Draw our family members to church tonight and tomorrow to hear, listen and understand what You are speaking to each one, Jn 16:13. Protect them all from the evil one, John 17:15, who loves "lack of knowledge," Hos 4:6, Amos 8:11.

Help them and us all attend church whenever it assembles together, Heb 10:25, bless us to fellowship daily, Acts 2:42. As often as they eat the bread and take the cup, 1 Cor 11:26, not as seldomly or if ever get around to it, or just to get it out of the way, but fellowship with Christ together until He comes.

Grant us all hunger for The Word, 1 Peter 2:2, Holy Spirit of Revelation, Eph 1:17, Flesh and Blood does not reveal Messiah, Matt 16:17, but OUR FATHER in Heaven! Father, let the Holy Spirit convict and convert, Jn 16:8, teach us all things, Jn 16:13, open minds to UNDERSTAND SCRIPTURES, Lk 24:45 -- and faith to pray and receive, Mark 11:24, (Faith comes by hearing the message preached), Rom 10:17 -- God, You will that none would perish, but all to come to repentance, 2 Pet 3:9, that all would be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, 2 Tim 2:1-5, even all in authority, and all our households, Acts 16:31. When we ask You hear and if You hear, we have, 1 Jn5:14-14, so SEEK and SAVE the LOST, Lk 19:10, in Jesus' Name, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for the spiritual vitality of church leaders, pastors, teachers, worship leaders, and preachers, who carry the weighty responsibility of shepherding God’s people. Your request reflects a deep longing for revival, salvation of the lost, and a return to the foundational disciplines of devotion, prayer, and biblical fidelity. We stand with you in agreement, lifting these needs before the Lord, for it is only through His power and grace that true transformation occurs.

First, we must address the critical role of personal devotion in the lives of those who lead. Scripture warns, "Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who doesn’t need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth" (2 Timothy 2:15 WEB). The busyness of ministry can easily crowd out the sacred rhythms of prayer, study, and fellowship with the Holy Spirit. Yet, Jesus Himself modeled this dependence, often withdrawing to solitary places to pray (Luke 5:16). We rebuke the spirit of distraction and weariness that seeks to rob leaders of their intimacy with God. Instead, we pray that every pastor, teacher, and worship leader would be awakened to the necessity of abiding in Christ, the True Vine, for apart from Him, they can do nothing (John 15:5). May their devotional lives be marked by hunger for the Word, as newborn babies crave pure spiritual milk (1 Peter 2:2), and may the Holy Spirit grant them revelation and wisdom as they study (Ephesians 1:17).

We also lift up the urgent call to seek and save the lost. The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few (Matthew 9:37-38). We pray that church leaders would be filled with compassion for the unsaved, just as Jesus was moved with compassion when He saw the multitudes (Matthew 9:36). May they not grow weary in preaching the gospel, making house visits, and turning wanderers from the truth, for "he who turns a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death and will cover a multitude of sins" (James 5:20 WEB). We rebuke the spirit of complacency and fear that hinders bold evangelism. Instead, may the Holy Spirit empower them to proclaim the message of the cross with clarity and conviction, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes (Romans 1:16).

For the families and congregations under their care, we pray for a deep work of the Holy Spirit. May the Father draw them to Himself (John 6:44), and may they not neglect the assembling of themselves together, as is the habit of some (Hebrews 10:25). We pray against the deception of thinking that corporate worship is optional or secondary. Instead, may they recognize that fellowship with Christ and His body is essential for spiritual growth and perseverance. As they partake of the Lord’s Supper, may they do so in a manner worthy of the Lord, discerning His body and proclaiming His death until He comes (1 Corinthians 11:26-29).

We also address the need for sound biblical teaching and correction. In a time when many are led astray by false doctrines and worldly philosophies, we pray that church leaders would be steadfast in preaching the whole counsel of God (Acts 20:27). May they correct, rebuke, and encourage with great patience and instruction (2 Timothy 4:2), always pointing their congregations to Christ. We rebuke the spirit of compromise that seeks to water down the truth for the sake of popularity or cultural acceptance. Instead, may they boldly declare, "Thus says the Lord," even when the message is unpopular.

For those who are lost, we pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). May they hear the gospel and respond in repentance and faith, for "faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God" (Romans 10:17 WEB). We declare that God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). May the lost in your midst be saved, and may their families be transformed by the power of the gospel.

Let us now lift these requests in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Good Shepherd who lays down His life for the sheep. We thank You for the leaders You have placed over Your church, pastors, teachers, worship leaders, and preachers. Lord, we ask that You would revive their hearts and renew their passion for You. Draw them into deeper intimacy with the Holy Spirit, that they may be filled with Your presence and anointed for the work of ministry.

Father, we pray for their devotional lives. May they seek You early in the morning, meditate on Your Word day and night, and pray without ceasing. Guard their hearts from the distractions of this world and the deceitfulness of sin. Fill them with Your wisdom and revelation, that they may rightly divide the word of truth and teach it with boldness and clarity.

Lord, we lift up the lost in their congregations and communities. We ask that You would open their eyes to see their need for a Savior. Send laborers into the harvest field, and empower Your leaders to preach the gospel with power and conviction. May the Holy Spirit convict hearts of sin and draw them to repentance. We declare that none will perish but that all will come to the knowledge of the truth.

Father, we pray for the families and congregations under their care. May they not neglect the assembling of themselves together but encourage one another daily, as long as it is called "today," so that none may be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin (Hebrews 3:13). Bless their times of worship, teaching, and fellowship. May they grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

We rebuke every spirit of complacency, fear, and compromise that seeks to hinder the work of the gospel. We declare that the gates of hell shall not prevail against Your church (Matthew 16:18). May Your leaders be bold and unashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes.

