Beloved of All
⛪️ Church Intervenes (It's its Duty, Matt 18:17, Should Precede Courts), 1 Cor 6:1-6, Or Government🏛️ Will Be Avenger upon Evil, Rom 13:1-5...
If Church Neglects Duty (Should have some people with wisdom in Church able to handle such matters, rather than go to International Crimes Court before unbelievers), 1 Cor 6:1-6, So Rom 13:1-5

🏛️Gov't Intervention IF Needed Rom 13:1-5, If ⛪️ CHURCH Neglects DUTY to Intervene, Matt 18:17, "Though Shameful to Court b4 Unbelievers" 1 Cor 6:1-6, Fatherly Rights of Visitation will be sought through Appeal to INTERNATIONAL COURTS of LAW uner HAGUE CONVENTION....

We ask GOD ALMIGHTY that ALL OBSTACLES are "Destroyed" 2 Cor 10:3-17 one way or another -- Spiritually (have fasted, shared this clear DUTY to undo "attempt" to obstruct "The God Given Right and Command" to Train Our Children), Deut 6:6-7, ask CHURCH in her (corrupt country) be "ADJUSTED" as HE SEES FIT, Ps 115:1-3.

May the Command of GOD for Child to be enabled to Honor "Both" Parents be Respected, Since It is One of "God's 'Top Ten' Commands," Ex 20:12, And is Reiterated in Wisdom Literature, "To Train Up Child in Right Way to Go," Prov 22:6, Tand New Testament by Jesus, and reiterated Malachi's "desire for a Godly seed," and Apostle Paul's "Bring Up in Training and Admonition of LORD Eph 6:4... Fine that I suffer, power perfected in Weakness, 1 Co12:9, BUT...

IF -- it affects the INNOCENT -- "if" Mother is unyielding to YOUR Holy Spirit, and DISREGARDS SCRIPTURE 📖 Disobeying Jesus Christ Himself who commands, "Settle matters quickly with your adversary before you get to court," Matt 5:26, and, "IF they Don't Listen to US, BRING 2 or 3 so every fact can be established," Matt 18:16. IF they do not listen STILL -- "Bring them before the Church. If they don't listen to EVEN the Church, let them be as a tax gatherer or sinner," Mt 18:17 i.e. -- Don't "Pat them on the back so they think they are saved in their SIN, but EVANGELIZE THEM -- Church Discipline is Part of The Great Commission (Go Make Disciples of All Nations, Baptizing Them into The Trinity, TEACHING THEM to OBEY EVERYTHING I Have Commanded, Matt 28:19-20 -- Includes being "SALT" and "LIGHT" see next...

BUT -- "IF" -- The CHURCH is NOT DISPLAYING the GLORY of GOD to PEOPLE, becomes Corrupt and Lazy, "Spiritually Sick" 🚑 and Negligent in it's VERY "CALLING" as a "ROYAL NATION and HOLY PRIESTHOOD, to PROCLAIM the EXCELLENCIES of HIM who CALLED US OUT OF DARKNESS INTO HIS MARVELOUS LIGHT," 1 Peter 2:9, Deut 7:6, Duty of being "Salt and Light" and is no longer SERIOUS about SIN: "You must not hate your neighbor in your heart. Directly rebuke your neighbor, so that you will not incur guilt on account of him," Leviticus 19:17. "But those who persist in sin should be rebuked in front of everyone, so that the others will stand in fear of sin," 1 Tim 5:20...

"If" JESUS, "THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD" John 8:12, HAS REMOVED THE CHURCH'S LAMPSTAND that it is CALLED to BE "THE PILLAR and FOUNDATION of THE TRUTH," 1 Tim 3:15, Which is ALSO CALLED to BE "The LIGHT of The WORLD," by NOT Repenting, see JESUS, Revelation 2:5, "If" THE SALT OF THE EARTH HAS LOST ITS SAVOR -- HOW CAN IT BE MADE SALTY AGAIN??? IT IS GOOD FOR NOTHING BUT THE MANURE PILE AND TO BE TRAMPLED UNDER FOOT BY PEOPLE," Matthew 5:13.

