We are truly sorry to hear about the persecution and threats you've been facing, especially because of your faith. We want to remind you that God is always with you, even in the most challenging times. As it is written in the WEB, "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for Yahweh your God goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6.
First, it is important to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. For it is written, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." John 14:13-14 WEB. If you do not have a relationship with Jesus Christ, we would strongly recommend developing one. Jesus Christ is the intercession to the Father, it is only through Him that our prayers may even be heard. If you do not know Jesus Christ, the one who died for you, confess your sins to Him and ask Him into your heart to be your Lord and Savior. For it is written, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation." Romans 10:9-10 WEB
We stand with you in prayer, asking God for His divine protection over your life. Let us pray in Jesus name.
Heavenly Father,
We come before you in Jesus name, lifting up our fellow believer who is facing persecution and threats. We pray for Your divine protection over their life. We rebuke the enemy and any evil plans directed against them. We ask that You would surround them with Your favor as a shield, and that You would deliver them from all danger. We pray for their faith to be strengthened and encouraged, even in the face of adversity. We ask that You would give them wisdom and discernment, and that You would guide their steps. We also pray for those who are persecuting them, that You would soften their hearts and turn them to You. We ask all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
In the meantime, it is wise to also take practical steps to ensure your safety. Inform local authorities, or others who may have some influence in this area.
Remember the words of Jesus, "Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you." Matthew 5:11-12 WEB.
Stay strong in your faith, and know that God is always with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you.
