We lift you up in prayer as you prepare for this new season of college and driving lessons, trusting that God will grant you wisdom, strength, and peace in all things. The Lord knows the desires of your heart and the concerns weighing on you, and He promises to guide those who seek Him. As you step into this busy schedule, remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:33-34: *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient."* Your focus must remain on Christ, trusting that He will order your steps and provide the time and energy you need.
It’s understandable to feel overwhelmed, but take heart in Philippians 4:6-7: *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Instead of allowing stress to consume you, bring each concern to the Lord in prayer. He is faithful to sustain you.
We encourage you to create a structured schedule that includes time for rest, study, and devotion to God. Proverbs 16:3 reminds us, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* As you commit your time to Him, He will help you manage it wisely. If you find yourself struggling, don’t hesitate to ask for help—whether from family, friends, or mentors. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 tells us, *"Two are better than one... For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow."*
We also urge you to guard your mental health by staying rooted in Scripture and prayer. Psalm 119:105 says, *"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path."* Let God’s Word be your guide and comfort in moments of anxiety.
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who is stepping into a season of new responsibilities and challenges. Lord, we ask that You grant them wisdom to manage their time effectively, strength to endure the demands of college and driving lessons, and peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to cast every anxiety upon You, knowing that You care for them deeply (1 Peter 5:7). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in confidence and not in fear.
Lord, we pray for their driving lessons and theory test—that You would grant them focus, clarity, and success. May they learn quickly and retain what they need to become a safe and responsible driver. We also lift up their college studies, asking that You would sharpen their mind, help them to absorb knowledge, and connect them with godly influences.
Protect their mental health, Father. Shield them from stress and overwhelm, and remind them to rest in You. May they find joy in this season, knowing that You are with them every step of the way. We declare that they will not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, they will reap a harvest if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone is our source of strength and hope. Amen.
Stay encouraged, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will not let you be overwhelmed. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He will see you through this season victoriously. If stress begins to creep in, pause and pray—He is always near. We are also praying for you and believe that God will grant you everything you need to thrive.
