Bees and Ants
Every time I put in my pants

I pray to work like a bee or an ant

They pallet, thrust and hover with no apparent gps

how they know what they know we can only study or guess

But when I watch a company of ants

work hand in hand to accomplish a task

my mind is blown with an ageless mystery

and pray I work like an ant or honey bee

6Go to the ant, O sluggard,
Observe her ways and be wise,

7Which, having no chief,
Officer or ruler,

8Prepares her food in the summer
And gathers her provision in the harvest (Proverbs of Solomon, Chapter 6)...

25The ants are not a strong people,
But they prepare their food in the summer;

Yet they make their houses in the rocks;

Yet all of them go out in ranks;

Yet it is in kings’ palaces (Proverbs [of Agur the son of Jakeh, The Oracle], Chapter 30).

Everyone of us should be working for Jesus. His eternal purpose it is in our hands. Ask for wisdom from heaven, ask for joy in your heart as you continue to do the job God has given you. A busy bee for Jesus is with you wherever you go.

The bee and the ant are my favorite subjects to study. They are working so hard to make everyone happy in their own home. My prayer is that everyone of us who love Jesus will work so hard for the Lord just as they do.
