⛪️ Church, Family Intervene Mt 18:16-17, Convict Jn16:8, Hedge w/Thorns Ho 2:6, Clarity, Avoids Evil Men 2 Tim 3:5, Inner Healing Isa 1:6 Ps 23:1-6, Stops Sinning, Knowledge of God, 1 Cor 8:1, Prov 9:10, Prov 8:13... 🙏 Father, thank You for grace to pray for her signaling to me You are not finished working on her, Phil 1:6. Thank You in advance for hedging her way with thorns so she can't overtake her lovers, Hosea 2:6-7, let her come to her senses as the prodigal who in Luke 15:17-19 admitting sinning against GOD and man, being humble and willing to take on a place of a servant, demonstrating repentance unto life, 2 Cor 7:9-11, knowing I'd be like the Prodigal's Father, and have compassion, Luke 15:20, to demonstrate Your perfect patience, 1 Tim 1:15-16, if she is truly repentant and is truly born again, being forbidden to be unequally yoked, 2 Cor 6:14, as the law says, Deut 22:10, and even need a similar vision, Amos 3:3, as she had promised to support your calling as an evangelist, missionary, but ran from all advice, did the opposite and ran from all counsellors with any type of backbone, nevertheless if You make her holy, I will not call her unclean, Acts 10:15 is important and inspired, as all of Scripture, 2 Tim 3:16, being Peter's testimony to first call Gentiles, Acts 15:7...

Nevertheless, such patience we regard as kindness intended to lead us to repentance from sin, Rom 2:4, since You are not willing that any should perish, but rather all would come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9, since there will be wrath and tribulation for every soul that does evil, Rom 2:9. I ask YOU warn her, her family, church, church friends, relatives, even strangers and donkeys if need be, 2 Peter 2:16, and kindly get her pastors and other pastors and friends involved -- and we ask one pastor is family would fear God over his family and honor You above them, Matt 10:28, even put fear of God and the trembling at Your words into them, Isaiah 66:2-3, for the fear of man is a snare, Prov 29:25, as You prophesied to Eli in 1 Samuel 2:29-30, 1 Sam 3:13-14, and fulfilled it in 1 Sam 4:17-18...

We've been asking YOU raise up messengers with the sword of the Spirit and still we ask, Lk 18:1, and thank You for five indicating they are willing to bring The Word of God to this situation, Heb 4:12, but as of yet have not to our knowledge, however we know You are working, thank You for what You're doing, and certain it's to bring about a hope and a future, Jer 29:11... Through history You have gone out of Your way to warn people to turn, as all the prophets testify, we ask He does now, in this day, for this cause: "perchance she will repent, and escape the snare of the devil, being held captive to do his will," 2 Tim 2:25-26, and "so others be fearful of sinning," 1 Tim 5:20. Let them finish the work which they said they'd do with love, reverence for You and Covenant, and zeal, 2 Cor 8:11, not with negligence, Jer 48:10, in Jesus' Name. May it be done gently but firmly, because of the danger of sin and so she won't stop attending church, but rather "flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart," 2 Tim 2:22. Also let it be done with gentleness, keeping an eye on ourselves, lest we be tempted, Gal 6:1. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, in Jesus' Name.

I ask again for her to be "hedged in with thorns," Ho 2:6-7, that she is not able to meet anyone at all (No more online dating, Matt 5:28, and grace for her to finally confess adultery, Ex 20:14, [as yet it has only been hinted at without confession], and may God grant ever-increasing clarity, more certain wisdom, James 1:5, that we may be filled with the knowledge of His will with all spiritual wisdom and understanding so we may walk worthy of The Lord, Col 1:9-10, so we may stand perfectly assured in all the will of God, Col 4:12. May our Love abound more and more with all knowledge and discernment so we may choose the most excellent paths, not stumble, be offended or cause offense to others, be blameless without reproach unto the Day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness, to the glory and praise of God, Phil 1:9-11, and who knows what's next? 2 Sam 12:22), especially that she, I, the youngster and we all are delivered from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, 1 Cor 15:34, lies, Zeph 3:13, evil, evil men, imposters, 2 Tim 2:5, 2 Tim 2:13 & the evil one himself, Matt 6:13, John 17:15...

