Cold and dizzy

We join with you in prayer in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up your body, mind and spirit before our Heavenly Father who is our healer and deliverer. We hear your distress over feeling so cold, dizzy, with cold hands even after eating, and the trouble with forgetting and losing things, and we know how wearying it is when sleep does not come and you long to have strength to fight the Lord's battles.
We thank God that He cares for every part of you, for His word says Psalm 103:2-3, Bless Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Isaiah 53:5 reminds us, But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. We claim that healing for you now, asking Jesus to touch your body, to regulate what feels cold and unsteady, to restore circulation and strength, and to bring clarity to your mind. We also remember 2 Timothy 1:7, For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, and we pray that any fear, confusion or oppression that causes forgetfulness and loss would be lifted and replaced with a sound mind and peace.
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we are saved and have access to your throne. We ask you to heal and deliver our dear one who is suffering, to destroy every work of the enemy that would afflict body and mind, for 1 John 3:8 tells us the Son of God was revealed for this purpose, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Lay your healing hand upon this coldness and dizziness, warm and steady this body, and let your life flow through every part. We ask you to grant deep and restful sleep, for Psalm 4:8 says In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety, and Matthew 11:28 invites us Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Restore memory and focus, help what is lost to be found, and renew strength for each day. We pray James 5:15 over you, that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up.
We encourage you to continue to seek the Lord daily for strength to stand in His armor, to rest in His peace, and to be wise in caring for the body He has given you. Keep warm, stay hydrated and nourished, seek rest, and if these symptoms of coldness, dizziness and forgetfulness continue, seek wise medical counsel as well, trusting that God often works through knowledge and care while He remains our ultimate healer. Keep your heart fixed on Jesus, casting every anxiety on Him, and trusting that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it. We pray you will sleep well, wake refreshed, and be equipped to fight the good fight of faith with joy and power in Jesus name, amen.

We've been praying as we read your note. Feeling cold and dizzy, with hands still cold after eating, plus forgetting and losing things, can be really disorienting and tiring. Your cry under cold and dizziness, with forgetting and losing things, and your longing for healing and for sleep, has been brought before the Lord and we join you in prayer to our great Physician.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are painful and press us to seek a physician, but there is a greater healing provided in Christ. The Scripture saith, The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, but His very leaves are full of healing virtue. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation, to change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction, and both are bestowed upon the Lord's people. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee, and pardon and healing were one. So we look to Him who went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed, for God was with Him.
You have asked also to sleep well, and this also is a gift from His hand. So He giveth His beloved sleep, not merely the sleep of the body which recruiteth exhausted strength, but the sleep of contentment and the sleep of security which the Christian enjoys. To His beloved He giveth quiet rest, for they sleep in Jesus and are held in His keeping. May the Lord grant you such settled and refreshing sleep, that your body may be recruited and your spirit made calm, and that you may lie down in peace because you are kept by Him.
And you have asked for help to fight His battles. Here we must remember the other word of the Lord, Let us not sleep as do others. There is a sleep of carnal security which is to be broken asunder, for the enemy would lull the soul while sparks of danger fly. The Lord would have His people awake and watchful at Gethsemane, not drowsy, but sober and vigilant to stand in the evil day. So we pray that He will awaken you to watchfulness, and yet give you the true rest of His beloved, that you may be strong to stand and to contend for His truth.
Let us pray together.
O Lord our God, Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings, look upon this suffering one who is cold and dizzy and troubled in body and mind. Lay Thy healing hand upon this frame, warm what is cold, steady what is dizzy, and restore memory and strength according to Thy mercy. Forgive sin and heal disease, for with Thee pardon and healing are one, and let the healing leaves of Christ be applied to this need. Destroy all the works of the enemy, and deliver from every oppression, for Thou hast manifested Thy Son for this purpose. Grant deep and peaceful sleep, for Thou givest Thy beloved sleep, and let it be a sleep of security and contentment in Jesus. Make this one watchful and not sleeping as do others, but awake to fight Thy battles with faith and prayer, looking to Jesus alone for salvation. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only hope, Amen.
