Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.

We join with you in prayer in Jesus mighty name and we have heard your burden over these many months of waiting, suffering and financial loss due to the lack of electrical safety in the apartment, the illness that followed, the costs you bore for alternative shower facilities, the threats and other inappropriate actions, and now the failure to return the security deposit and the repair costs you paid to technicians and for the house electricity system which was not lawfully your responsibility as a tenant.

We understand how discouraging it is to have prayed and sought resolution for almost three months with no communication, no remorse and no willingness to make things right, and with promises made and not kept by both the landlord and the community house manager. God sees all of this and He is a God of justice and mercy.

The Scripture tells us Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow. Isaiah 1:17 and To do justice and righteousness is more acceptable to Yahweh than sacrifice. Proverbs 21:3. We are also reminded Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Proverbs 3:27 and Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies. James 5:4. When wages or deposits or lawful repayments are withheld, the Lord hears that cry. We also take to heart You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy. Deuteronomy 24:14 and Don’t repay evil for evil. Don’t take revenge. Instead, leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19.

We pray together for justice to be done in a way that honors God and for hearts to be changed.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, through whom we have access to Your throne of grace. We lift up this situation to You and ask for Your righteous hand to move. Lord, You see the suffering, the illness, the fear caused by unsafe conditions and threats, and every financial cost that has been unfairly carried. We ask for healing for the body, for You are the One who heals all our diseases. Psalm 103:3 and who promises But I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. Bring complete restoration and peace and guard this dear one from further harm.

We ask that You stir and awaken the conscience of the landlord by Your Holy Spirit, that he would be convicted to do good, to repent for neglect, threats and inappropriate actions, and to walk in honesty. We pray the same for the community house manager who promised repayment and has not fulfilled that promise. Soften their hearts, Lord, and lead them to repay everything that is owed, the security deposit, the technician costs, the electricity system repair, and fair compensation for the suffering, illness and alternative shower costs. Let justice roll on like rivers, and righteousness like a mighty stream. Amos 5:24.

We ask for wisdom and favor for the next steps. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun. Psalm 37:5-6. Guide our friend to keep careful records, to seek godly counsel and lawful help where it is available, and to pursue what is owed peacefully and truthfully without returning evil for evil. Give patience and endurance in this long wait, for Jesus taught that men ought always to pray, and not to faint. Luke 18:1 and that God will bring justice to His chosen who cry to Him day and night. Luke 18:7. Help us not to be anxious but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let our requests be made known to You, trusting Your peace to guard our hearts. Philippians 4:6-7.

We also pray that You provide for every need in the meantime, that no further lack or burden would overwhelm, and that this trial would result in a testimony of Your faithfulness. We choose to forgive as You have forgiven us, while still seeking what is just and lawful, and we ask You to overcome evil with good in this situation. Romans 12:21.

We thank You, Father, that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved and through which we come to You. We trust Your timing and Your justice and we continue to stand together in prayer until restoration and repentance are seen. In Jesus mighty name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue in persistent prayer as the widow did, to keep all receipts, communications and promises documented, and to seek appropriate lawful advice or mediation for tenants in your area if it remains available to you, doing all with a gentle and respectful spirit that reflects Christ. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we don’t give up. Galatians 6:9. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and He will not forsake those who seek Him.

We have been reading your updates and we can hear how wearing these past three months have been. Living with unsafe electricity, paying for repairs that were not your responsibility, finding and paying for another place to shower, carrying the health effects, and facing threats, and then hearing no response and not having your deposit or repair costs returned, is a lot to carry for so long.

We are praying with you for a fair and clear resolution and for God's provision while you wait. Wanting what you paid out of pocket to be returned and for those responsible to take ownership is an understandable desire for what is right and whole.

As you continue to wait, one steady step that often helps is to keep a simple folder in one place with copies of receipts, bank transfers, photos, and notes of dates and promises that were made. Having it organized can make it easier if you are able to speak with a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic about your rights regarding the deposit and the electrical work. For the health concerns you mentioned, please keep seeing a medical professional alongside prayer, so you have both care and a record of what you have been through.

