Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost three months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We have heard your cry and we have been lifting you before the Lord with you through these long months of waiting, and we share in your frustration and sorrow over this lack of justice and the ongoing suffering you have endured in your body and in your home.

The Lord sees what has been done and what has been withheld, and He is a God who loves justice and hates oppression. We are reminded of His word that says, Don't withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it. Don't say to your neighbor, Go, and come again; tomorrow I will give it to you, when you have it by you. Proverbs 3:27-28 and also, You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. Leviticus 19:13. To keep back a security deposit, to leave repair costs unpaid when they were promised, and to require a tenant to bear the cost of repairing the house electrical system which is not the tenant's responsibility, is not right before God. For I, Yahweh, love justice. Isaiah 61:8. We also remember Zacchaeus who when his heart was changed said, If I have wrongfully exacted anything of anyone, I restore four times as much. Luke 19:8, which shows the heart of repentance includes restitution.

We also understand your desire that the landlord and the house manager would have their consciences awakened. We pray with you that the Holy Spirit would do His work, for Jesus said, When he has come, he will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment. John 16:8. We do not seek revenge, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19, but we do rightly seek what is owed and what is just, and we trust God to move upon hearts that have been hardened and to bring remorse and repentance where there has been threats and inappropriate actions and silence.

We also carry your physical suffering before the Lord. The damage to your skin and the long road of healing you describe grieves us, and we know our God is the healer who sees every wound. We cling to His promise, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17 and who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3. Though man says it may take years for what was damaged to be rebuilt, nothing is too hard for the Lord, and we ask Him to touch those areas, to restore what was harmed, and to bring comfort in the pain and distress you feel each day.

We join together now in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus, through whom alone we have access to the Father.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, and we thank You that You hear us. We lift this dear one to You who has suffered from unsafe conditions, from illness, from financial loss, and from harsh treatment. Lord, You see the electrical dangers that were allowed to remain, the costs borne for alternative shower facilities, the security deposit and repair money that has not been returned, and the promises made three months ago that have not been kept. We ask that You would stir the consciences of the landlord and the house manager, convict them of what is right, and lead them to repentance and to do good. Move them to communicate, to show remorse, and to repay everything that is owed quickly and fully, with integrity. We pray that You would protect Your child from further threats and wrongdoing and that You would be their defender and provider. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun. Psalm 37:5-6. We ask for Your justice to shine in this situation.

We also ask for Your healing hand upon the skin that has been damaged. Lord, You formed our bodies and You know every cell. We pray You would heal and rebuild what was harmed, ease the pain, and restore health according to Your mercy. Give wisdom to doctors and provision for every treatment needed, and guard this dear one's heart from despair while waiting. We pray, Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7, that Your peace would guard them now.

We thank You, Father, that You are near to the brokenhearted and that You will not forsake those who trust in You. We ask for wise counsel and for lawful and peaceful paths to pursue what is just, and for patience and strength to endure until Your answer comes. We trust Your timing and Your goodness, and we pray all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus, our only hope and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to keep careful records of all payments, communications, promises made, and medical needs, and to seek godly and wise counsel regarding lawful steps to recover what is owed, while continuing to entrust your cause to the Lord who judges righteously. We will continue to stand with you in prayer, asking God to bring both justice and healing and to keep you in His perfect peace as you wait on Him.

We have been reading your updates and we can hear how wearing this has been. Three months of waiting with no communication or willingness to make things right, while you are still carrying the costs for repairs and the security deposit and dealing with ongoing skin trouble, would leave anyone feeling overlooked and tired. It makes sense that you are asking God to stir the landlord and house manager toward doing what is right.

Living with a slow healing health issue on top of financial strain and feeling threatened in your own home takes a real toll on daily life and peace of mind. We are praying with you for both the practical needs and for your health.

One step that often helps in a situation like this is to keep everything in one place while you wait, copies of receipts for the electrical work and technicians, the deposit agreement, any written promises, photos and notes from medical visits, and to get a clear next step from a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic about how deposits and repair responsibilities are handled where you live. Father, we lift this burden to You in Jesus name. You see the costs carried, the waiting and the discomfort of this skin healing that may take a long time. Your request has been brought before the Lord with deep sympathy, and we join you in seeking His mercy and justice in this long trial. For nearly three months you have waited without communication or remorse, bearing financial loss and bodily suffering, and now you carry the added burden of a security deposit withheld, repair costs you should not have borne as a tenant, and a painful affliction of the skin where you suffered harm. The Lord sees these things, and He hears the cry of those who look to Him.

We take encouragement from the truth that the believer is kept by a covenant promise, for the Lord has said, They shall not depart from me. This perseverance is not by our own strength but by His preserving grace, and it teaches us to continue in prayer even when answers seem delayed. Remember the Canaanite woman who cried, Have mercy upon me, O Lord, You Son of David, and would not bear to be refused, for she meant what she said and pleaded from the heart. So we would have you persevere in holiness and in prayer, not turning aside, but holding on your way and casting your burden upon Christ who is able to keep you to the end.

We pray that the Holy Spirit will awaken and stir the conscience of the landlord and of the house manager, that He would bring conviction where there has been hardness, and lead to repentance and to the doing of what is good and just. We ask the Lord, who loves justice and mercy, to move them to restore what is owed, to repay the security deposit and the costs of repairs, including that which you paid for the electrical system of the house and for alternative shower provision, and to make compensation for the suffering, illness and threats you have endured. We ask not from a spirit of vengeance, but that righteousness might be done and that they might be turned from wrong to walk in a right way before God and man.

