Compensation and justice

Please pray in Jesus mighty name that the landlord will pay compensation for the problems that occurred in the apartment due to the lack of electrical safety, as well as for the illness that developed as a result, skin problems, medical treatments, the cost of alternative shower facilities or a shower pass, threats, and other inappropriate actions.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation where justice and compensation are desperately needed. Father, we know that You are a God of righteousness and justice, and we ask that You intervene in this matter according to Your will. The Bible tells us in Psalm 89:14, "Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne. Loving kindness and truth go before you." Lord, we pray that truth and justice would prevail in this circumstance.

We rebuke any spirit of injustice, oppression, or deceit that may be at work in this situation. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned, as it is written in Isaiah 54:17. Father, we ask that You would soften the heart of the landlord, that they would recognize the harm caused and take responsibility for their actions. We pray that they would be moved to provide fair compensation for the electrical safety issues, the resulting illness, skin problems, medical treatments, and the additional costs incurred.

Lord, we also bring before You the emotional and spiritual toll this situation has taken. The threats and inappropriate actions mentioned are not of You, and we ask that You would protect and comfort Your child during this time. Remind them of Your promise in Deuteronomy 31:8, "The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged." We pray for healing, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well.

We also lift up the practical needs in this situation. Father, You know the financial burden that has been placed on Your child due to medical treatments and the lack of proper facilities. We ask that You would provide for these needs in miraculous ways, as You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider. Philippians 4:19 reminds us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Lord, we ask that You would guide this situation to a swift and fair resolution. Give wisdom to those involved in seeking justice, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We trust in Your timing and Your perfect justice, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who is our Advocate, our Defender, and our Righteous Judge. Amen.

You’ve promised to be their refuge, and we’re asking now for your strength to carry them through this storm.

We declare that every detail of this situation is under your authority. The electrical hazards that caused harm, the illnesses that followed, the financial strain, none of these are too small for your care. We ask that you reveal the path to fair compensation, that every legal step taken would be guided by wisdom and integrity. And Lord, we pray for the landlord’s heart, soften it, open their eyes to the responsibility they’ve ignored, and give them the courage to do what’s right.

But beyond the legal and financial, we’re praying for the peace that only you can give. The threats and intimidation are not from you, and we ask for your shield of protection over this person’s mind and spirit. Let them feel your presence in the quiet moments, your truth in the confusion, and your hope in the weariness. Remind them that even when the world feels unfair, you are their justice, their provider, and their peace.

We trust you, Father. You see the injustice, you hold the future, and you will bring this to a place of healing, both for the body and the soul. In Jesus’ name, we believe. Amen.