Father in Jesus name we lift this need to You. You see the strain, the costs, and the long wait without answers. We ask for healing and protection, for daily provision, for wisdom for each next step, and that You would stir the landlord and manager to act honestly and return what is owed. Give peace and strength as we trust You to work for good. In Jesus name, amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

We have heard your petition and have brought it before the Lord, who sees what is done in secret and who judges righteously between man and man. For almost three months you have waited without communication or remorse, bearing illness and loss, paying from your own purse for that which was not yours to bear, and suffering threats and unworthy treatment in the place that should have been your shelter. The Lord knows the cost of the electrical failures, the bodily affliction that followed, the expense of seeking other provision for washing, and the withholding of the deposit and the monies you laid out to technicians and for the repair of the house system.

We pray in the mighty name of Jesus that justice may be done and that what is owed may be restored. We ask the Lord to awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the house manager, that the Holy Spirit may convince them of that which is right and lead them to repentance and to honest dealing, to return the security deposit and every lawful cost you have borne, and to cease from all threatening and inappropriate action. May God grant them to do good and to make restitution where restitution is due.

And we pray for you, that the Lord may heal your body, quiet your spirit, and provide for your daily need while you wait. We know the weariness of long waiting, but we remind you of that precious truth, There is forgiveness with Him. As it is written, I, even I, am He that blotteth out thy transgressions, and there is forgiveness with Thee that Thou mayest be feared. That forgiveness is divine, surprising, complete and eternal, purchased by Christ who bore our punishment that God might be just and yet the justifier. If the landlord and those who have dealt unjustly turn with a penitent heart and desire forgiveness, there is forgiveness even for them, whatever their sins have been. And for you also there is forgiveness, that you may not be held in the bondage of bitterness, but may forgive even as you have been forgiven, which is the joint work of grace among the saints.

This does not make light of wrong, for God will not call evil good, nor will He require the penalty twice where Christ has made atonement, neither will He overlook oppression. To forgive as Christ forgave is not to say that what is owed need not be paid, but to leave vengeance in the hands of Him who judges righteously while seeking what is just by lawful and peaceable means.

We pray thus, O Father, look upon Thy servant in this trial. Heal the infirmity that has come through this trouble, supply all that has been spent, protect from all threat, and move the hearts of those who withhold what is due, that they may act justly and quickly. Keep Thy child from despair, grant perseverance in holiness and patience without presumption, and let this whisper drive away all fear, There is forgiveness. Grant repentance where repentance is needed, and peace where peace has been broken. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour and Advocate, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have heard your request and we join you in bringing it before the Lord who sees all that has happened in your apartment and knows the burden you have carried these months.

You have suffered problems from the lack of electrical safety, illness that followed, the expense of alternative shower facilities, threats and other wrong actions, and now the added weight of a security deposit and repair costs not returned, including work on the house electricity system that was not your responsibility as a tenant to bear. It is right to seek what is owed and to ask God for justice, for healing, and for the conscience of those who have wronged you to be awakened.

Scripture teaches that injustice is bitter not only to the one who suffers it but even more to the one who practices it. The judging faculty of the mind remains, even when a person tries to excuse himself, and conscience continues to scourge him. No wealth and no words can corrupt that inner witness which God has planted in us. At the same time God is the righteous Judge, strong and patient, and His patience is meant to lead to repentance. He does not overlook those who suffer wrongfully but will repay according to what is just, whether in this life or at the resurrection. If a person continues with a hard and impenitent heart, he treasures up wrath for himself.

For that reason we do not pray for vengeance but for true repentance. Tears alone are not repentance, and a promise to repay that is not kept is only a shadow of repentance. Godly sorrow works repentance unto salvation and brings fruit. When Zacchaeus repented he offered restitution, and the law spoke of restoring even fourfold, to show how seriously God regards taking what belongs to another or withholding what is due. To give to God or to claim to do good while holding onto what was taken unjustly is not acceptable. It is better to do what is just toward the person who has been wronged.

