Confrontation In My Job

I am responsible for construction safety in a construction company. Some workers & staff members lack of safety awareness. The frontline supervisors also ignore safety and they take no action against dangerous act or situation. The subcontractor's supervisors & main contractor's management always confront me.

Please ask God to improve the current situation. Please ask God to give me wisdom, talent, leadership and eloquence to manage safety well. Thank you !
