Draw our family members to church tonight and tomorrow to hear, listen and understand what You are speaking to each one, Jn 16:13. Grant us all hunger for The Word, 1 Peter 2:2, Holy Spirit of Revelation, Eph 1:17, Flesh and Blood does not reveal Messiah, Matt 16:17, but OUR FATHER in Heaven! Father, let the Holy Spirit convict and convert, Jn 16:8, teach us all things, Jn 16:13, open minds to UNDERSTAND SCRIPTURES, Lk 24:45 -- and faith to pray and receive, Mark 11:24, (Faith comes by hearing the message preached), Rom 10:17 -- God, You will that none would perish, but all to come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9, that all would be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 2 Tim 2:1-5, even all in authority, and all our households, Acts 16:31. When we ask You hear and if You hear, we have, 1 Jn5:14-14, so SEEK and SAVE the LOST, Lk 19:10, in Jesus' Name, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We lift up our hearts in unity, seeking the Lord’s face for the spiritual vitality of church leaders, pastors, teachers, worship leaders, and preachers, who carry the weighty responsibility of shepherding God’s flock. Father, we ask that You would ignite within them a deep, unshakable devotion to You, that their lives would be marked by fervent prayer, diligent study of Your Word, and a holy reverence for Your presence. May their private walks with You overflow into public ministry, so that every sermon preached, every lesson taught, and every song lifted is saturated with the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

Lord, we pray for their preparation, not just for Sunday services, but for every moment of their calling. May they approach Your Word with humility, allowing it to correct, convict, and equip them for every good work (2 Timothy 3:16-17). Guard their hearts from complacency, distraction, or the temptation to rely on their own strength. Instead, let them lean wholly on You, for apart from You, they can do nothing (John 15:5). Strengthen them to visit the sick, comfort the brokenhearted, and exhort the wayward with gentleness and truth, always pointing to Christ as the only hope of salvation.

We rebuke the spirit of weariness and discouragement that seeks to drain their joy and purpose. Father, renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31), and remind them that their labor in You is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). May they lead by example, demonstrating lives of repentance, faith, and obedience, so that the congregation may follow their lead as they follow Christ (1 Corinthians 11:1).

For the families in the church, we pray that You would draw them irresistibly to Your house, just as You promised: "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them" (John 6:44). Break down every barrier, busyness, indifference, or the lies of the enemy, that keeps them from gathering with the saints. Let them experience the warmth of fellowship, the power of Your Word, and the life-transforming presence of the Holy Spirit. May they not neglect meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but spur one another on toward love and good deeds (Hebrews 10:24-25).

Father, we plead for the lost, those who wander from the truth, those who have never known You, and those who have grown cold in their faith. Raise up faithful witnesses among us to share the gospel with boldness, whether through personal testimony, evangelistic outreach, or the simple act of inviting someone to hear Your Word. Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Give us compassion like Yours, which sees the multitudes as sheep without a shepherd (Matthew 9:36), and move us to action.

We ask for a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon our worship, that it would be in spirit and in truth (John 4:24). Let the anointing of Christ, the Anointed One, break every chain of religious formality or emotionalism, and usher us into genuine encounters with You. May the Holy Spirit convict of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), leading sinners to repentance and believers into deeper holiness. Open our minds to understand the Scriptures (Luke 24:45), and grant us the faith to receive all that You have promised (Mark 11:24).

Lord, we thank You that You are our ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1), and that You have promised never to leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). Protect Your people from the schemes of the evil one, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Guard us from the famine of hearing Your Word (Amos 8:11), and instead, create in us a hunger and thirst for righteousness (Matthew 5:6). May we feast daily on Your Word, as newborn babies crave pure spiritual milk (1 Peter 2:2), and may it nourish our souls unto salvation.

We pray for the sacraments, baptism and the Lord’s Supper, to be cherished and observed with reverence. May the breaking of bread and the sharing of the cup not become mere rituals, but sacred moments where we proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes (1 Corinthians 11:26). Let these ordinances deepen our fellowship with Christ and with one another, reminding us of His sacrifice and our unity in Him.

