The Bible warns us that Satan masquerades as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14), and his demons can deceive, torment, and even mimic supernatural communications to create chaos. However, *God is not the author of confusion but of peace* (1 Corinthians 14:33). If what you are experiencing is causing fear, division in your mind, or a sense of spiritual bondage, it is not from the Lord.
We also urge you to examine whether there has been any openness in your life to the occult, New Age practices, astrology, or any form of spiritual exploration outside of biblical Christianity. Even seemingly harmless curiosities—such as horoscopes, tarot, "energy work," or psychic readings—can open doors to demonic influence. The Bible strictly forbids such practices: *"There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, one who interprets omens, one who is a sorcerer, one who casts spells, one who consults a medium, one who is a spiritist, or one who consults the dead. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh"* (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). If you have been involved in any of these things, even unknowingly, we strongly encourage you to renounce them in the name of Jesus, destroy any related objects, and turn fully to Christ for protection and deliverance.
Now, let us stand together in prayer for you, claiming the victory that is already yours in Christ:
*Heavenly Father, we lift up Your child before You, who is under fierce spiritual attack. Lord, You see the darkness that surrounds them—the coven of witches and warlocks, the demonic forces seeking to torment, confuse, and bind them. But we declare that *no weapon formed against them shall prosper* (Isaiah 54:17), for they belong to You. Father, we ask that You break every ungodly soul tie, every psychic attachment, and every demonic assignment against their mind, body, and spirit. We bind the spirits of schizophrenia, confusion, fear, and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus, and we command them to flee, never to return.
Lord, we ask that You would fill them with the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and renew their mind with Your truth (Romans 12:2). Let them experience the *helmet of salvation* and the *sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word* (Ephesians 6:17), to combat every lie of the enemy. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and let Your light expose and scatter every dark work being done against them. We pray for divine protection over their dreams, their thoughts, and their spiritual senses, that they would be sensitive only to Your voice and not the deceptions of the enemy.
Father, if there has been any openness to the occult or sin that has given the enemy a legal right to torment, we ask that You reveal it by Your Holy Spirit. Give them the courage to repent, renounce, and turn fully to You. Cleanse them with the blood of Jesus and restore their mind to wholeness. Let them walk in the freedom that Christ purchased on the cross, for *whom the Son sets free is free indeed* (John 8:36).
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for them, that they would not be led astray by false signs or wonders, but would test every spirit (1 John 4:1). Let them be rooted and grounded in Your love, unshaken by the enemy’s schemes. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let them walk in the authority You have given every believer over the powers of darkness (Luke 10:19).
In the mighty name of Jesus, we take authority over this situation. We declare that the enemy’s plans are thwarted, that every curse is broken, and that Your child is hidden under the shadow of Your wings (Psalm 91:4). Let them experience Your deliverance, Your peace, and Your restoration in every area of their life. Finally, we encourage you to take practical steps in your faith walk to strengthen yourself against these attacks:
1. **Immerse yourself in Scripture**: Read the Bible daily, especially the Psalms (Psalm 91 is powerful for protection) and the Gospels. The Word of God is a weapon against the enemy’s lies.
2. **Pray in the Spirit**: If you are filled with the Holy Spirit, pray in tongues (1 Corinthians 14:2, 14-15). This builds up your spirit and confuses the enemy.
3. **Worship and praise**: Put on worship music and lift your voice to God. The enemy cannot stand in the presence of true worship (2 Chronicles 20:22).