So we pray with you in the mighty name of Jesus:

Father in heaven, You see the unsafe conditions that were allowed to remain, the illness and distress that followed, the money spent for technicians and for other shower facilities, and the threats that were spoken. Bring healing to this body that has been made ill, grant relief and strength, and provide for every financial need that has come from these troubles. Let Your justice be seen. Stir the conscience of the landlord by Your Holy Spirit and grant him godly sorrow that leads to real repentance and to doing what is right. Move him to communicate, to acknowledge what was done, and to repay the security deposit and all repair costs that he owes, and to give fair compensation for the suffering caused. We ask the same for the community house manager, that she would keep her promise made three months ago and return what is owed. Take away hardness of heart and lead both to repent and to restore what is due. Give to the one who has been waiting these months patience, peace, and wisdom to pursue what is lawful and right without being overcome by bitterness, trusting that You are the avenger of those who are wronged and the healer of those who suffer.

We ask that You would keep this household in Your care, protect it from further harm and threat, and let Your goodness lead all involved to repentance while there is still time and space for it. May what is returned be used for good and to Your glory.

We will continue to stand with you in prayer, asking the Lord to work both for your healing and provision and for the repentance and amendment of those who owe you what is just.

Your request has been heard and the weight of what you have carried for these months is clear. To live with unsafe conditions in your home, to suffer illness and added costs for other facilities, to face threats and unfair treatment, and then to wait so long without any answer or return of what you paid and what is owed to you, is deeply discouraging. It is right to bring all of this to the Lord and to ask Him to work both for justice and for hearts to be changed.

I want to pray with you that God would provide for your health and your needs, that He would bring resolution to the financial matters of the deposit and the repairs you covered that were not your responsibility, and that He would protect you from any further wrong.

You have asked specifically that the landlord and the manager would have their consciences awakened to do what is right and to turn from what is wrong. Scripture makes an important distinction that helps us pray wisely here. There is a sorrow that is only about feeling bad or being sorry for consequences, and there is a godly sorrow that leads to a real change of mind and direction. The first kind does not change a life and in the end it brings no good. The second kind, godly sorrow, works repentance, which means a turning, a change that shows itself in new actions.

That is why John the Baptist called people to a baptism of repentance and told them to bring forth fruit that shows repentance is real. It was a picture of dying to the old way and rising to live a new life. Words alone are not enough. A changed heart is seen in changed fruit. In the same way, the Bible warns that tears alone are not repentance. Esau wept bitterly, but what he sought was the blessing he had lost, not a true turning from his own wrong. His tears were about loss and anger, not about a humble return to God, and so there was no repentance in him even though there was much emotion.

When we pray for those who have wronged you, we are praying for that deeper work. Not simply that they would feel sorry or say the right words, but that the Holy Spirit would bring a godly sorrow that leads to a true change, and that the change would be visible in honest and just actions. Where someone has taken what is not theirs or failed to do what is right, true repentance will want to make things right, to return what is owed and to act fairly going forward. That is the fruit that demonstrates the heart has truly turned.

At the same time, while we pray for them, we also pray for you to be guarded in this long waiting. Three months without communication can tempt any heart toward bitterness or exhaustion. God sees what has happened, He knows every cost you have borne and every threat you have faced, and He is just and merciful. He calls us to keep entrusting ourselves to Him, to not let a worldly sorrow settle in us, but to let Him keep our hearts soft, patient, and hopeful as we wait for His help.

Let us pray together:

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we bring this situation before You. You see the unsafe conditions, the illness and distress that followed, the extra expenses for a place to wash, the deposit and repair costs that have not been returned, and the words and actions that have caused fear and hurt. We ask for Your healing and provision, for peace in this home, and for justice to be done. Work by Your Holy Spirit on the conscience of the landlord and the manager, grant them godly sorrow that leads to true repentance and to a real change of heart and action. Lead them to return what is owed and to deal honestly and kindly. And for the one who has been waiting and praying, grant strength, comfort, wisdom for every practical step that is needed, and faith to rest in Your care. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, who alone is our Savior and hope, amen.

May the Lord continue to sustain you as you look to Him, and may He bring about what is right in His perfect way and timing.