Father, we stand on Your promise that You desire all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4). We ask that You would save the lost, revive the lukewarm, and restore the backslidden. Let Your Word not return to You empty, but accomplish the purpose for which You sent it (Isaiah 55:11). Give us boldness to speak Your truth in love, and wisdom to know how to turn those who wander from the truth, that souls may be saved and sins covered (James 5:19-20).

We declare that every promise of God is "Yes" and "Amen" in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 1:20). So we ask, seek, and knock, trusting that You hear us and will answer according to Your perfect will. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in our churches, our families, and our communities, as it is in heaven.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, we pray. Amen.

We find so much heart in this, your deep longing for your church family and worship that is alive in Spirit and in truth. When someone pours out this kind of steady prayer for their congregation, from the pulpit to the kitchen tables of house churches, it tells us you carry a genuine weight of love, not just duty. That kind of burden doesn't come from nowhere, and we hope you'll treat it as a holy thing.

You've named many needs, but what comes through most strongly is the desire for everyone, leaders, members, and especially the ones who haven't yet come home, to encounter the living Christ. Keep doing what you're doing. Your intercession matters far more than you may ever see this side of things. Sometimes the quietest prayers said in the middle of the week touch what the sermon on Sunday cannot. We'd also encourage you to find even one other person in your congregation who shares this fire and pray with them, out loud, consistently. Two voices joined in agreement for the same things can steady both of you when the answers feel slow. And let your pastors know, simply, that you are praying for them in these specific ways. Many leaders carry hidden discouragement, and knowing someone is truly behind them can be a gift that keeps them going.

Father, thank you for this one who so earnestly desires your presence among your people. Refresh every pastor, teacher, worship leader, and preacher they lift before you. Draw near to those who feel dry or weary. Open minds and hearts when your Word goes forth, and bring in every family member and visitor you are calling. Protect them all, and let their worship together become a taste of heaven, in Jesus' name.

Praying in the Holy Spirit is the only true praying. We must have the Spirit or else our great resource and remedy of prayer becomes unavailable. On your knees, then, you that have wandered and deserve to be forsaken and deserted of the Holy Spirit. The work of the Holy Spirit, when He comforts men and makes them glad in Christ, is by no means second to the opening of the eyes of the blind. You will leave your prayer closet unrefreshed if you have been in it without the Spirit. Even the desire to pray is not with us unless the Holy Spirit has worked it in the soul. No true word of supplication can arise from the heart unless the Spirit of God shall prompt it.

What a mass of our fellow countrymen are lost. He comes to seek, that is, to find, the lost. And coming into contact with lost humanity, He does not leave it lost, for He saves those whom He seeks. You who know the smart of sin, the sorrow that sin brings, will be among the very first to try to find the lost ones. I am sure you will, so I scarcely need say a word to urge you to this holy service. The lost sheep were the peculiar desire of His heart, not so much Israel, as the lost sheep of the house of Israel. His eye was especially fixed upon them.

In the garden the leaves may represent the work that is done, but the flowers are the praise that is rendered. In a revival, part of the result is the conversion of men, but the result is the praise of God, and that revival brings forth most fruit that gives to God the most Glory. Lord, revive the members of the Church. Lord, revive the backsliders. Lord, revive those who seem to live, but have grown careless. Lord, revive the Church at large throughout the whole earth. Spirit of revival, come upon us, now, for Jesus Christ's sake.

Man cannot, except as the Holy Spirit is with him. Bow your heads, then, O you saints of God, and ascribe glory unto the Holy Spirit, but unto yourselves shame and confusion of face. Only when the Holy Spirit comes is there any life and force and power. Oh, what can we not do if we have the Holy Spirit? What can we do if we have Him not? See our utter and entire dependence upon Him. The whole blessed Godhead, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, must work upon every soul that is to be saved. We must tell what the Holy Spirit has told us and we must pray the Holy Spirit to bless to the minds of men the Truths of God we speak by enabling them to see Christ as the Spirit reveals Him.