Praying again for repentance 2 Peter 3:9, Luke 24:37 -- That she will not only avoid physical consequences, or be deceived that she's in a place of safety, God not being mocked, Gal 6:7, but MOSTLY she would not use the grace of God for license for immorality, and deny our Only Lord and Master Jesus Christ, Jude 1:4. Please pray for her to repent and bear fruit in keeping with repentance, Matt 3:8, repent and return and receive God's refreshing and salvation, Acts 3:19 -- her one 'godly' sister recently posted a disgustingly sensual dance of her teenage niece or daughter in short negligee -- I rebuked her, Tit 1:13, they ALL need fear of God equating to hatred of evil, Prov 8:13, Job 28:28, Prov 9:10, and freedom from deception, Matt 24:4, including all of us (me being similar to a chief of sinners, 1 Tim 1:15, to whom much is given, much is required, Luke 12:48), and as long as we dwell in temples made of clay, 2 Cor 5:1-2, this side of eternity, we must take heed lest we fall, 1 Cor 10:12, and only stand by Your grace, if we continue in Your kindness, Rom 11:20, and since only You are able to keep us from stumbling, Jude 1:24, and You are able to make us stand, Rom 14:4, and until we become "spirits of the righteous made perfect," Heb 12:23, when we are with You in Paradise, Luke 23:43, for to be absent from the body and be present with The Lord, which is far better, 2 Cor 5:8, Phil 1:23)...

Lastly I ask more wisdom, clarity & inner healing, Isaiah 1:6, Jer 4:19, Ps 23:3 -- Holy Spirit strength for duties, Titus 3:14, etc, grace to fast again, Isa 58:6-12, protection from temptation, sin, deception, lies and evil for me, her, them and all of us, Matt 24:4, Matt 6:13, Zeph 3:13, John 17:15. Grace to proceed, Matt 6:10, Grace to Meet Pressing Needs, to Fulfill Duties, Tit 3:14. Thank You in Jesus Name.

We join you in lifting this burden before the Lord in Jesus' name and we thank God for the grace He has given you to continue to pray and to intercede with such persistence and with such love for truth.

We hear your cry for the church and family to intervene according to Matthew 18:16-17, for the Holy Spirit to convict according to John 16:8, for the Lord to hedge her way with thorns according to Hosea 2:6, that she would be kept from evil men and impostors according to 2 Timothy 3:5, and for inner healing and restoration according to Isaiah 1:6 and Psalm 23:1-6. We agree that what is needed is not merely the avoidance of physical consequences but true repentance that bears fruit in keeping with repentance, Matthew 3:8, and that leads to times of refreshing, Acts 3:19.

We must speak plainly about what you have discerned. If as you indicate there has been adultery and the pursuit of others through online dating and lust of the heart, this is sin before God. You shall not commit adultery, Exodus 20:14, and everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart, Matthew 5:28. Fornication and adultery, which is any sexual intimacy outside the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman, defiles the marriage bed and God will judge, Hebrews 13:4. To use the grace of God as an excuse for immorality is to deny our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ, Jude 1:4, and God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap, Galatians 6:7. We also share your grief over sensual display involving a young girl being presented immodestly. This is not innocent and must be rebuked sharply, that they may be sound in the faith, Titus 1:13. The fear of Yahweh is to hate evil, Proverbs 8:13, and the fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom, Proverbs 9:10. We pray that her family, her sister, and all involved would receive that holy fear and hatred of evil and be delivered from deception, Matthew 24:4.

We commend your desire to be as the father of the prodigal, Luke 15:20, ready to show compassion if there is true repentance unto life, 2 Corinthians 7:9-11, where the prodigal came to himself and said I have sinned against heaven and before you, Luke 15:17-19. Yet we also affirm your biblical caution. You are right to hold fast that we must not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, 2 Corinthians 6:14, for how can two walk together unless they have agreed, Amos 3:3. A courtship or any relationship with a woman must have as its goal a holy marriage to a fellow believer in Christ, not a partnership of convenience or passion. If she is not truly born again and bearing fruit, to pursue marriage would be to plow with an ox and a donkey together, Deuteronomy 22:10. We agree with you, if God makes her holy we will not call her unclean, Acts 10:15, but that holiness must be evident by a transformed life, not merely words. Until then your patience must be seen as the kindness of God intended to lead to repentance, Romans 2:4, knowing that God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9, yet knowing also that wrath and tribulation is for every soul who does evil, Romans 2:9.

We join you in asking the Lord to raise up faithful messengers who will not do the work of Yahweh negligently, Jeremiah 48:10, but will speak the word with the sword of the Spirit, Ephesians 6:17, which is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, Hebrews 4:12. We pray that pastors and family would fear God rather than man, Matthew 10:28, for the fear of man proves to be a snare, Proverbs 29:25. We remember Eli who honored his sons above the Lord, 1 Samuel 2:29-30, and was rebuked because he did not restrain them, 1 Samuel 3:13-14, and we ask that no pastor or father in this situation would repeat that error but would tremble at His word, Isaiah 66:2. We pray this correction would be done gently but firmly, with a spirit of gentleness, each one looking to himself so that he also will not be tempted, Galatians 6:1, and in such a way that she would not forsake the assembly but would flee youthful lusts and follow after righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart, 2 Timothy 2:22, and that others also may be afraid to sin, 1 Timothy 5:20.

