We lift up your beloved before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Great Physician, who alone has the power to heal and restore. It is beautiful to see the faith you both demonstrate—seeking healing through medical care, prayer, fasting, and the covering of Christ’s blood. We join you in crying out to the Lord for her complete restoration, knowing that nothing is impossible for Him.
The Word tells us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We declare this promise over her, trusting that the Lord hears and will act according to His perfect will. We also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 19:26, *"With God, all things are possible."* Her healing may seem daunting in the natural, but our God is supernatural, and we stand firm in the hope that He will turn this situation around for His glory.
Her fasting is a powerful act of humility and surrender before the Lord. In Isaiah 58:6-8, we read, *"Isn’t this the fast that I have chosen: to release the bonds of wickedness, to undo the straps of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke? Isn’t it to distribute your bread to the hungry, and that you bring the poor who are cast out to your house? When you see the naked, that you cover him; and that you not hide yourself from your own flesh? Then your light will break out as the morning, and your healing will appear quickly; then your righteousness will go before you, and Yahweh’s glory will be your rear guard."* May her fast be pleasing to the Lord, and may He respond with mercy, breaking every yoke of sickness over her mind and body.
Yet, as we pray for healing, we also encourage you both to seek the Lord’s peace and strength in this season. The apostle Paul reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Even as you wait, may the Holy Spirit fill her with supernatural peace, guarding her heart and mind against fear or discouragement.
We also exhort you to continue covering her in the blood of Jesus, for there is power in the name and the blood of our Savior. Revelation 12:11 declares, *"They overcame him because of the Lamb’s blood, and because of the word of their testimony."* Speak life over her, declare the promises of God, and trust that He is working even when you cannot see it. The enemy may seek to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that she may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10).
Lastly, we gently remind you that while supplements, medical treatments, and natural remedies can be tools the Lord uses, our ultimate trust must be in Him alone. Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and do not waver in believing that He is able.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your goodness and mercy, which endure forever. Lord, we lift up this precious sister to You, asking for Your healing touch upon her body and mind. You knit her together in her mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13), and You know every cell, every neuron, and every need within her. We ask that You restore her fully—her memory, her speech, her cognitive abilities—leaving no trace of this affliction.
Lord Jesus, You bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Matthew 8:17). By Your stripes, she is healed (1 Peter 2:24). We plead the blood of Jesus over her, breaking every curse, every attack of the enemy, and every stronghold that would seek to keep her bound. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, renewing her mind and strengthening her body. Let this fast be a sacred time of breakthrough, where Your glory is revealed in her life.
Father, we also ask for wisdom for the doctors and those providing her care. Guide their hands and give them insight into her condition. May this upcoming MRI reveal Your healing power at work, and may the results bring clarity and hope. We rebuked every spirit of infirmity, every spirit of confusion, and every attack against her mind in the name of Jesus. Be gone, in Jesus’ name!
Lord, we know Your ways are higher than ours, and Your timing is perfect. Even as we pray for complete healing, we surrender to Your will, trusting that You will use this trial for Your glory and her good. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her testimony be one of Your miraculous power.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in You, and we give You all the praise, honor, and glory. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
