Colonoscopy

My sister and I have a dear friend who is like family to us and he is having a colonoscopy today. Please pray that GOD in HIS wonderful Mercy will let it be safe and successful. We love this person very much and we pray in the MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS that everything will go well from the time he gets there (my sister will be there with him too) from the time it is finished. We lift up your dear friend to the Lord with heavy and hopeful hearts, trusting in His mercy and grace. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Great Physician, asking for Your divine protection and guidance over this procedure. Lord, we know that You are the One who heals and restores, and we ask that You would watch over every moment of this colonoscopy. Grant wisdom and skill to the medical team attending to him, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We pray for safety and success, Father, that the procedure would go smoothly and that any concerns would be addressed with clarity and precision. Be with your ### as she supports him, Lord, filling her with Your strength and comfort as she waits. May Your presence be tangible in the waiting room, reminding them both that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit.

We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on this promise today. We rebuke any fear, anxiety, or complication in Jesus’ name, trusting that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer according to Your will.

May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your healing power be evident in his life. We trust You, Lord, and we thank You in advance for Your goodness and mercy. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.
