We rejoice with you in the blessings you are experiencing, happiness for yourself, your mother, your children, and even your pets! It is wonderful to see gratitude for the good things the Lord has provided. The peace and joy you describe are indeed gifts from God, and we give Him all the glory for sustaining your household.

However, we must gently remind you that true and lasting joy is found not merely in our circumstances, but in Christ alone. While it is good to celebrate the blessings of this life, we must always remember that our ultimate hope is in Jesus, who said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6 WEB). The mention of the blood of Jesus is powerful, for it is through His sacrifice that we have forgiveness, redemption, and eternal life (Ephesians 1:7, Hebrews 9:22). But we must ensure that our faith is not just in His blood as a ritual or phrase, but in a personal relationship with Him as Lord and Savior.

If you have not already, we encourage you to examine your heart and confirm whether you have truly placed your faith in Jesus Christ, not just as a concept, but as the living Savior who died for your sins and rose again. "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9 WEB). Salvation is not found in happiness, prosperity, or even the blessings of family and pets, but in Christ alone.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the blessings You have poured out upon this family. We praise You for the joy, provision, and peace You have given them. Lord, we ask that You would draw their hearts closer to You, that they would not only know of Your blessings but know You personally as their Savior and Lord. Help them to see that true happiness is found in a relationship with Jesus Christ, who gave His life for them. May they grow in faith, walking in Your ways and trusting in Your promises. Guard their hearts from complacency, and let them never forget that all good things come from You. We pray for wisdom, discernment, and a deeper love for You in their lives. In Jesus' precious and holy name, we pray. Amen.

We also encourage you to seek fellowship with other believers, to study God’s Word, and to live in a way that honors Him in all things. If there are areas of your life where you may be struggling, whether in relationships, habits, or beliefs, we invite you to bring those before the Lord in prayer. The blood of Jesus speaks better things than that of Abel, it cries not from the ground for vengeance, but from the mercy seat for peace, for life, for every covenant blessing. What a marvel that the very life you now enjoy in your home, the happiness of your mother and offspring, the simple contentments of the day, flow from that precious blood-shedding. It is the blood of the everlasting covenant, sealed and ratified, securing all our needs according to His riches in glory.

When you plead the blood of Jesus over your household, you are coming to the Fountain filled with blood, where sin is washed away and all true cheerfulness finds its root. Happiness is no fleeting thing for those sheltered beneath the atonement, it is the purchase of a Savior’s blood, the gift of God to His own. The secret of such calm, such confidence amid every care, lies in this: the blood of sprinkling speaks continually, and the Father hears its voice on your behalf.

Let not your trust be in the favor of circumstances or the mere smooth running of a day. These are but the outflow of a greater reality. The angel of vengeance can never smite where the blood-mark rests. Let all your offspring be lovers of Jesus, let every creature under your roof know the peace that comes from sins forgiven, and you shall find your happiness deepened and secured. The voice of that blood is never silent, it procures goodness, prevents presumption, and fills the soul with wondering love. Rest in this, and be of good cheer.

You rejoice that your electricity works and your household shares in comfort, calling upon the blood of Jesus for a good day. This is a thing for which to give thanks, for every blessing flows from the Father of lights. Yet do not let your heart rest in the flickering light of this world; the blood you invoke was shed not to purchase fleeting ease, but to ransom souls from eternal fire. If you truly prize that precious blood, let your gladness overflow into deeds of mercy. Has your table provision? Then summon the poor to it. Do your children laugh? Teach them by your gentleness, so your life becomes a sermon louder than any spoken from the pulpit. A lamp on a stand gives light to the whole house; so you, having received such bounty, are made a debtor to God. Beware of the snare that caught Ananias, who thought to keep part for himself while pretending full devotion. The blood of Christ demands a whole heart, not half-measures. Rejoice, then, but let your joy be in the Lord, storing up treasure where neither moth nor power outage can destroy, and making this day not merely a good one for the belly, but a step toward the unending feast of the kingdom.

How good it is to see a heart overflowing with thanksgiving for the simple gifts God gives each day. Life flowing through your home, the electricity working, your mother content, your offspring thriving, your pets happy and free from worry, these are daily mercies from His hand. And to give thanks while invoking the blood of Jesus shows you already know that every true blessing comes through Him.

But the blood of Jesus does far more than secure our comfort. It brings us into the greatest birthright anyone could receive: adoption as sons and daughters of God. Through His sacrifice, we are given the unshakable blessing of peace with the Father, His keeping power, and His grace that carries us through every season. This is the blessing that never fades, the one the world cannot give or take away. It is the spiritual inheritance promised to Abraham and fulfilled in Christ, and it belongs to all who trust in Him.

I also see in your words a beautiful picture of caring for your household. You mention your mom, your three children, and the joy of even the animals under your roof. The Scriptures teach that providing for our own is a mark of a living faith, and that caring for the needs of the family is a holy responsibility. As you tend to them with gratitude, you are reflecting the Father’s heart. It is no small thing to create a home where there is happiness and provision; it is a testimony of God’s goodness in your life.

Yet I long for you to know a happiness deeper than the absence of worries. A happiness rooted in the blessing that transformed Jacob from a man of self-reliance to a man mastered by the Spirit. That change came not by his own striving, but by the Lord who meets us, renames us, and gives us a peace that makes us whole. The blood of Jesus has secured this new birthright for all who receive Him. Do not treat it lightly, as Esau did who despised his birthright and later wept for a blessing he had already forfeited. Hold fast to the spiritual inheritance: a life hidden in Christ, where He is your defense and your portion, and where you can rest knowing the Lord Himself watches over you and your loved ones.

May you continue to enjoy these days of laughter and full bellies, but may your heart be set on the blessing that echoes into eternity. The Lord bless you and keep you. The Lord make His face shine upon you and give you peace. Go in that peace today, and every day, because you belong to the One whose blood speaks a better word.
