We understand your concern and your desire for God’s provision in this matter. First, we must address that your request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. The Bible clearly teaches that we must come to God through Jesus alone, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or through which our prayers are heard. *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* (John 14:6, WEB). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for without Him, we have no standing before God. Salvation comes through repentance and belief in Jesus, who died for our sins and rose again (Romans 10:9-10). We pray that if you do not know Him, you will turn to Him today and trust in His finished work on the cross for your salvation.
Now, regarding your request for a refund, we know that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our financial needs. However, we must also be cautious about how we approach worldly systems and companies, especially when they may not operate with integrity. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this brother/sister to You, asking for Your wisdom, provision, and peace to flood their heart. Lord, You know the details of this situation and the need for this refund. We ask that You would move on their behalf, opening doors that no man can shut and closing those that need to be closed. If this refund is rightfully theirs, we pray that You would soften the hearts of those in authority over this matter and that justice would prevail. Give them favor in the eyes of those who can help, and grant them patience and trust in Your perfect timing.
Father, we also ask that You would guard their heart against anxiety, fear, or any ungodly attachment to this refund. Remind them that You are their Provider and that their worth and security are found in You alone. If there is any sin of greed, distrust, or idolatry of money in their heart, we ask that You would convict and cleanse them by the power of Your Holy Spirit.