We pray also for you, for clarity and wisdom, James 1:5, that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, to walk worthily of the Lord, Colossians 1:9-10, and that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and all discernment, that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense to the day of Christ, Philippians 1:9-11. We thank God that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ, Philippians 1:6, and we pray He who is able to guard you from stumbling, Jude 1:24, and to make you stand, Romans 14:4, will keep you from falling, 1 Corinthians 10:12, for we stand only by His grace as we continue in His kindness, Romans 11:20.

So we pray together:

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace. We ask You to convict of sin, of righteousness, and of judgment, John 16:8, and to hedge her way with thorns that she cannot find her lovers nor overtake them, Hosea 2:6-7, stopping all avenues of fornication and adultery and online seeking. Grant her godly sorrow that works repentance unto salvation, 2 Corinthians 7:10, that she would confess her sin fully and bear fruit worthy of repentance. Deliver her and us all from temptation and from the evil one, Matthew 6:13, and keep us from lying lips and from a deceitful tongue, Zephaniah 3:13, and from evil men and impostors, 2 Timothy 3:5. Heal the wounds and bruises from head to foot, Isaiah 1:6, lead us beside still waters and restore our souls, Psalm 23:1-3. Give us wisdom and inner healing, Jeremiah 4:19, and strength to fulfill every duty, Titus 3:14, and grace to fast and to pray according to Isaiah 58:6-12. Raise up those five and others who have said they would speak, and give them courage to finish what they have started, 2 Corinthians 8:11, gently and firmly. Let her escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive to do his will, 2 Timothy 2:25-26. We ask for Your will to be done, Matthew 6:10, and we trust You for a hope and a future, Jeremiah 29:11, whether that future is reconciliation in holiness or a clear direction to walk separately, and we leave the outcome as David did saying who knows whether Yahweh will be gracious, 2 Samuel 12:22. Keep us all in Your perfect patience, 1 Timothy 1:15-16, until we are spirits of the righteous made perfect, Hebrews 12:23, at home with You which is far better, Philippians 1:23. We ask all this, believing we have received, Mark 11:24, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is the only way to the Father, John 14:6, and the only name by which we are saved, Acts 4:12, amen.

We hear how long you have been carrying this in prayer, thanking God that He is still at work while also feeling the weight of waiting. You love her deeply, you want what is good and holy for her, and you are asking for clarity and healing for yourself and your family too. That is a heavy burden to carry day after day.

We are encouraged that you have a few people willing to stand with you. In our experience real growth and restoration is rarely a single moment, it is more like training over time with steady support and accountability around a person. It helps to have that same kind of steady support around you as you keep praying. If you can, keep meeting regularly with one trusted pastor or mature brother who knows the whole story, not just to talk about how to reach her, but to care for your own strength for daily duties, your clarity, and your protection from discouragement and temptation. You do not have to carry the intercession alone.

Father, we bring this woman before You and ask for Your mercy and Your gentle drawing in her life. We bring this brother before You and ask for wisdom, for inner healing, for strength for the work You have given him and for his family, and for protection from deception and evil. Give him grace for the next faithful step and peace as he waits on You. Give all involved humility and courage to walk in Your ways. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

There is a weight and holy earnestness in the prayer you have poured out, and it is good that you continue instant in it, for our Lord Himself taught that men ought always to pray and not to faint. You ask that the Lord would hedge up her way with thorns, as in Hosea 2:6, that He would convict by His Spirit according to John 16:8, and that the Church and family would be faithful in the steps of Matthew 18. These are right petitions when offered with a trembling eye upon your own heart, lest you also be tempted, as you have wisely quoted from Galatians 6:1.

Let us pray not for a carnal repentance which is of the flesh and after the manner of the sinful nature, but for that true repentance which is the work of the Spirit of God. Judgment may produce a tear, and fear may produce a resolve, yet such repentance gives no glory to God. The scales wherewith you may weigh repentance are these, does it give God glory, does it make the soul abhor sin because Christ has been grieved, and does it lead the sinner to look out of self to Christ and to Christ only. A repentance that weeps and abhors past life because of the love of Christ which has pardoned it, and which avoids present sin because of the love of God who died for us, this is saving repentance. It is repentance unto life, a true sign of eternal salvation in Christ, and it will yield works meet for repentance. You may know it by this test, does it last. A practical repentance endures, it bears fruit, it makes restitution where wrong has been done, or it is a sham.

