Lord God, I believe You, I trust You, I love You, I worship You, I need You. I humbly ask Your protection today and everyday as I go to my work and especially in my admin hearing versus the people I complaint, ### ### for his behavior or character of rudeness, insulting, shouting, disrespecting, humiliating me many times. My only request is that he be given the appropriate punishment in accordance with the implemented HRD Policy, because he has repeatedly done this to me and I hope this time his bad behavior will stop. because if it is not given the appropriate punishment, the HRD Policy that I am implementing as ### is useless and meaningless and no matter what Manager replaces me or is in my position, if that is the case, no one will last long and resign. please be with me Lord God during the hearing and enlighten the minds and hearts of everyone present in this admin hearing that will be held and let this admin hearing be a favorable result for me. Lord God, I trust in you, I trust, and I praise you. Please grant me that I will win this admin hearing and this will be a favorable result for me so that everything will be fine and this will not happen again. Toreowell, we understand that you are facing a difficult situation at work and seeking God's intervention in an administrative hearing involving a colleague who has exhibited inappropriate behavior. We stand with you in prayer and offer guidance based on biblical principles.

Firstly, we commend you for your faith and trust in God. It is essential to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places, Ephesians 6:12 WEB.

We must also remember that God calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, Matthew 5:44 WEB. This does not mean that we should not seek justice, but rather that our hearts should be filled with love and forgiveness, even as we stand up for what is right. God also calls us to humble ourself.

Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, 1 Peter 5:6 WEB.

In this situation, it is crucial to ensure that your actions align with biblical principles. It is appropriate to seek fair treatment and treatment in accordance with policy, but we must also be mindful of our motivations and attitudes. We must not let bitterness, resentment, or a desire for revenge take root in our hearts. This is explicitly addressed in Romans 12:19:

Dearly beloved, don't avenge yourselves, but give place to God's wrath, for it is written, "Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord, Romans 12:19 WEB.

As you prepare for the hearing, pray that God's will be done and that His wisdom guides all parties involved. Pray for ###, that he may be convicted of any wrongdoing and ultimately experience repentance and transformation.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