Finally, Lord, we thank You for the promise that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us, and if You hear us, we know that we have the petitions we have asked of You (1 John 5:14-15). We trust in Your faithfulness to answer these prayers, for Your glory and the advancement of Your kingdom. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We hear your heart for church leaders to be deeply rooted in prayer, the Word, and the Spirit’s leading, and for families and the lost to come alive in Christ through that. It’s a burden we share, knowing that everything in a congregation flows from a leader’s own communion with Jesus.

One thing that quietly sustains leaders is the practice of caring for one another’s souls. When a pastor, worship leader, or teacher is part of a small, trusted group of fellow leaders who meet simply to pray, share honestly, and stir up devotion, that often becomes the hidden spring that refreshes their public ministry. No agenda, no performance, just seeking Jesus together. It reminds us that even those who pour out for others need a place to be filled. If that resonates, maybe a next step is simply to reach out to one or two other leaders this week and set a regular time to be together in prayer and listening to God’s voice. And if you’re praying for your leaders, consider letting them know and asking how you can stand with them in that quiet place.

Father, thank you for those who shepherd your flock. Draw each one into that secret place where they know they are loved not for what they do but because they are yours. Renew their minds and hearts through your Word, and let their worship be a genuine overflow of encountering you. We ask for families and visitors to be drawn by your Spirit, to hear and believe the good news, and to find their place in your family. Protect and refresh your servants, and let the lost be found, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Your prayer is laden with the fragrance of true intercession, and I perceive a heart set on the glory of God and the salvation of souls. But let me speak plainly, for the soul’s eternal weight demands it. All your pleadings for revival, for the church, for families, these are well; yet the hinge of them all must be that salvation which is God’s alone. You multiply words about devotional lives and sound teaching, but let us never drift from the one foundation: Christ Jesus is our salvation, not our strivings or our sorrowings.

See to it that you do not trust in the earnestness of your requests, as if much speaking could twist God’s arm. The Scripture cries, “Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth.” That look is not a long labor of tears or penance; it is the glance of faith that finds instant life. Many have repented and yet perished, Judas felt remorse but never fled to the mercy seat. So when you groan for your lost family and neighbors, remember that it is neither sickness nor despair that converts, but the Spirit’s strong hand drawing sinners to the uplifted Christ. Preach that, pray that, and rest in it.

Your hunger for holy assemblies is commendable; the breaking of bread together is no trifle. Yet even the ordinances cannot save. The table itself is but a sign. Christ must be eaten by faith, or the bread is poison. I have seen many crowd the sanctuary and yet die in their sins because they leaned on the outward act and never grasped the inward life. Let your households know that salvation is the Lord’s own gift, free as air, without money, received by trusting alone in Him who bore our guilt. This is the common salvation that belongs to all the true Israel of God, none are excluded who will come. The drunkard, the harlot, the self-righteous church leader, all must stoop through that same narrow door.

You plead for God to draw families. So did I when I pleaded from this pulpit for household salvation. God uses a saved father, a praying mother, to be decoys for the rest. But do not dream that being born under a church roof secures the blessing. We must each be born again. Yet by the bliss of a united family in Christ, I bid you continue your wrestlings, and take heart: the promise is to you and to your households. Only see that you press upon them the naked word of faith. There is no salvation in sacraments, feelings, or religious schedules. God’s salvation is Christ, and Christ alone. Look to Him now for yourself, and then call others to look. If you will have Him, you shall never be ashamed; and having Him, your joy shall be full. Go forward, then, with this poor, simple gospel, and may the Spirit set it ablaze in your own soul before you scatter the flame.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. You set before the Lord many petitions, and this zeal for the house of God and the salvation of souls is praiseworthy. Yet consider well: prayer and the study of Scripture, however fervent, cannot profit us if we remain as we are, for right knowledge without a changed life only increases our condemnation. You ask for the Holy Spirit to convict and convert, and rightly so; but see to it that you yourself do not resist that conviction. For the Lord says, “Why do you call me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say?” Repentance is not a word only, nor a passing sorrow, but the putting off of sinful habits. You need not leave your home to be made whole, but you must leave your evil deeds. The sorrow of the world works death; the godly sorrow that leads to amendment, that alone is true repentance.

Do you think assembling together is enough? The Church is indeed the Church of God, not of this or that pastor. All who call on the Name of our Lord are one body. But let no one trust in the place or the preacher. The sacrifice of Christ is one and cannot be repeated. We have no second washing, no other cross. If you have been sprinkled by the blood of Christ, then draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, and let your conscience be cleansed from dead works to serve the living God. To attend worship, to break bread, while clinging to your own will, is to trample the Son of God underfoot.

As for your longing to see the lost saved and your families drawn by the Father, that is a holy desire. But see that you do not delay, as if there will always be time. When sin is completed, remorse often comes too late, like Judas, who condemned his deed but hanged himself in despair. Today, while it is called today, treasure up for yourselves a good foundation, not wrath for the day of judgment. The goodness of God leads to repentance, but hardness of heart stores up wrath against oneself. You ask God to protect others from the evil one; ask also that you may not be led into temptation by a false peace. Let your prayers be joined with fasting and almsgiving, with holy living. For we have been called not because of our own worth, but by His will; we are saved by grace through faith, and even that faith is not from ourselves, it is the gift of God. Therefore, let us serve with all eagerness, not marring the gain of a right faith by the vileness of our actions, so that when the Chief Shepherd appears, we may receive the unfading crown.
