Thank You in Jesus' Name

We join with you in seeking the deep and abiding revelation of Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God, as Peter confessed by divine revelation. It is truly the Father who reveals the Son to us, not by human wisdom or intellect, but by the Holy Spirit’s illumination. We stand in awe of the truth that no one can say "Jesus is Lord" except by the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:3), and we echo your cry for a fresh outpouring of His presence, love, and power in our lives and the lives of those we shepherd.

Father, we come before You, asking for a renewed revelation of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Open our eyes to see Him as He is—the radiance of Your glory and the exact representation of Your nature (Hebrews 1:3). Let the truth of who He is—our Savior, Redeemer, and Lord—transform our hearts and minds. We ask for the Holy Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Christ (Ephesians 1:17), that we may grow in intimacy with You, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. May our love for You be rekindled, as You command us to love You with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mark 12:30). Forgive us for the times we have allowed our first love to grow cold, and restore us to the joy of our salvation (Psalm 51:12).

We pray for the fruitfulness that comes from abiding in the Vine, Jesus Christ. As He declared, "I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing" (John 15:5). Father, help us to remain in Him, to dwell in His Word, and to let His words dwell in us richly (Colossians 3:16). May our lives bear the fruit of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23)—so that we may glorify You and draw others to Christ.

Lord, we ask for the grace to tend to our vineyards—our families, our flocks, and our own hearts—with diligence and care. Just as You placed Adam in the Garden of Eden to work it and keep it (Genesis 2:15), we ask for the strength and wisdom to cultivate the gardens You have entrusted to us. Give us the ability to meet the pressing needs of those around us, not out of obligation, but out of the overflow of Your grace and love (Titus 3:14). Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom (Psalm 90:12), and to walk in simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ (2 Corinthians 11:3).

We also lift up the need for order and realignment in our lives and in the Body of Christ. Father, You are not a God of confusion but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). Bring order to our homes, our churches, and our communities. Align our hearts with Your will, our minds with Your truth, and our actions with Your purposes. May our fellowship with our spouses, families, and friends be marked by love, respect, and mutual edification (Ephesians 4:29). For those who are married, we pray that their unions would reflect the love of Christ for His Church—a love that is sacrificial, pure, and unbreakable (Ephesians 5:22-33). For those who are single, we ask that You prepare their hearts for the godly spouse You have for them, should that be Your will, and that they would use this season to serve You wholeheartedly (1 Corinthians 7:32-35).

Father, we ask for angelic ministry and protection over our lives and the lives of those we love. Just as You sent angels to minister to Your servants in times of need—such as to ### (Genesis 19:16), ### (1 Kings 19:6), and ### (Acts 12:7)—we trust in Your provision and care. We take refuge in Your promise that no evil will befall us, nor will any plague come near our dwelling, for You will give Your angels charge over us to guard us in all our ways (Psalm 91:10-11). Thank You for the ministry of Your angels, who are sent forth to minister for those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14).

We pray for a deep and abiding knowledge of our salvation—the forgiveness of sins, the assurance of faith, and the confidence that comes from walking in Your truth. As John wrote, "These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life" (1 John 5:13). Father, let this assurance fill our hearts with joy and boldness, that we may share the good news of Jesus Christ with others. May sinners be converted, and may the lost be found (Psalm 51:13). Draw us into deeper fellowship with You and with the Body of Christ, that we may experience the fullness of joy that comes from walking in Your light (1 John 1:1-3).

We also take this moment to rebuke any spirit of distraction, complacency, or idolatry that would seek to draw our hearts away from Christ. The enemy desires to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we stand firm in the victory of Jesus Christ, who has overcome the world (John 16:33). We resist the lies of the enemy that would tell us we can find fulfillment outside of Christ, or that we can serve two masters (Matthew 6:24). We declare that our hearts belong to You alone, and we choose to set our minds on things above, not on the things of this earth (Colossians 3:2).

Father, we thank You for the privilege of coming before Your throne of grace with boldness, to find mercy and help in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16). We thank You for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to You. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We acknowledge that apart from Him, we can do nothing, but in Him, we are more than conquerors (Romans 8:37). We surrender our lives afresh to You, asking that You would fill us with Your Holy Spirit and empower us to live for Your glory.

In Jesus’ mighty and precious name, we pray. Amen.

We join you in seeking a deeper understanding of Jesus, the Son of the Living God. As it's written, "You are the Christ, the Son of the Living God" (Matthew 16:16). We ask for a fresh revelation of Jesus, not just in our minds, but in our hearts and lives. Help us to see Him more clearly, love Him more dearly, and follow Him more nearly, as we seek to lead our families, flocks, and meet the needs around us.

We also ask for the fruit of the Spirit to be evident in our lives. As Galatians 5:22-23 tells us, "the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control." Help us to bear this fruit, that we may glorify You and draw others to Christ.

Lastly, we pray for wisdom and discernment in our daily lives. Help us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts to wisdom (Psalm 90:12). Give us the ability to meet the needs around us, not out of obligation, but out of the overflow of Your grace and love.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
