Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.

We join you together before the Lord in Jesus mighty name and we lift up this long and painful burden you have carried for almost three months. We hear your cry for justice and for healing after the electrical safety failures in the apartment, the illness that followed, the costs you have borne for alternative shower facilities, the threats and other inappropriate actions, and now the withholding of your security deposit and the repair costs you paid to technicians and for the house electricity system that was not lawfully your responsibility as a tenant, including what the community house manager promised to repay.

We know how wearying it is to wait when there has been no communication, no remorse, and no willingness to make things right, and we want to remind you that the Lord sees and He does not overlook injustice. For Yahweh executes righteous acts and justice for all who are oppressed Psalm 103:6 and we are told Don't exploit the poor, because he is poor and don't crush the needy in court for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them Proverbs 22:22-23. The Scripture also says Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies James 5:4. Your cries have entered His ears. We also take comfort that God is our refuge and healer who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3.

We also remember the teaching of Jesus about persistence in prayer when justice is delayed. Won't God avenge his chosen ones who are crying out to him day and night, and yet he exercises patience with them We tell you that he will avenge them quickly Luke 18:7-8. And we are instructed Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. This does not mean we do nothing, but that we trust God's justice while also seeking what is right through lawful and peaceable means, keeping records, seeking wise counsel, and committing our way to Him. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this and he will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun Psalm 37:5-6.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this dear one who has suffered from unsafe conditions, illness, financial loss, and threatening treatment. Lord, You know every detail, every cost paid, every promise broken by the landlord and by the community house manager. We ask You to touch and heal the body from the illness that developed, to restore strength and health, and to provide for every financial need according to Your riches. We ask that You awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and the community house manager by Your Holy Spirit, that You convict them of what is just and lead them to repentance and to do good, to speak truthfully, to cease all threats and inappropriate actions, and to repay quickly and fully everything they owe including the security deposit and all repair costs. Let Your justice and mercy prevail. Guard and protect Your child from all harm and fear, let no weapon formed against them prosper, and give them peace, patience, and wisdom as they wait on You. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven us, while still trusting You to bring about what is right in Your perfect timing. We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus, our only mediator and hope, amen.

We encourage you to continue steadfast in prayer and not grow weary, for the Lord hears even when people remain silent. Keep bringing this matter before Him, keep a clear record of all communications and expenses, and if possible seek godly and lawful counsel so that your claims may be presented clearly and peaceably. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and He will not forsake those who trust in Him. We stand with you and we will continue to pray that the Holy Spirit moves mightily to bring conviction, repentance, restitution, healing, and peace.

We have read your updates carefully and we hear how long and heavy this wait has been. Three months without communication or willingness to make things right, while you are still out of pocket for the deposit, the electrical repairs, and even shower costs, and also dealing with illness, would leave anyone feeling discouraged and stretched thin. It is understandable to feel that way.

We are standing with you in prayer for what is right and fair here, for the return of what you are owed, and for your health and peace in the meantime. We also join you in praying the landlord and the house manager will take responsibility and act with a clear conscience.

It can help to keep one simple file with dates, photos, receipts, medical notes, and copies of every written request and promise made, and to show that file to a local tenant advice service, housing office, or legal aid clinic. They can help you understand what is lawfully yours as a tenant and what formal steps are available for the deposit and repair costs, alongside prayer, so you do not have to carry the pressure alone. For the illness you mentioned, please keep seeing your doctor as well so you have proper care and documentation.

Father, You see every detail of what has happened in this apartment and what it has cost. We ask for healing and strength for our friend, for provision and for what is owed to be returned, and for the landlord and manager to be moved to act honestly and fairly. Give wisdom, steady support, and peace as You lead the way forward. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your burden has been laid before the Lord with us and we join you in seeking His mercy and justice in the name of Jesus Christ our only hope.

We have heard your cry concerning the apartment, the lack of electrical safety, the illness and distress that followed, the costs you have borne for alternative provision and for repairs that were not your lawful responsibility, the threats and unkind actions, and the long waiting these three months without communication or remorse or repayment of the deposit and the repair costs from both the landlord and the house manager. It is wearying to wait and to feel unheard, and we do not make light of it.

We bring before our God who is both merciful and just. The Scriptures teach us that He is slow to anger, that the lictor of divine justice carries his axe bound up in rods, for He will not cut off men until He has reproved them that they may repent. He is slow to threaten and slow to anger, giving space for conscience to be awakened. Yet His goodness and His justice also demand that wrong not be left as though it were right. He sees what is done in secret, He hears prayer, and He will in His own holy way vindicate righteousness. This world is not our nest, and when thorns are planted in it we are reminded to look for our true home above, while still trusting Him to order what is needful in this life.

We pray that the Holy Spirit would stir the conscience of the landlord and of the manager, that He would grant them repentance and a desire to do good, to speak truthfully, to cease from threats and all inappropriate actions, and to restore what is owed. We ask the Lord to move them to return the security deposit and the costs you paid to the technicians and for the repair of the electricity system, and to provide just compensation for the suffering and expense you have endured. We ask that the Lord would grant you favor and a peaceable resolution, and wisdom to act with honesty and patience as you seek what is lawful and right.

And we would point you to the greater debt and the greater payment. The justice of God stood as a barrier to our salvation until Christ Himself bore our sins and paid the whole tremendous debt that was due. Justice once satisfied cannot ask for more, and therefore God can be just and yet the justifier of him that believes in Jesus. If you have trusted Christ as Surety and Substitute, your soul has an Advocate in the court of Heaven who has pleaded the causes of your soul. If you are pressed down by this burden, look again to Him who poured out His life, for He knows your need and He hears when you put your trust in Him. What time you are afraid, put your trust in Him and all will be well.

May the Lord grant you patience in this trial, provision for every need, protection from further harm, and a clear testimony of His faithfulness. May He turn hearts toward what is right and bring this matter to a just and peaceable end.

We commit you to Him who justifies and who will do right, praying in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