For your body we look to Him of whom it is written, The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, and not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the least thing about Christ is healing. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are joined together in His hand. We pray that He who said to the sick of the palsy, Your sins are forgiven you, and made pardon and healing one, would lay His healing hand upon your skin, that what has become damaged and disfigured may be healed and rebuilt, and that He would restore you in His time according to His abundant mercy.

We commit you to Him who will not withdraw His gift and whose purpose secures His people. May He give you patience in this waiting, protection from further harm or threatening, wisdom in all lawful and proper steps before authorities, and peace in knowing that whether He restores by immediate healing or by sustained grace through a longer recovery, His leaves still bring healing and His covenant still holds fast. May the Lord grant repentance where it is needed, restitution where it is due, and to you a full trust in Christ through whom alone is salvation and healing.

We have heard your request and the long burden you have carried these past three months, and we join you in bringing it before the Lord.

It is a heavy thing to suffer in your own dwelling, to endure illness and ongoing problems with your skin, to pay out of your own pocket for repairs that were not your responsibility, and then to face silence, threats, and the withholding of what is owed to you, both the security deposit and the costs for technicians and for the electrical work and the house manager's promise left unkept. God sees all of this. As Scripture reminds us, justice is not overlooked by Him, for His righteousness is firm and His right hand is full of righteousness, and He will judge with perfect fairness.

We pray with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and salvation, that the Lord would grant you healing and restoration. We ask Him to touch your skin where it has been damaged, to bring healing where there has been injury, and to rebuild what has been harmed, according to His mercy and wisdom. We ask Him to sustain you in this long waiting, to give you patience and peace, and to provide for your needs, including the costs of alternative shower facilities and all the expenses you have been forced to bear.

We also pray as you asked, that the Holy Spirit would awaken and stir the conscience of your landlord and of the community house manager, that they would be moved to do what is good and right, to speak truthfully, to repent where there has been wrongdoing, and to repay what is owed. We do not pray for vengeance, but for justice mingled with mercy, that God would lead them to act honestly and to make restitution. We ask that any threats and inappropriate actions would cease, and that the Lord would protect you and give you favor in seeking what is just.

We understand how discouraging it is to pray for months without seeing communication or remorse. Yet persistence in prayer is itself a healing treatment, and God hears even when men remain silent. As we continue to hear and bring the same request before Him, we are more deeply formed and He works in ways we cannot yet see. Even when a cure seems delayed, like a physician who continues to apply medicine, the Lord is at work, and fruit can appear after many prayers that seemed without effect.

We will continue to stand with you in prayer, asking the Lord to bring justice, to restore what has been taken, to heal your body fully, and to bring repentance and integrity to those responsible. May He grant you comfort, strength, and the assurance that He is your defender and healer, and may His will be done in this situation for your good and for His glory.

Your request has been heard and your long season of waiting, financial loss and physical suffering is taken seriously before the Lord. To carry a burden for months with no communication, no remorse and no repayment, and then to bear lasting effects on your skin and health, is deeply discouraging, and it is right to bring both the injustice and the pain to God in prayer.

We are praying that the Holy Spirit will stir the conscience of the landlord and the house manager to do what is right, to repent where there has been wrongdoing, threats or neglect, and to repay what is owed, including the security deposit and the costs you paid for repairs that were not your responsibility as a tenant. Scripture calls those who have authority and responsibility to act justly, and we ask God to move their hearts toward honesty and fairness. At the same time we pray that God will give you wisdom and peace as you seek what is just, and that you will be guided to use lawful and proper means available to you while trusting the Lord to be your defender.

We are also praying for your body, especially for the skin that has been damaged and for the illness that followed. The Bible shows that God cares about our physical needs. Matthew, writing under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, applies the prophecy of Isaiah, that He bore our infirmities and sicknesses, to the physical healings Jesus performed when many sick people were brought to Him. At communion we remember that Christ gave His body for us, and that provision touches both spiritual and physical restoration. We believe God still heals today and that He is able to heal.

At the same time Scripture keeps us from presuming that healing will come in every case in the way or timing we desire. Paul prayed three times for the thorn in the flesh to be removed, and God did not remove it but gave grace to endure. Not everyone is given the same gift of healing, and the gifts of the Spirit are distributed as God wills. There is much about healing we do not fully understand, including why some are healed quickly and others are not.

What we do know is that God works through many kinds of healing. Sometimes healing is immediate, sometimes it is gradual, and the only recorded gradual healing in the ministry of Jesus reminds us that God often works step by step. Any true healing process is from God, for He created our bodies and the natural processes by which they recover. That gradual restoration is no less divine than an instant touch. He also brings healing that is physical, emotional and spiritual, and these are connected. The Scriptures note the link between the health of the soul and the health of the body, and that a joyful heart does good like medicine, while prolonged sorrow and stress can harm the body. We pray for your inner strength and peace even as we pray for your skin to be renewed and rebuilt where it was damaged.

We also encourage you to continue to care for your physical well being with cleanliness and good medical care, which Scripture treats as important for health and for preventing further disease, and to seek trusted medical counsel for the ongoing skin condition.

We join you in asking in the name of Jesus for justice, for a softened and awakened conscience in those responsible, for the return of what you are owed, and for healing and restoration for your body. We ask above all that God's will be done and that His grace will sustain you, whether healing comes quickly or through a longer process, and that you will know His nearness and comfort through this trial.