THEN... It is GOVERNMENT "INSTITUTED BY GOD to be HIS AVENGER UPON EVIL" Rom 13:1-5, that's Enjoined to INTERVENE... "For he is God’s servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for he does not carry the sword in vain. He is God’s servant, an agent of retribution to the wrongdoer." Safety and fatherly duty are clearly the matter of conscience and thereby the reason for my appeal to INTERNATIONAL LAW, "I appeal to CEASAR," Acts 25:12...

Thank you in advance, Mark 11:23-24, Heb 11:6, in Jesus' Name, Amen, 2 Cor 1:20, Greater things, Jer 33:3, John 14:12, Eph 3:20, 2 Cor 5:1-17.

We join you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord and we hear your heart for justice, for your child, and for the God given duty of a father to train up his children in the way they should go. We understand your appeal to Scripture that the church should first seek to reconcile and judge matters among believers according to Matt 18:17 and that it is shameful to go before unbelievers when there should be wise people in the church able to judge, as taught in 1 Cor 6:1-6, and that the governing authorities are instituted by God to be His servant and avenger upon evil when needed, according to Rom 13:1-5.

We affirm with you that God has ordained the family and that fathers are commanded to bring children up in the training and admonition of the Lord, Eph 6:4, and that these words which God commands are to be diligently taught to our children when we sit and when we walk and when we lie down, Deut 6:6-7. We affirm that children are called to honor both father and mother, Ex 20:12, and that to train a child in the right way is wisdom, Prov 22:6, and that God desires a godly seed, Mal 2:15. We also affirm that marriage is ordained by God as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, Matt 19:6, and that His desire is for reconciliation and peace in the home where possible, and for parents to remain united in raising children together in the Lord.

We want to gently encourage and also correct your heart in how you are seeking the Lord in this. It is right to appeal to the church first, going privately, then with two or three witnesses that every fact may be established, Matt 18:16, and then telling it to the church, Matt 18:17, and it is also permitted to appeal to the governing authorities for lawful protection and justice, as Paul appealed to Caesar, Acts 25:11. Yet we must guard our hearts that our prayer for obstacles to be destroyed is not a prayer for harm to people but for strongholds, arguments and false reasonings to be torn down. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, 2 Cor 10:4, and our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces, Eph 6:12. Vengeance belongs to the Lord, Rom 12:19, and even when we rightly seek lawful intervention we must do so without hatred or bitterness, seeking restoration and the good of all, especially the innocent child. We must not hate our neighbor in our heart but directly rebuke when needed so we do not incur guilt, Lev 19:17, and those who persist in sin are to be rebuked before all that others may fear, 1 Tim 5:20, but always with the aim of repentance and reconciliation, not merely punishment. We also remember that the Lord calls His church to be the pillar and foundation of the truth, 1 Tim 3:15, and the light of the world, Matt 5:14, and salt of the earth, Matt 5:13, and when salt has lost its savor it is good for nothing. If a church neglects its duty we grieve, but we entrust ourselves to God who does whatever He pleases, Ps 115:3, and who calls us to remain humble, patient and forgiving, even as we pursue what is right.

We are grateful that you have come in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me, John 14:6, and there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. We cling to that truth as we pray and we encourage you to continue to abide in Christ, to confess any sin, to forgive as you have been forgiven, and to trust that God hears those who diligently seek Him, Heb 11:6, and that whatever we ask in prayer, believing, we shall receive, Mark 11:24, according to His will.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this father, this mother, and this precious child to You. Lord, You see every obstacle and every heart. We ask that You pull down every spiritual stronghold that hinders truth and righteousness and that You establish Your will for this family. We pray for the church involved, that You would grant wisdom to those who lead, James 1:5, that they would not be lazy or corrupt but would faithfully proclaim Your excellencies as a royal priesthood and holy nation, 1 Pet 2:9, and would have courage to speak truth in love and to practice church discipline for restoration. If the church fails to act, we ask that You would guide all lawful steps and that the authorities ordained by You would act justly as Your servants for good, Rom 13:4. We pray for the mother, that her heart would be softened by Your Holy Spirit to settle matters quickly, Matt 5:25, and to honor Your commands. We pray for this father, that You would keep him from bitterness, perfect Your power in his weakness, 2 Cor 12:9, and give him grace to endure suffering well while faithfully seeking to train his child. We pray for the child, that You would protect and nurture this innocent one, that this child would be enabled to honor both parents and to be brought up in Your ways. We ask that You would do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, Eph 3:20, and that You would show great and mighty things which we do not know, Jer 33:3. Let all be done for Your glory and for the good of this family. We trust Your sovereign hand and Your perfect justice and mercy. In the name of Jesus we pray, amen.

