When 2 of my children were molested, I parted from the God. It didn't happen right away but as time passed, I just fell away. I was hurt & felt like God didn't care about me or my children bcuz the abuser has not been charged & was getting help covering his crime. Last year I slowly started making my way back to God. I had had a dream that the lawyer who lied, cheated & did everything he could do to protect the offender, was chasing me in a parking garage along with the offender. I remember running around this garage trying to get away when God spoke to me & said be still. He told me, "Do not fear" and to simply speak to that lawyer chasing me. I turned around & said "Be thou removed" & the lawyer fled. The abuser was about 15 feet behind the lawyer before the lawyer fled. When he saw the lawyer flee, he too turned to run without me saying a word. He didn't realize that there was a pit directly behind him with a spear centered in the middle of the pit. As he turned to run, he fell in the pit & his body was pierced by the spear then came to a rest at the bottom of the pit. About 3 months after that dream, the lawyer for the abuser died & nobody talks about how he died. All along I had been praying that God would move all those hindering justice out of the way. A few weeks ago I found that the judge who also hindered justice was no longer on the case. I fell into a dark place but if I had held on & waited on God, I would hv seen that He was working on my situation the whole time. I'm saying all of this to let you know that many of us are out here hurting. We hv to lift 1another up & most importantly seek that comfort in the arms & Word of God.
May you find comfort in God's Word & the peace you need to move forward in your life. Yes God is with you even when you don't see it or feel him, he's there. I realized it too late & fell because of it. I don't want you to fall or faint so I'm giving you me as a testimony & a pillar to lift you up in your faith.
