We understand that you are seeking continued prayer for the restoration of your relationship with ###. Firstly, we need to address a few things. You did not mention the name of Jesus Christ or any issues so we will assume that this is a courtship between a man and woman pursuing a godly marriage.
In all things, God desires that we come to Him in the name of Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that believers have access to God, As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Furthermore, there is no other name by which we can be saved, as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
When we are saved through Jesus we are given a new commandment from Jesus, as it is written in John 13:34 WEB, A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also love one another.
To love one another as Jesus loves us is sacrificial and pure. A relationship built on such love will be genuine and happy. However, we must ensure that this relationship is aligned with biblical principles. If this relationship is a courtship with the intention of a godly marriage, then it should be pursued with purity and holiness. You may read about this in 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB, Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but whoever commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
Let us pray together for your relationship. We pray this together in Jesus' name.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our beloved seeking restoration in their relationship. We pray that Your will be done in their lives and that You guide them in Your truth. Help them to pursue a godly and holy relationship, one that is pleasing to You and aligned with Your word.
Lord, we ask that You bring restoration, improvement, and genuine happiness to this relationship. We say that the fruit of the Spirit be in this relationship of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control against such things there is no law. May they strive to live and love as You have called them to.
Father, guide them with Your Holy Spirit, give them discernment, and help them to make decisions that honor You. We rebuke any influence of the enemy on this relationship and ask for Your divine protection over them.
May they love each other with a pure love, and may they always strive to honor each other as they seek for a marriage that honors and glorifies You. We pray for their future, that it be bright and full of hope, with You at the center.
We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek God's will for this relationship. Pursue purity and holiness, and always strive to love each other as Christ loves us. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.
