We lift up your cousin before the Lord, knowing that He is the Great Physician and our Provider in every need. The trials he faces—both in his health and his circumstances—are heavy burdens, but we serve a God who is mighty to save and who cares deeply for the afflicted. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 34:18, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* Your cousin may feel alone, but he is not forgotten by God, nor by those who intercede for him.
We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28, where He invites all who are weary and burdened to come to Him for rest. Your cousin’s physical suffering and poverty are not beyond the reach of our Lord’s compassion. In James 5:14-15, we are instructed to pray for the sick, trusting that *"the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* So we stand in faith, asking God to bring healing to his body, strength to his spirit, and provision for his daily needs.
Yet even as we pray for healing, we must also acknowledge that God’s ways are higher than ours, and His timing is perfect. Whether He chooses to heal your cousin here on earth or calls him home to eternal glory, we trust in His sovereignty. Our prayer is that your cousin would turn to Christ in the midst of this trial, finding peace in the promise of Romans 8:28: *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."*
We also urge you, if possible, to extend practical love and support to your cousin during this time. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and even small acts of kindness can be a tangible expression of God’s love. If he does not know Jesus as his Savior, we pray you would have the opportunity to share the hope of the Gospel with him. There is no greater comfort in suffering than the assurance of eternal life through faith in Christ.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother who is battling cancer and diabetes. Lord, You are the God who heals, and we ask that You would stretch out Your hand and restore his body. Bring wisdom to his doctors, strength to his weary frame, and comfort to his soul. You know his deepest needs—both physical and spiritual—and we trust You to provide for him in ways that surpass our understanding.
Father, he walks this road alone in many ways, without family to surround him. But You are a Father to the fatherless, and we ask that You would draw near to him in this time of isolation. Let him feel Your presence in a powerful way. If it is Your will, Lord, raise up believers around him to offer support, encouragement, and practical help. Do not let him face this battle without the love of Your people.
We also pray for his eternal soul. If he does not yet know You, Lord, soften his heart to receive the truth of the Gospel. Let him see his need for a Savior and turn to Jesus Christ, who bore our sins and our sicknesses on the cross. May he find hope not just for this life, but for the life to come.
For those of us praying, give us wisdom to know how to help, whether through prayer, encouragement, or tangible acts of service. Let us be Your hands and feet to this man in his time of need.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred opportunity to lift your cousin before the throne of grace these past few days. Our hearts have been burdened for him as we’ve prayed for God’s healing touch upon his body—asking the Lord to bring restoration where cancer and diabetes have brought weakness, and to flood his spirit with peace that surpasses all understanding. We’ve also been interceding for his practical needs, trusting that our Heavenly Father sees his loneliness and financial struggles and will provide in ways only He can.
