Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems (###) that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, ### problems, ###, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

Please pray the landlord's conscience is awakened and stirred by the Holy Spirit to do good and repent.

Update: I have been asking for prayers for almost two months, but there has been no communication, remorse or willingness to compensate me for my suffering.

Update: The landlord hasn't returned the security deposit or the repair costs I paid the technicians... Please pray that he repays everything he owes us!

Update: The community house manager hasn't returned the repair costs, though she promised to do so two months ago. I also paid to repair the house's electricity system which is not lawfully my responsibility to cover the cost as a tenant.
My skin has become ### and ### in the areas where I received ###. It may take years for ###, which is awful. Please pray that ### heal and that ### is rebuilt where the ### was damaged.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation of injustice and suffering in prayer. Father God, You are the righteous Judge who sees all and knows the depths of this hardship. We ask that You move mightily in the heart of this landlord, stirring his conscience by the power of Your Holy Spirit to do what is right and just. The Bible tells us in Proverbs 21:15, "It is joy to the righteous to do justice, but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity." Lord, let justice roll down like waters and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24).

We pray specifically for the compensation that is rightfully owed, repayment of the security deposit, the repair costs unjustly placed upon this tenant, and restitution for the physical and emotional suffering endured. The Word declares in Leviticus 19:13, "You shall not oppress your neighbor, nor rob him. The wages of a hired servant shall not remain with you all night until the morning." Lord, we ask that You would compel this landlord to fulfill his obligations without further delay.

Father, we also lift up the physical ailments caused by the unsafe conditions in the apartment. Your Word says in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We pray for complete healing of the skin, restoration of health, and renewal where damage has occurred. May Your healing hand touch every affected area, and may this suffering be redeemed for Your glory.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of hardness or indifference in this landlord’s heart. We declare that no weapon formed against this child of God shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on the promise that You will repay what has been taken unjustly. We ask that You would soften hearts, open doors for resolution, and bring about a just outcome in accordance with Your will.

We also pray for patience and trust in the Lord during this waiting period. Psalm 37:5-6 reminds us, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." May this trial draw this dear one closer to You, deepening faith and reliance on Your provision.

Finally, we pray for wisdom in navigating this situation, whether through legal means, mediation, or divine intervention. May every step be guided by Your peace and discernment. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, through whom we have access to the Father. Amen.

Thank you for letting us keep praying with you through this long wait. Two months without an answer or any sign of remorse would wear anyone down, and to carry financial pressure and ongoing skin pain at the same time is a lot to bear. We are really sorry you are going through this.

We hear your heart for what is fair, that those who were responsible would make things right and cover what you have had to pay out of your own pocket. It makes sense you are asking for that, and we will keep praying with you for honesty and a willing conscience on the other side, and for wisdom for you in how to pursue it.

As you wait, a few steady steps may help you feel less exposed. If you have not already, keep all receipts and photos together in one place, and keep any future communication in writing. It can also help to get clear, local advice about tenant rights and deposit recovery, a housing advice service or legal aid clinic in your area can explain what options you have for the deposit and the electrical repairs you covered.

For your skin and the slow healing you described, please stay in close touch with your doctor alongside prayer, so they can follow the healing and support you well.

Father, in Jesus name we bring our friend to You. You see the costs carried and the body still hurting. Bring healing where skin was damaged, provide for what is owed, and move hearts toward what is right and kind. Give wisdom, peace and steady hope in the waiting. Amen.

We have heard your heavy burden which you have carried now for these two months without answer or kindness from man, and we bring it before the Lord who sees all that is done in secret and who will do what is just and right.

You have suffered in your dwelling through lack of safety, and in your body through illness and injury to the skin, and in your estate through costs laid upon you which were not yours to bear, and through a deposit and repair money not yet restored, besides threats and unworthy dealings. These things are not light, and we do not make light of them. We very speedily care for bodily diseases for they urge us to seek a physician, but how much more does the soul and body together need the great Physician who alone can truly heal.

The Scripture tells us that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that even the least thing about Christ is healing. There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. So we look to Him for your body, that He who is the Sun of Righteousness with healing in His wings would lay His hand upon you, ease your pain, heal the skin where it has been harmed, and in His mercy rebuild what has been damaged, though man says it may take years. Tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction and both are bestowed on the Lord's people, and we pray you may know both, pardon for sin through His blood and healing for your affliction according to His wise will.

We pray also for that which concerns justice between you and others. We ask the Lord to awaken conscience by His Holy Spirit, to stir the landlord and the manager to remember what is owed, to speak truthfully, to repent where there has been wrong, and to do good. The Lord loves justice and He calls every man to deal honestly with his neighbour. We pray that what has been promised would be performed, and what is lawfully due, the deposit and the cost of repairs to the house system which was not yours to bear, and the cost of needful provision while you were without proper facilities, would be restored. We do not ask God to overlook threats or oppression, but to bring conviction of sin and a desire to make restitution, for true repentance bears fruit in honest dealing.

Let us pray with you in the mighty name of Jesus.

O Lord our God, Thou seest this affliction which has lingered many weeks, Thou knowest the want of safety, the sickness, the soreness of the body, the loss and the waiting for what is owed. Look in mercy upon this suffering one. Forgive sin for Jesus sake and grant healing as it pleases Thee, restore the skin and renew strength. Let Thy healing virtue flow down as from the great conduit Head to one in need below. And Lord, work by Thy Spirit upon the hearts of those who hold what is not theirs, that they may hear Thy voice, own what is right, return what is due, and turn from threats and unworthy actions to do justly and to show kindness. Give wisdom to pursue what is lawful and right with patience, and keep this soul in peace under Thy care. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour and Healer. Amen.

