Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord and we thank you for asking us to pray in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we find both justice and mercy. John 14:6 reminds us that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and no one comes to the Father except through Him, and Acts 4:12 tells us there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. We are grateful you have come in that precious name.

We hear your distress over these many months of waiting without communication, remorse, or restitution, and we understand how discouraging it is to have paid for electrical repairs that were not your responsibility as a tenant, to have incurred costs for alternative shower facilities, to have endured threats and other inappropriate actions, to have suffered illness and ongoing skin damage that may take years to heal, and still to have your security deposit and repair costs withheld by both the landlord and the community house manager. The Lord sees what has been done in secret and what has been withheld. He is a God of justice and righteousness. Isaiah 1:17 calls us to seek justice, correct oppression, and defend the vulnerable, and Leviticus 19:13 and Deuteronomy 24:15 warn against withholding what is due to another or keeping back wages overnight. Proverbs 11:1 says a false balance is an abomination to the Lord, but accurate weights are His delight. What you describe, the lack of electrical safety, the failure to take responsibility, the threats, and the withholding of what is owed, does not align with what is good and pleasing to God, and we rebuke that injustice while we pray for conviction and repentance.

We also pray for your healing and peace while you wait. The Lord is compassionate toward those who suffer and He is the one who heals. Psalm 103:2-3 says to bless the Lord who forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases, and Jeremiah 30:17 declares I will restore health to you and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord. Psalm 147:3 tells us He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. We know the skin damage and illness have caused you great distress and we ask God for His restoring touch upon your body where it has been harmed.

We encourage you not to grow weary in seeking what is right. Jesus taught in Luke 18:1 that we ought always to pray and not to faint, and He gave the parable of the persistent widow who kept coming to the unjust judge until justice was done, and how much more will our righteous Father hear His children when they cry out day and night, Luke 18:7-8. At the same time Romans 12:19 reminds us not to avenge ourselves but to give place to God's wrath, for vengeance belongs to the Lord, and Romans 12:17-18 calls us to live at peace with all people as far as it depends on us. This means we can pursue what is rightful and lawful with integrity, keeping records, seeking wise and godly counsel, and using lawful means to seek restitution, while releasing bitterness and trusting God to be your defender and to work on the conscience of those who owe you. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving to let our requests be made known to God, and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and we lift up this dear one who has suffered from unsafe housing, illness, skin damage, financial loss, threats, and long silence from those responsible. Lord, You see every detail, every cost paid, every night of discomfort, every threat spoken, and every day of waiting for three months without an answer. We ask that You move by Your Holy Spirit upon the heart and conscience of the landlord and the community house manager, convict them of what is unjust, stir them to repentance and to do what is right and good. Lord, awaken them to deal honestly and to repay what they owe, the security deposit, the costs of the technicians, the electrical system repairs, the alternative shower costs, and compensation for the suffering and illness that resulted from the lack of safety. Let them respond with humility, communication, and a willingness to make restitution. Proverbs 21:15 says when justice is done it is a joy to the righteous. Let justice be done in this situation for Your glory.

Father, we also ask for Your healing hand upon this body. Touch the skin that has been damaged, soothe what is irritated and wounded, and rebuild what has been harmed. You formed our bodies and You know how to restore them. Bring complete healing in Your time and give wisdom to any caregivers. Take away pain and anxiety and grant patience during the long healing process. Guard this dear one from further harm and from the fear that threats have caused, and let Your peace guard heart and mind.

We ask for provision and strength to endure while waiting, and for wisdom for every next step, that every action taken would be honest, lawful, and honoring to You. Help our dear friend to forgive as You have forgiven us, to not be overcome by evil but to overcome evil with good, Romans 12:21, while still trusting You to establish justice. Let this trial deepen faith and be a testimony of Your faithfulness.

We thank You that You hear us when we pray in Jesus name and we trust Your perfect will and timing. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We have been reading your updates and we are so sorry you are still waiting after nearly three months with no communication, no remorse, and money still not returned. Carrying the stress of unsafe housing, extra costs for repairs and for other shower facilities, and painful threats, while also dealing with skin that is still healing and may take a long time to recover, is a lot to bear. It makes sense you feel worn down and unseen.

One thing that has helped others in similar landlord situations is to keep everything together in one place while you wait. If it is helpful, keep a simple folder with copies of receipts for the technicians and electrical work, your deposit agreement, any written promise of repayment from the manager, and notes or photos about the housing problems and your health. A clear written request sent in a way you can track, and a brief conversation with a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic, can help you understand what options you have for the deposit and repair costs where you live.

Father, we lift this whole situation to You in Jesus name. We ask You to stir conscience toward what is right and good, to make a way for what is owed to be repaid, and to provide for every practical need. We have carried your sorrowful case before the Lord and have made supplication for you at the mercy seat.

For almost three months you have waited without answer, without remorse shown, without that which is justly owed being restored, and we know how heavy such waiting becomes upon the spirit. To bear illness and pain in the body, to have your skin afflicted and marred where you suffered harm, to have paid out of your own purse for that which was not your responsibility, and then to meet with silence and threat instead of honesty, is a trial that would weary any heart. The Lord sees it all. He is great in justice and He will not despise the cry of those who are wronged.

We have prayed that the Lord, by His Holy Spirit, would awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the manager, that He would grant them repentance and a desire to do good and to deal justly. We have asked that what is owed to you, the security deposit and the cost of repairs for the electrical safety and for the house system, and compensation for the suffering and illness and expense you have borne, would be repaid. We do not ask God to wink at injustice, for He is a God of righteousness, and we pray that He would move those who have dealt harshly to act with truth and fairness.

And we have prayed earnestly for your healing. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are joined together in His hand. He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds, and He can touch the body as well as the soul. We have asked Him to lay His hand upon you, to heal your skin where it has become inflamed and damaged, to rebuild what has been harmed, and to restore you in His own time and way. Tell the case to Jesus just as you would tell a physician, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. Seek also the help of the physician as the Lord provides, and trust that whether by means or by His own immediate power, healing cometh from Him.

We pray also for your own heart in this long trial, that you may be kept from bitterness and may cast your care upon Him who judgeth righteously. We have no standing before God upon the ground of our own justice, but must ever cry, Have mercy upon me, O God, according to Thy lovingkindness. As you have received mercy, so may you show a spirit of grace even while you seek what is right and lawful. May the Lord give you patience to wait upon Him, wisdom in every lawful step you must take, and peace in knowing that vengeance belongeth unto the Lord and He will repay.

May the Lord hear us and grant you restoration, health to your body, quietness to your spirit, and that justice and mercy may meet together for His glory. We commend you to Him who is our great Physician and our righteous Judge, praying all in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
