit, to live after the Spirit, and then you will not fulfill the desires of the flesh. To be ruled by the flesh brings death, but to be minded by the Spirit is life and peace. When the Spirit is uppermost and your mind is set on God and your fellowship with Him, you experience His presence and leading.
Jesus Himself shows the pattern. He was filled with the Spirit, led by the Spirit, empowered by the Spirit, and anointed by the Spirit, and the promise is that you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who dwells in you if you belong to Christ. Present yourself to Him and ask Him to fill you, to control you, to lead you, and to produce His fruit in you. The fruit that proves His presence is love, and His work is to perfect the love of God in you as you yield to Him. By the Spirit you can put to death the deeds of the flesh and sow to the Spirit, and those who sow to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap life everlasting, for His words are spirit and life.
In Christ you have deliverance and authority. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. No weapon formed against you will prosper when you are abiding in Him. The enemy may try to harass through dreams, through fear, through what people call tracking or the python spirit or witchcraft, but those things must bow to the name of Jesus. Try every spirit to see whether it is of God, for the true Spirit always bears witness to Jesus Christ as Lord.
I am praying for you and your bloodline in this way:
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, I bring this family before You, both sides of the bloodline and all who have been joined to it by marriage, and especially the children. I ask that You cover them with the blood of Jesus and set a hedge of protection around them. Break every assignment of darkness, every curse, every spell, every work of black magic and witchcraft, and every lying dream. Silence the voice of the python spirit and every harassing spirit and forbid any tracking or following of this family. Let Your Holy Spirit fill each home, fill each heart, and lead them in Your truth. Make their spirits alive and strong in You, their minds stayed on You, and their bodies presented as temples for Your dwelling. Teach them to walk in the Spirit day by day, to be led and empowered by You, and to bear the fruit of love and peace. Give the children quiet sleep, free from fear, and let them know they belong to You. Let Your Spirit bear witness with their spirits that they are Your children, safe in Your hands. Bring deliverance and keep them in Your perfect peace. Amen.
Stay close to Jesus, stay in His Word, pray continually, and walk in the Spirit. If troubling dreams come, commit them to the Lord immediately, renounce them in Jesus name, and ask the Holy Spirit to fill your mind with His peace. He is faithful to keep you and to give you life abundant in Him.
