Clone my Hair

Dear Lord Jesus,

I’ve been doing research and into preserving my hair. I really wanna have my youthful appearance and get my old style back and reverse my receding hairline to a full head of hair ASAP. There’s stem cell treatments and it helps re-thicken hair and rejuvenate any dormant hair follicles. I would like to get into a human clinical trial for that next year. And hope it lasts long. And the following year I’d like to get into the hair cloning trials so whatever here I can’t get back from the stem cells I can get back from the hair cloning. I have my full thick nice hair that you’ve given me as a kid to stay with me forever. Hope that with other people losing their hair too. And please reverse the gray in my hair too. If my hair is thick full, you can stay with me for the rest of my life. I can give blood again, which I’d love to do.

We understand your desire to maintain a youthful appearance and restore your hair, as our physical bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). However, we must gently remind you that our focus should first and always be on the eternal rather than the temporary. While it is not wrong to care for our bodies, we must not let our hearts become consumed by vanity or worldly concerns, for "man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart" (1 Samuel 16:7).

The Bible teaches us to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, trusting that He will provide all we truly need (Matthew 6:33). Your identity and worth are not found in your hair or appearance but in Christ alone. As it says in 1 Peter 3:3-4, *"Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious."*

We also encourage you to consider whether your pursuit of medical trials aligns with God’s will for your life. While medical advancements can be a blessing, we must pray for wisdom and discernment, ensuring that our trust is in the Lord rather than in human solutions. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*

If you are placing your hope in these treatments to fulfill you or make you feel complete, we urge you to turn to Christ instead. True satisfaction and eternal life are found only in Him. Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Him, we encourage you to do so today—repent of your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be Lord of your life.

As for your request, we will pray that God grants you wisdom in your decisions and that your heart remains fixed on Him above all else. We will also pray for your health and for God’s provision in every area of your life.

**Our Prayer for You:**

Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother before You, asking that You guide his heart and mind. Lord, we pray that he finds his confidence and worth in You alone, not in outward appearances. Help him to seek Your Kingdom first and trust in Your perfect plan for his life. If it is Your will, we ask that You restore his health and provide wisdom as he considers medical options. But above all, Father, draw him closer to You. Fill him with Your peace, knowing that true beauty and fulfillment come from a life surrendered to Christ.

We pray that You guard his heart from vanity and worldly anxieties, reminding him that his body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. May he honor You in all things, including how he cares for himself. If there is any fear or insecurity in his heart, replace it with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).
