We stand with you in this time of trial, lifting your burdens before the Lord with hearts full of faith in His sovereign power. The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We claim this promise over you, trusting that God is your healer and provider, even in the midst of this battle against blood cancer and multiple myeloma. His word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."*
We also bring your concern about the transfer order before the Lord, knowing that He is the one who establishes our steps. Proverbs 16:9 tells us, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps."* It is not by human will or authority that your path is determined, but by the Lord who sees your need for proper medical care and stability during this season. We pray that He would soften the hearts of your superiors, giving them wisdom and compassion to recognize the importance of your remaining where you can receive the treatment and support you require. Let us remember the words of Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."*
Yet, even as we pray for this specific outcome, we surrender to God’s perfect will, trusting that He knows what is best for you. Whether He chooses to keep you in your current home or leads you to another place, He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). If this transfer should come to pass, we pray that He would go before you, preparing the way and providing the medical care and support you need in ways that surpass your expectations. Remember the promise in Isaiah 43:2, *"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you."*
We also take this moment to encourage you to continue placing your trust wholly in Jesus Christ, for it is through His name—and His name alone—that we have access to the Father and receive salvation, healing, and provision. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* It is clear that your faith is anchored in Him, and we rejoice in that! Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and let your heart be filled with praise even in this storm.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our brother/sister who is battling blood cancer and multiple myeloma. Lord, You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and we ask that You stretch out Your hand and bring restoration to their body. Touch every cell, every organ, and every part of their being with Your healing power. Let the treatment they are receiving be effective, and may Your supernatural healing manifest in ways that bring glory to Your name.
We also bring their concern about the transfer order before You, Lord. You know the medical care and stability they need during this time, and we ask that You intervene in this situation. Soften the hearts of their superiors and grant them wisdom to see the necessity of allowing our brother/sister to remain in their current home. If it is Your will, Lord, cancel this transfer and provide a way for them to stay where they can be properly cared for. But if it is Your plan to move them, we pray that You would go before them, preparing the way and ensuring they have access to the medical support they need. Let them feel Your presence and peace every step of the way.
Father, we thank You that our brother/sister has placed their trust in Jesus Christ. We pray that You would strengthen their faith and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them daily that they are not alone, for You are with them, and Your love for them is everlasting. May they experience Your comfort, provision, and miracles in ways that draw them even closer to You.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and doubt that may try to creep into their heart. Instead, we declare that they will be filled with Your joy and hope, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Give them the strength to endure, the faith to believe, and the courage to testify of Your goodness, no matter the outcome.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