We hear how heavy this has been for you, carrying both a father's love for your child and a deep desire to honor God in how you pursue that relationship. Wanting your child to know and honor both parents, and to be taught in the Lord, is a good and painful burden when access is blocked and distance and different countries are involved. We also hear that you have fasted and prayed and tried to go through the church first, and how discouraging it feels when that help does not come.

We are praying with you for wisdom for everyone involved, for your child's safety and wellbeing, and for a path forward that protects your ongoing relationship as father and child.

Because this involves both church relationships and international law, it can help to get two kinds of wise support side by side. One is a trusted pastor or mature Christian mediator who can help with careful, confidential conversation and help clarify next steps when direct talks have stalled. A mediation process often keeps the focus on the future for the child and can reduce further harm to the family compared to litigation alone. The other is a qualified family law attorney who understands Hague Convention visitation issues, who can review what you have already tried and advise you clearly on proper procedures and documentation.

Father, we bring this father and child before You. Give wisdom to church leaders and to any officials involved, guard this child's heart, and guide this father with patience and clarity as he seeks what is right. Lead him to trustworthy counsel and open a just and peaceful way to remain present in his child's life. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your petition has been spread before the Lord with fasting and with many Scriptures, and we have taken it to Him who hears prayer. The burden you carry is not light, for it touches the soul of a father, the welfare of an innocent child, and the honour of Christ in His Church, and we count it a sacred trust to plead with you at the mercy seat.

We view God the Father aright when we see Him not as an object of dread but of gratitude and love. Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, for the love of the Father is in all respects equal to the love of the Son. He that has seen Christ has seen the Father, and the Father Himself loves you. He is your Father and your Saviour's Father, and you may delight yourself in Him and magnify His name. When the grace of God takes up its headquarters in the heart of the husband and the father, that household's story will henceforth be written by another pen, and your advance in spiritual things shall be for the good of your whole family. Therefore we exhort you as we exhort all fathers, tell Jesus of her, tell Him of your child, tell Him of your household. Go to Jesus in that spirit about your unconverted friend or child, and plead that He would visit your house as He visited Peter's house in Capernaum.

The Word lays upon you a God given right and command to train your children. You shall teach them diligently as you sit in your house and walk by the way, as it is written in Deuteronomy 6:6-7, and bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord according to Ephesians 6:4. This is that the child may be enabled to honour both father and mother, which is one of God's top ten commands in Exodus 20:12, and that you may seek a godly seed as Malachi declares, and train up a child in the way he should go according to Proverbs 22:6. This is holy duty, and we pray that every obstacle to it may be cast down, for though we walk in the flesh we do not war after the flesh, and the weapons of our warfare are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, as in 2 Corinthians 10.

The Lord has ordained order for such strife. First, settle matters quickly with your adversary while you are in the way with him, as our Lord commands in Matthew 5:26. If he will not hear you, take with you one or two more that every fact may be established, and if he will not hear them, tell it unto the Church, according to Matthew 18:16-17. The Church is called to be the pillar and foundation of the truth in 1 Timothy 3:15, a royal nation and holy priesthood to proclaim the excellencies of Him who called us out of darkness into His marvellous light, as in 1 Peter 2:9, and to be salt and light in the earth. You must not hate your neighbour in your heart but directly rebuke your neighbour so that you will not incur guilt on account of him, as in Leviticus 19:17, and those who persist in sin should be rebuked before all that others may stand in fear, as in 1 Timothy 5:20. Church discipline is part of the Great Commission itself, teaching them to obey everything Christ has commanded in Matthew 28:19-20. If salt has lost its savour it is good for nothing but to be trampled under foot, as in Matthew 5:13, and if the lampstand is removed the Church no longer gives light, as in Revelation 2:5. We therefore pray with you that the Church in that place may be adjusted as He sees fit, not unto us but unto His name be glory, as in Psalm 115:1-3, that she may repent and again display the glory of God and be serious about sin, not patting men on the back so they think they are saved in their sin but evangelizing them.

