Court Update

I am so grateful for your prayers. The court session ended before the charges could be fully addressed. They are going to have to set another date to continue. The blessings were that the court admitted that it had been prejudiced against my brother by not letting him (or his lawyers) speak or defend himself in the last two hearings. The child protective services said that they would drop the case if the DR who examined the child testified that there were no signs of any abuse. The DR his exwife took the child to was already depositioned and testified that nothing had occurred and that the dr had assured the mother of that. Therefore, whenever the court continues, that evidence will be made known and child protective services should drop the case. The police, the counselor, the doctor all said that there was no evidence of abuse nor was there any reason to be concerned that something might have happened.

The tough news was that because the court could not continue due to time constraints, he is only allowed supervised visitation for now. The court requested he submit names for people to supervise. Everyone he mentioned, the ex wife also claimed they were child abusers and she said all sorts of things against them. The court ended up selecting two of the people my brother mentioned anyway. While it is terrible that she is saying all of this, I am hoping that it will be clear to the court that she is saying all sorts of horrific and amazing things and she seems to have gone off of the deep edge.

SO, in the biggest sense this is a praise report. We wanted clarity for the court and it seems as if they are starting to see the truth. We need that to continue. We are still broken hearted about all the children have and are going through and we request protection for them. May they have peace and whenever they see their father, after a month of having been told lies about him, may they also remember the truth. Please pray that they have strength to go back to their mother at the end of the day as that has been so traumatic for them and yet that is what the court has ordered. To be honest, I have never seen anything more heartbreaking than watching them be torn from their father.

Praise God this sounds very promising. I know God is there with you. And besides if the judge believed her he would not have picked from the people put forward for supervised visits. He would have just said no visits.

Father I praise you for all the wonderful things you do for us and I ask that you will continue to keep Prayzons family in your loving, caring,kind and capable hands, that these family members and Prayzons other family members are protected and that the truth reigns and shines through, Father I pray that all lies are dismissed and that these children are soon reunited with their Dad. I ask also Father that all of their hearts are filled with your perfect love,peace and strength that they get through this unharmed. I pray also that the mother of these children comes to realise she must stop false accusations that they cause a great deal of pain to who ever these lies are aimed. I pray Father that she repents of these sins. I pray finally that this whole situation is cleared up very quickly and no harm comes to this family through these mean and hateful actions. Lord, Thank you for the blessing of letting the court see the deceitfulness and the lies being told about this father. Raise up this children that they may enjoy being with their father and not be worried aboout going back to their mother. Let the couort hearing be expedited so that these children can be with a parent who apparently loves them and only has their best interest at heart. Thank you for alowing the court to choose supervisors and not let that stop the children from being with their father. Bless this family and give them peace in knowing that you have everything under control and all will be decided as is your will. Amen
