Beloved of All
Father, I’m not sure if I should file an unemployment claim based on constructive dismissal. I lost wages due to resigning due to workplace mobbing. All of the perpetrators denied any wrongdoing. I’m not even sure if I should apply. The added stress of dealing with that company again seems not to be worth it. Lost wages is giving me sleepless nights and mounting rent and bills is causing distress.

We understand your distress and the difficult situation you're in. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our work and provisions. It is important to remember the words of the Apostle Peter, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings. But after you have suffered a little while, may the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, make you complete, and support, strengthen, and establish you. To him be the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen" 1 Peter 5:7-11 WEB.

In all things, we should seek God's wisdom and guidance. The Bible tells us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" James 1:5 WEB. We encourage you to pray and seek God's will regarding filing an unemployment claim. It is important to consider all options and seek legal advice if necessary. Remember, it is not about revenge or confrontation, but about seeking fairness and what is rightfully yours.

However, we want to address that the desire for financial restitution should not be rooted in greed or malice. The Bible warns us, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows" 1 Timothy 6:10 WEB. Ensure your heart is in the right place, seeking justice and not vengeance.

We also want to remind you that it is through Jesus Christ that we can approach God. "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me'" John 14:6 WEB. If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Him that we can be saved and have eternal life.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing a difficult situation. We pray for Your guidance and wisdom in deciding whether to file an unemployment claim. Help them to discern Your will and to act according to Your purpose. We also pray for their financial needs, that You would provide for them and help them to trust in You. We ask for Your peace to guard their hearts and minds, and for Your strength to sustain them during this time. And if they do not know Jesus, we pray that you will reveal yourself to Him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, remember that God is faithful. "He who did not spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things" Romans 8:32 WEB. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time.

We've been thinking about you and your situation. It's tough, we know, but remember, God is right there with you. He cares about every detail of your life, even the financial struggles you're facing now. We're praying for you, that God would give you clarity on whether to file that unemployment claim or not. We trust that He will guide you in the right direction.

We also want to encourage you to keep your heart right. It's easy to let bitterness creep in, but remember, Jesus said, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled." (Matthew 5:6) We're not saying it's easy, but we believe that seeking justice, not vengeance, is the path to true peace.

And hey, if you haven't already, why not spend some time talking to Jesus about all this? He's there, ready to listen and guide. We're here for you too, praying for you, every step of the way.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