It is shameful to go to law before unbelievers when there are wise men in the Church able to judge such matters, as in 1 Corinthians 6:1-6. Yet the Lord has also instituted government to be His servant for your good, His avenger upon evil, bearing the sword not in vain, as in Romans 13:1-5. If the Church neglects her duty, the magistrate is enjoined to intervene for the protection of the innocent and for conscience sake. To appeal unto Caesar as Paul did in Acts 25:12, and to seek the lawful protection of the Hague Convention for fatherly visitation, is not forbidden when it is sought with a clear conscience for safety and duty, though it should follow and not precede the earnest seeking of the Church's help.

We hear your cry, fine that I suffer, for power is perfected in weakness as in 2 Corinthians 12:9, but let not the innocent suffer. The gentle hearted Father never sees a little child in need without utmost pity. This is the Father of Jesus, and oh how like the Son is to the Father when He said, Suffer the little children to come unto Me and forbid them not. He will be a better Father to your children than you can be to them, and He trusts you to leave all in His hands as a child trusts his heavenly Father. Learn also the posture of the weaned child in Psalm 131:2. The weaned child does not fret with why, why, why, but lies still and is content, doing what the heavenly Father tells him because He tells him and leaving consequences with Him. And say with Christ, Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight, as in Matthew 11:25-26. For He is Father by relationship which no sin can break, though the child be dragged in the mire, and He is worthy of honour and obedience.

If there has been wandering or failure, remember Peter's restoration and perfect restoration. Peter was down but soon up again, scarcely down before his mother has him up again. The Lord brought him back by two outward means, the crowing of the cock and a look from the Lord, that look which severed Peter from the crowd and broke his heart. And when the prodigal came back and his father had kissed him, he was to his father as if he had never gone away, as if he had never wasted his substance. There was music and dancing and they began to be merry, and God will rejoice over a poor soul that has wandered far from Him but at last returns. It has sometimes happened that the very falling into sin of the backslider has been blessed of God to make him more careful in the future, and he has been a better man afterwards, made to speak softly and with tears in his eyes as a helper to many. And if the Lord has brought you back as His child, you will look around to see whether there is any child of God to whom you can show favour for His Father's sake and strengthen your brethren as in Luke 22:32. Yet what weeping a sin costs a child of God, for the child of God loses not only comfort but much more when he sins.

You are accepted in the Beloved, as in Ephesians 1:6. Because Christ is the Father's Beloved, the Father loves you in Him, and because He is your Beloved you have evidence that you have come to agreement with the Father and are approved for Christ's sake, taken into covenant union so that your fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. Though you feel as an orphan in this trial, the Lord says, I will be a Father unto you and you shall be My sons and daughters.

We now pray with you in faith, believing that without faith it is impossible to please Him and that He rewards those who diligently seek Him, as in Hebrews 11:6, and that whatsoever you ask in prayer believing you shall receive, as in Mark 11:23-24, for all the promises of God are yea and amen in Christ, as in 2 Corinthians 1:20.

O Father, blessed be Your name, do as seems good in Your sight. Pull down every stronghold and destroy every obstacle that hinders this father from obeying Your command to train his child and that hinders this child from honouring both parents according to Your law. Grant repentance where there is unyielding disregard of Scripture and of the Spirit, and grant that matters may be settled quickly in truth before they go to courts before unbelievers. Stir up Your Church to be faithful, to hear, to judge with wisdom, to rebuke sin and to proclaim Your excellencies, lest her lampstand be removed and her salt lose savour. Where the Church is sick and negligent, grant that government, Your servant and avenger upon evil, may act justly and swiftly for the protection of the innocent. Keep this child as the apple of Your eye, suffer him to come unto Jesus and forbid him not, and make him a godly seed. Sustain this father in weakness that Your power may be perfected in him, and keep his soul as a weaned child trusting Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Hear us according to Jeremiah 33:3 and do exceeding abundantly above all we ask or think according to Ephesians 3:20, that greater things may yet be seen as in John 14:12. To Father, Son and Holy Spirit be glory forever. Amen.