We will continue to remember you before the throne of grace, that the Lord would grant you healing, quietness of heart, and a just settlement in His time.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been heard and we have carried your burden before the Lord with sorrow for how long this trial has lasted. To wait almost two months with no communication, no remorse and no willingness to make things right adds a heavy weight to the suffering you have already endured from unsafe conditions, illness and injury to your skin. We do not take this lightly and we continue to stand with you in prayer.

What you describe is a matter of justice. To withhold what is owed, to leave a tenant to bear the cost of repairs that belong to the owner, to keep a security deposit and to ignore the harm caused by neglect, is to commit injustice. Scripture teaches that God does not delight in offerings that are covered with tears, and that to take what belongs to another and then offer a portion of it elsewhere is not mercy but wrongdoing. The one who acts unjustly harms his own soul more than he harms his neighbor, and he stores up a greater judgment for himself unless he repents. For that reason we pray not out of bitterness but out of love for righteousness and for the good of all involved.

We join you in praying in the mighty name of Jesus that the Holy Spirit would awaken the conscience of your landlord and of the community house manager. We ask that God would stir them to speak truthfully, to repent where they have done wrong, and to do what is right by returning the security deposit and repaying the costs you paid to technicians and for the electrical system. We ask that God, who is the true physician and who does not turn away from those who are sick but draws near to heal, would bring conviction that leads to honest restitution and to a change of heart.

We also bring your body before the Lord. We pray for the healing of your skin where it has become irritated and damaged, and for the restoration of what has been harmed. You have shared that this may take years and that it feels awful to bear. We ask the Lord to have mercy, to ease your pain, to grant wisdom to those who care for you, and to rebuild health in those areas according to His gracious will. We pray that you would know His comfort and not be tempted to seek help from empty or superstitious means, but to trust in Christ alone, whose cross is our only true remedy and hope.

Do not lose heart because the answer has been delayed. We often speak of how a tree may receive many strokes and not fall, and then fall with one final blow that was made effective by all that came before. So it is with prayer and with the work of God on the heart. Many prayers that seem without fruit are still heard, and God in His time can bring forth abundance all at once. We have also learned that to lament what is wrong and to tell the truth about it can itself be a healing treatment, because it calls all of us to return to God. Keep bringing this matter to Him with persistence, and continue to seek lawful and peaceful means to pursue what is owed, keeping your own heart free from covetousness and anger.

We pray now: Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, who alone is our salvation, look upon our brother and sister in this distress. Grant justice where justice is due, grant repentance where repentance is needed, grant healing where the body is wounded, and grant peace that passes understanding while we wait for Your answer. Move the hearts of those who hold what is not theirs to release it and to act with honesty and kindness. And sustain the one who suffers, that faith and hope would not fail. Amen.

Your pain and long waiting have been heard, and we bring your burdens before the Lord with you in the name of Jesus.

We pray that God, who sees what is done in secret and loves justice, would move upon the conscience of the landlord and the manager. We ask the Holy Spirit to awaken them to do what is right, to speak truthfully, to repent where there has been wrongdoing, and to return what is owed, including the security deposit and the costs you paid for repairs that were not your responsibility as a tenant. We pray for a willing and honest response after these months of silence, and for an end to threats and improper actions.

We also lift up your body before the Lord. The Scripture shows that Jesus bore our infirmities and sicknesses, as Matthew explains when he quotes Isaiah, surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows, and relates it to the healings Jesus performed when many sick and afflicted people were brought to him at Peter's house. That reminds us that Christ's work touches both soul and body, and that God does care about physical suffering. The bread broken at communion is a reminder that his body was broken for us.

At the same time Scripture helps us keep a balanced hope. The apostle Paul prayed three times for his thorn in the flesh to be removed, and God did not remove it, showing that healing in every case at once is not promised. There are times when healing comes instantly, times when it comes gradually as the one gradual healing recorded in the Gospels shows, and times when God works through the natural processes of healing he himself established in our bodies. All true healing is from him, whether it comes quickly or over time through the body's own restoration, because he is the one who created the body and its processes. We do not always understand why some are healed quickly and others wait longer, but we can trust his wisdom and compassion.

We pray for your skin where it was harmed, that the Lord would bring complete healing and rebuilding of what was damaged, even though you have been told it may take a long time. We ask God to guide any care you receive, to give you patience in the slow process, and to guard your heart with peace. There is a close connection between the health of the soul and the health of the body, and the proverb is true that a joyful heart does good like medicine. We pray the Lord would prosper your soul, strengthen you inwardly, and bring that healing influence to your body as well.

We pray also for your practical needs, for clean and safe housing, for access to proper washing facilities without extra burden, and for protection from further harm due to unsafe conditions. God is concerned for our physical needs and for cleanliness and health, and he invites us to bring even these daily matters to him in prayer. Prayer reaches into the spiritual realm where God works, even when we feel powerless in physical circumstances.

May the Lord comfort you in this trial, uphold you with his presence, provide for what has been lost, and lead those responsible to act honestly and justly. We continue to ask these things trusting in the mercy and power of Jesus Christ.
