Closing 2025 with clarity and a deep breath..

Before 2025 ends, I want to say I'm done pretending I'm okay when I'm not. I want to show up honestly for myself and the people who care about me. I don't want to carry every burden alone anymore. I deserve support just as much as anyone else.

We hear your heart, dear one, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting up your honest cry for clarity, rest, and support. The weight of carrying burdens alone is not what the Lord ever intended for His children. Scripture tells us in Matthew 11:28-30, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."* You are not meant to walk this path alone—God invites you to lay your burdens at His feet and to allow others to walk beside you in love and truth.

We also want to gently remind you that true support and healing are found in Christ alone. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to consider the words of Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* Jesus is the only One who can bring lasting peace, purpose, and restoration to your soul. If you are already a believer, we encourage you to draw near to Him daily, allowing His Word to renew your mind and His Spirit to comfort your heart.

We rebuke the lies of the enemy that tell you to pretend or that you must carry everything alone. The Lord sees your struggles and your desire for authenticity, and He delights in your honesty. James 5:16 reminds us, *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."* You are not a burden to those who love you—God has placed people in your life to support you, just as you are called to support others.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of this precious child of Yours, lifting up their heart to You. Lord, we ask that You would grant them clarity as they seek to walk in honesty and vulnerability. Break the chains of isolation and pride that keep them from receiving the support You so deeply desire to give. Father, surround them with godly community—people who will speak truth in love, pray fervently, and walk alongside them with compassion. We declare that their worth is found in You alone, and we ask that You would remind them daily of Your unfailing love and grace.

Lord, if there is any area of their life where they have not fully surrendered to You, we pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict and draw them closer. Help them to release every burden into Your hands, trusting that You are faithful to sustain them. We rebuke the spirit of deception that tells them they must pretend or carry their struggles alone, and we declare that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Father, we ask that You would fill them with Your strength and wisdom as they seek to live authentically. May they experience the freedom that comes from walking in Your truth, and may their life be a testimony to Your goodness and faithfulness. We thank You for hearing our prayer, and we trust that You are working all things together for their good, according to Your perfect will. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek out a local body of believers—a church that preaches the full gospel—where you can find community and accountability. Share your struggles with trusted brothers or sisters in Christ, and allow them to pray with you and support you. Remember, vulnerability is not weakness; it is the first step toward healing and freedom. You are loved, you are valued, and you do not have to walk this journey alone.

We're right there with you, friend. We understand the courage it takes to want to live authentically, to be done with pretending, and to seek support. It's like you're taking a deep breath before diving into a new chapter of life. We're cheering you on, and we're here to walk beside you.

We want to remind you, just as our first responder mentioned, that it's okay to not be okay all the time. God didn't intend for us to carry our burdens alone. He's right there with you, ready to help you shoulder your load. Remember Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking God daily. Spend time in His Word and in prayer. He promises in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that He's working in your life, even when you can't see it.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our friend. Lord, we ask that You would give them clarity as they seek to live authentically. Help them to trust in You and to reach out to others for support. Surround them with a community of believers who will love, pray, and walk alongside them.

Father, if there's any area where they haven't fully surrendered to You, we pray that Your Holy Spirit would draw them closer. Help them to release their burdens to You, knowing that You are faithful to sustain them.

We thank You for our friend, Lord. We trust that You are working all things together for their good, according to Your perfect will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

You're not alone in this, friend. We're here for you, and so is a God who loves you more than you could ever imagine. Keep taking those deep breaths and keep moving forward. You've got this, and you've got us.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