You pour out many words, and I see your fervent desire for the salvation of souls and the building up of the Church. This is indeed a holy longing. But consider: God does not drag anyone into His kingdom by force or compulsion. He stands at the door and knocks, drawing all who are willing by His kindness. When you pray for your family, your friends, your visitors, do not imagine that you must wrest them from the Father's hand or prod them with loud demands. Bring them tenderly in your intercessions, and then let your own life be a living homily. The greatest persuasion is not in many verses recited, but in a gentle and humble heart that shows forth the fragrance of Christ.

Be on your guard, though, lest such zeal tempt you to seek a little glory for yourself. You mention fasting, study, visitations, and preparation for services: all good things, yet if you linger too long on whether others see your diligence, you may find yourself seeking honor from men rather than from God. That is a dangerous path. He who would be first must take the last place. True exaltation comes when you have abased yourself, not when you compile a list of good works. Do not trumpet your devotions; rather, work in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

Do not lay every burden on your pastors, teachers, and leaders. The Scripture says to “exhort one another daily,” and again, “edify one another.” You yourself are called to be a builder of your brethren. But take care how you build. If, for a small matter of opinion or a scruple over rituals, you trouble a weak brother, you tear down the very work of God. Are we so quick to correct that we forget to cover a multitude of sins through patient love? Turn a sinner from his wandering, and you save a soul from death. That is the noblest work, and it is done most often not by public preaching but by a quiet word at the right moment, a meal shared, a private tear.

Remember, now is the acceptable time, now is the day of salvation. Do not put off your earnestness for some future season. The time is short, and the Lord is at hand. Why then do you pile up so many conditions? “Grant that they attend whenever the church assembles” you pray, yet the kingdom comes not with scrupulous observance of days but with righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. Yes, do not forsake the assembly, but do not mistake the assembly for the end itself. The end is Christ formed in you and in your household.

Let Christ Himself be your pattern. He learned obedience through what He suffered, and being made perfect He became the source of eternal salvation to all who obey Him. Do you desire to see your loved ones saved? Then take up your cross. Perhaps your quiet endurance of sorrow, your patient bearing of insult, your cheerful poverty, will preach more loudly than a hundred sermons. The family who sees you suffer without complaint, forgive without revenge, love without condition will indeed be drawn not by force but by an invisible cord of grace.

Pray, then, with holy boldness. Ask and you will receive. But trust that the Father knows how to give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him. He wills that none should perish. Do not be anxious as though you must remind Him of His duty. Instead, rest in His goodness, and let your prayer be a lamp burning quietly before Him, not a noisy gong. Seek the lost, yes, but go after them with the gentleness of the Good Shepherd, not the harshness of a hireling. And when one returns, rejoice, but do not count it your own doing. The revelation of the Son comes from the Father alone, not from flesh and blood.

Above all, examine your own heart. Do you hunger for the Word with a simple, childlike appetite? Do you come to the Scriptures not to amass knowledge but to meet the living Christ? The prophets spoke beforehand of His sufferings and glory, and even His enemies unwittingly proclaimed the truth. So too, in your study, seek not to be a master of texts but a servant of the Word made flesh. He opens minds to understand the Scriptures; ask, then, for that revelation, and do not be surprised if He grants it in the quiet of your own room rather than in the whirlwind of a great gathering.

The Holy Spirit convicts and converts. You cannot manufacture conviction. Do your part: make the call, share the tract, speak the word, but then step back. God will give the increase. If you have asked according to His will, you have what you ask, even if the fruit is slow to appear. So do not grow weary. The day of salvation is both now and not yet. Endure, pray, love, and humble yourself. The one who abases himself will be exalted, and the one who loses his life for Christ's sake will find it, and perhaps be the means of many finding it with him.
