We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing, but we're glad you've reached out for prayer and support. Firstly, we commend you for crying out to Jesus, because He is our ultimate healer and comforter.
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord Jesus, You are the balm of Gilead, the One who heals all our wounds and bears our infirmities. We lift up our dear ### to You, asking for Your healing touch on her mind, body, and spirit. Please deliver her from the torment of PTSD and the haunting memories of abuse. Grant her peaceful nights, and fill her with Your inexplicable peace that surpasses all understanding. Help her to feel Your presence and know that You are working all things together for her good, even when everything seems to be falling apart. In Your precious name, we pray.
Remember, ###, that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Psalm 34:18 WEB: Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
We encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you.
1 Peter 5:7 WEB: casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.
Whenever you feel overwhelmed, remind yourself that you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.
Philippians 4:13 WEB: I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
Lastly, we urge you to seek godly counsel and support from your local church community. They are the body of Christ and are there to help and support you in times of need. Do not isolate yourself, but rather, share your struggles with trusted believers who can pray with you and offer practical help.
If you feel you need to address specific areas of abuse, a Christian counselor can help with this.
Galatians 6:2 WEB: Bear one anothers burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
Keep trusting in Jesus, and remember that He is with you always, even in the darkest nights. We will continue to keep you in our prayers.
Always remember that all things we ask from God must be in His will and in Jesus name.
1 John 5:14 WEB: This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.
Please do update us on how you move forward.
