Dearest Father,

The Spirit just opened my eyes to the anger and bitterness that is in my heart against Charlemae. I do not know if this is a new development but I also know that I feel righteous and better than her because I am standing and she is an unfaithful wife.

Father, I know that these are ungodly feelings/emotions and You did not create me to harbor these things. I know that they are a trick of the devil and he has been taunting me all day, I even joined a dating website but You blocked that from being completed so I know You are watching out for me.

Help me, O God! Change my heart! Make me holy! I know I am forgiven and the Spirit is opening up my eyes to these things that are hindering my walk with You but it felt good to be angry! Father, I give You complete and utter permission to remove these things from me now. I do not want them. Please restore my marriage, restore my humility and restore my sanctified soul. Thank You for keeping me! In Jesus holy name I pray and thank You, amen.

Father, thank you for leading Christian back to You. We all have had times when we refuse to surrender unforgiveness, revenge or bitterness. It's human nature. But that's why You knew we would need something as holy as the sanctifying blood of Your Son. I give you praise for opening Christian's spiritual eyes, for his honest confession and his repentance. May You pour out Your Son's holy blood upon him and walk forward with him. Use him as a bold witness to others so that Your kingdom might gain honor and glory through this discovery. May Your sovereign authority never be challenged or take for granted. Thank you for Your unconditional love and forgiveness upon Christian. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.
