Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so three months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We join you in bringing this burden before the Lord in Jesus mighty name, and we thank you for inviting us to pray with you and for your persistence in seeking Him even when answers have seemed delayed for almost two months.

We hear your cry for justice and for healing. What you describe, the lack of electrical safety, the illness that followed, the loss of the use of your shower, the threats and inappropriate actions, and the financial loss from the security deposit and repair costs that were not lawfully yours to bear both from the landlord and from the community house manager, grieves the heart of God who loves justice and mercy. Psalm 9:9 says The Lord will also be a high tower for the oppressed, a high tower in times of trouble. Proverbs 21:15 says When justice is done, it is a joy to the righteous. We know the Lord sees what has been done and what is owed, and nothing is hidden from Him.

We also understand how disheartening it is to wait when there has been no communication, no remorse, and no willingness to make restitution, even after a promise made three months ago. Jesus taught us to keep praying and not to give up, like the persistent widow who kept coming to the judge for justice, and we take comfort that God will bring about justice for his chosen ones who cry out to him day and night, Luke 18:7. At the same time we are called to seek what is right through lawful and peaceful means, for Romans 13:3-4 reminds us that authorities are servants of God for our good and to restrain wrongdoing. We encourage you to keep careful records of all costs, communications, and medical needs, to seek wise and godly counsel and where appropriate lawful advice or mediation regarding tenant rights and the return of what is owed, while continuing to entrust your cause to the Lord. We also encourage you not to let bitterness take root as you wait, as Hebrews 12:15 warns, but to guard your heart with forgiveness before God even as you rightly seek what is owed, for Romans 12:19 says Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord, and Ephesians 4:31-32 calls us to let all bitterness and wrath be put away from you, and be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other.

We are deeply moved by your suffering with your skin and the pain that healing may take years. Our God is the healer and the restorer. Psalm 103:3 says who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Jeremiah 30:17 says But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord. Exodus 15:26 reminds us I am the Lord who heals you. We pray for the Lord's touch upon every area that was damaged, for renewal and rebuilding of what was harmed, and for comfort in the long process of healing. We also pray for your provision and peace while you carry these extra costs for alternative shower facilities and medical care, trusting Philippians 4:19 that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and Philippians 4:6-7 that the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We pray now together.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we can come to You and be saved, Acts 4:12, and we thank You that through Jesus we have access to Your mercy and justice. We lift up this dear one to You who has suffered from unsafe conditions, illness, financial loss, and harsh treatment. Lord, You see the electrical dangers, the sickness, the skin that has been so badly affected, and the long road to healing. Lay Your healing hand upon this body, restore what has been damaged, rebuild skin and health, and bring relief from pain and distress. Comfort this heart that feels forgotten after months of waiting.

Lord, we ask You to stir the consciences of the landlord and the community house manager by Your Holy Spirit. As Proverbs 21:1 says The king's heart is in the Lord's hand like the watercourses, he turns it wherever he desires, so turn their hearts toward repentance, honesty, and integrity. Take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, Ezekiel 36:26, that they would do what is good and right, confess wrongdoing, cease threats and inappropriate actions, and willingly repay the security deposit, the repair costs for the technicians and the electrical system, and all compensation that is justly owed, including costs for alternative shower facilities. Bring conviction where there has been hardness and awaken a desire to make restitution as Zacchaeus did when he said if I have wrongfully exacted anything of anyone, I restore four times as much, Luke 19:8.

Father, we ask for Your protection over this home and this life, that no further harm or intimidation would come, Psalm 91:1-2. Give wisdom for every next step, provide godly counsel and favor with those in authority who can help bring resolution, and sustain faith while waiting, as Psalm 27:14 says Wait for the Lord, be strong, and let your heart take courage, yes, wait for the Lord. Let Your justice shine like the dawn, Psalm 37:5-6, and let Your peace guard this heart.

