Coronavirus obsession

I see a problem, and I hope I'm not the only one enlightened enough to see it. {Because usually people are so programmed to think a certain way, that they can't see the forest for the trees.} The problem, while everyone talks constantly about coronavirus, and the alarmist news makes it the first subject, or at least after a minute or 2 of other news, goes back to it, also, they start with someone else's problem, but while they're doing this, get in a plug about coronavirus, which has nothing to do with the original problem. The problem with obsessing over it is this... {besides me having to listen to a subject which has nothing to do with my specific interest} the problem, guess what? You don't have to have coronavirus to have problems. And what happens is, people with financial issues [non-covid related], people with other illnesses, etc., ARE BEING OVERLOOKED, because people who are obsessed give attention to only one subject, {or go back to it immediately} So while everyone is focusing on that 24/7, others with other problems are being brushed aside. If someone in the hospital goes into cardiac arrest, that person is someone's loved one too, just as much so as the coronavirus patient. God is no respecter of persons. Look at the Bible. Who did Jesus heal? The blind, the deaf, etc. "And He went about healing ALL manner of sicknesses, and ALL who were oppressed of the devil." ALL. It doesn't read, "Jesus ONLY showed compassion for coronavirus patients, but let everyone else with problems just rot." That's just favoritism. Let's give some attention to other things, too. Because some of the rest of us need help, too. Huh?

Sometimes you have to wonder when the media keeps reporting the same things over and over. What is really going on that we don't know about and should know about. Spreading fear has become very real to so many that will probably never have the virus or be little affected by it. You are so right ###. So many people with other illnesses and depression are being overlooked. Look at the amount of procedures people needed and still need so that corona virus patients can and could be helped. Some there weren't even many cases of the virus in their hospitals. I agree people are conditioned to think a certain way. I wrote this to my ###. The good thing about the virus (only good thing) is that a lot of people have come to know Jesus as their Savior all around the world. Praise the Lord!
