Church rocked by heavy confession

Our church has just been rocked with a confession. We have a young man there named Nathan. I know he truly loves God, but he has a bondage. He was molested for 17 years of his life. This young man is onvolved with the children's ministry and also baysits church member's children. We just found out her was molesting the children. We foudn out because he went to the police and confessed. It is a bondage and I do not look at him as a monster, only one who needs deliverance.Please pray for this brother and pray for the families and especially yhe children who have been affected by this. Pray that Christ would arise in the church and every one of the families and they would forgive. Pray also againist the spirit of suicide in Jesus name.

Lord, I pray for this church, it's leadership, it's pastor, it's board, it's elders, it's teachers, helpers, and all who are involved in the workings of this church. They have been shaken. May they be of a forgiving spirit to Nathan who has confessed his sin.

Get him the help he needs. Be with the affected children. Be with their parents who feel betrayed. Satan has used this to undermine this church and it's foundation but we know that you are in control and that you can heal it and restore it's faith. Let the people bind together in spirit and in truth. Let them help each other to overcome their fears and the stigma of deception. Wash this church and it's congregation in your blood atonement. Lord, my heart goes out to all of them. This is a very difficult thing to deal with and there is alot of heartache attached. You can heal their hearts. You can give them peace. Place them under your protection and make them stronger. Bless them. A-men