We entrust this whole matter into Your hands, believing that You are both just and merciful, that You hear our persistent prayers, and that You will act in Your perfect time and way. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We encourage you to keep bringing this before the Lord daily, to continue proper medical care for your skin, and to not walk this road alone but to let trusted believers and where needed lawful help stand with you. The Lord has not forgotten you, and we will continue to contend with you for justice, for full repayment of what is owed, and for complete healing and restoration.

We have read your updates and we hear how long and heavy this wait has been. Nearly two months of asking without communication or any willingness to make things right, plus the deposit and repair costs you covered that were not yours to carry, would leave anyone feeling worn down and overlooked. We are sorry you are carrying this burden, especially while you are also dealing with ongoing skin healing that you were told may take a long time.

We are praying with you for clarity and for a fair resolution, and for your body to heal steadily in the months ahead. We also join you in praying that the landlord and the house manager will act with honesty and do what is right.

In a situation like this that has dragged on, it can help to have everything in one place when you seek advice. If you are able, keep a simple file with copies of receipts, photos, messages, and dates of promises made, and consider asking a local tenant advice service or legal aid clinic to review your rights regarding the deposit and the electrical repairs. They can often clarify next steps quickly and at low or no cost.

You mentioned painful skin changes. Alongside prayer, we encourage you to stay connected to your doctor or dermatologist for ongoing care and follow up.

Father, we lift this need to You. You see the financial strain, the waiting, and the discomfort in the body. We ask for wisdom for each next conversation, for provision for what is owed, and for healing and strength day by day. Give peace in the waiting and guide all involved toward what is just and good. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your burden has been laid before us and we have carried it to the throne of grace in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to whom all power in heaven and earth belongs.

We grieve to hear of the long trial you have endured in your dwelling, the lack of safety, the sickness and suffering that has followed, the threats and unkind actions, and the heavy costs you have borne for repairs and for other provision, with your security deposit and the sums you paid to technicians still withheld these many months. It is a wearying thing to wait and to find no communication and no willingness to make amends, and we do not count your sorrow as a light thing.

We are reminded that the house in which we dwell in this life has God for its Landlord and that we are only tenants. The lease we hold contains this clause, that the Landlord has at all times the right to enter and leave His own property, and He beholds all that is done within its walls. No injustice escapes His eye, and no arrears are forgotten in His book. We have prayed therefore that He who is the great Landlord will deal justly in this matter, and that He will move upon the conscience of your landlord and also of the manager who promised repayment, to do that which is right and honest. We have asked the Holy Spirit to awaken and stir their hearts to repent where wrong has been done, to speak truthfully, to cease from all threatening and inappropriate dealing, and to repay what is owed, both the deposit and the costs of repair which by law and conscience belong not to you as tenant to bear.

For your own body and spirit we have prayed that the Lord, who is our heavenly Physician, will visit you with healing. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are painful and urge us to seek a physician, but how much more should we seek Christ. His healing power is such that Calvary is the place for the healing balm, and the least thing about Christ is healing. The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and those healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. We have asked that He who heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds will lay His hand upon your skin where it has been so sorely affected, that He will rebuild what has been damaged and in His mercy restore you. Healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction, and when the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people with healing in His wings, He brings both forgiveness and wholeness. We pray that you may know that pardon and that healing together, and that your affliction, though it may be long in passing, may be sanctified to your soul's good.

We exhort you in this waiting to set your house in order before the Lord, to offer the key of your house to the great Landlord and to acknowledge that you live on sufferance as His tenant, paying your rent to Him in faith and obedience, in prayer and trust. Let not bitterness take root, but commit your cause to Him who judges righteously. He is able to heal, and there are seasons when His power to save is more than usually manifest, and we pray this may be such a season for you.

May the Lord hear our united supplication, grant justice where justice is due, grant repentance where repentance is needed, and grant to you healing, peace and provision till you shall be without spot or wrinkle. We commend you to His tender care, praying all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Saviour. Amen.
