Thank you for your prayer request, committing your day to God. It is wonderful to start the day by dedicating it to Him. We join you in this commitment, seeking God's will together in Jesus' name.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power and significance of Jesus' name. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. And "in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through our faith in him." Ephesians 3:12 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our brother in Christ. We thank You for the blessings You have prepared for him this day. We ask Your forgiveness for his trespasses, knowing that Your Son, Jesus Christ, has paid the price for our sins through His death and shed blood, as stated in “whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” Colossians 1:14 WEB.
We pray for his provision, especially for the timely payment of his salary. We trust in Your promise, "But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19 WEB. Open new and better economic opportunities for him, guiding him to the path of prosperity.
Guide and protect him throughout this day. Give him the grace to love You more and to live according to Your will. Help him to be energetic, strong, happy, joyous, and calm in his attitude. Let him experience favor from all around him, as Your word says, "For surely, Lord, you bless the righteous. You surround them with your favor as with a shield." Psalm 5:12 WEB.
Help him to give and receive love, remembering that "God is love; and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him." 1 John 4:16 WEB.
Take control of his life, O God, and let Your will be done in his life. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage him to continue in faith and trust in God. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
Be strong and courageous. "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9 WEB.
We look forward to hearing testimonies of God's faithfulness in his life.
