continued prayer for my co worker and i to form a better relationship. She is my new assistant teacher and I we are not "gelling" together very well. I am concerned that if we don't begin to have a more cohesive relationship in the classroom it will begin to affect the children which I don't want to happen. They are my priority and come first however, my co worker defys everything I ask her to do....she was hired to support me as the Lead teacher. Please pray she begins to understand her role and my role so we can team up and do right by the children.