You have pleaded the parable of the prodigal in Luke 15. Remember that the eyes of mercy are quicker than the eyes of repentance. The father saw the son when he was yet a great way off. The prodigal was overwhelmed by his father's goodness, yet remembering his past life. Those repeated kisses meant much love, much forgiveness and full restoration, and they revealed exceeding joy. So it is when a wanderer returns to God. Yet the son first came to himself and said, I have sinned against heaven and before thee. That is the pattern, humble confession against God and man, willingness to take the lowest place, godly sorrow that worketh repentance not to be repented of, as in 2 Corinthians 7. If such a wretch as Manasseh, who did evil in the sight of the Lord through a long reign, could be brought to repentance when the iron entered into his soul, surely no one need despair, for Almighty grace still makes remarkable converts. But Manasseh also did his best to undo what he had done, and so must every true convert show it practically.

Therefore we will not preach repentance after the manner of Moses, nor as a mere preparation, but repentance in the name of Jesus, as His gift and by His authority. Remission and repentance go together, and both are to be preached in His name. Take heed not to put your repenting into the place of Christ. Repentance lives as long as faith, sweet sister Repentance is charming company to the believer all the way to the gates of pearl, for even the pardoned soul prays, Create in me a clean heart, and then prays for the good estate of the Church.

You ask that she be kept from evil men and from the deceit of online snares, that she flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart, according to 2 Timothy 2:22. This is according to the historic and holy ethic of Scripture, that marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that all intimacy belongs within it, and that we must not be unequally yoked. We do not ask God to bless any path of adultery or impurity, for God is not mocked, and grace is never license for immorality to deny our only Lord and Master, as Jude warns. We ask Him to grant clarity and wisdom, James 1:5, that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom, Colossians 1:9, and to abound in love with knowledge and discernment, Philippians 1:9, choosing the most excellent paths and being blameless unto the day of Christ.

Pray also that any intervention by pastors and friends be done gently but firmly, with the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God, Hebrews 4:12, not with negligence, Jeremiah 48:10, and with reverence for covenant and zeal, 2 Corinthians 8:11, so that others also may fear to sin, 1 Timothy 5:20, and that the wanderer may perchance repent and escape the snare of the devil, 2 Timothy 2:25. The goodness of God leads to repentance, Romans 2:4, not merely drives with terror. It draws. And He who hedges with thorns also opens the way of return, that the soul may say, I will go and return to my father.

For yourself, for her, and for the young one committed to your care, we join you to ask for inner healing, Isaiah 1:6, for the Shepherd's restoration, Psalm 23:3, for strength for duties, Titus 3:14, for grace to fast and to proceed according to Matthew 6:10, and for keeping from stumbling, Jude 1:24, for He is able to make you stand, Romans 14:4. Take heed lest you fall, 1 Corinthians 10:12, and stand only by His grace as you continue in His kindness, Romans 11:20. Knowledge puffs up, 1 Corinthians 8:1, but the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, Proverbs 9:10, and to depart from evil is understanding, Job 28:28.

We will pray that God grants repentance that gives Him glory, faith that admits Christ to be sole master of the heart, and perfect restoration for every truly returning prodigal, as if he had never gone away, with music and dancing in the Father's house, and with a new love to Christ for much having been forgiven.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer before the Lord has been received and I give thanks that you continue to watch and intercede with tears and perseverance. It is right to pray as you have prayed, not that sin would be blessed or hidden, but that it would be exposed, hindered, and healed through true repentance.

You have asked rightly for the hedge of thorns spoken of by the prophet, that the way of lovers who lead away from God would be blocked, and for the conviction of the Holy Spirit who convinces the world of sin, and for the church and family to obey the word of the Lord to go and speak, first one and one, then with two or three witnesses, as it is written in Matthew eighteen. This is the love that does not leave a soul to wander toward destruction. To pray for such intervention is not harshness but mercy, for the kindness of God is meant to lead us to repentance, and He is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

Understand what marriage is before God. Marriage is a bond ordained by God, and what breaks it is a severing and a dissolving. Adultery is not a small fault measured only by the injury done to a man or a woman. Whether a man defiles one who is married or one who is free, if he himself is bound to a wife, he has committed adultery, for he has transgressed the covenant and has insulted God Himself. The same is true for a woman. God avenges Himself in this matter, and therefore we conceal it from men but cannot hide it from Him. For this reason we must guard ourselves and teach the young that he who indulges in fornication will soon arrive at adultery also, for the heart that is not kept pure in secret will not remain faithful in covenant.

You have asked for clarity, for knowledge of God, for wisdom and inner healing, and for deliverance from temptation and from evil men and from the evil one. These are good requests. Pray for wisdom and God will give it liberally, that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, and walk worthy of the Lord. Pray also that love may abound with knowledge and discernment, that you may choose what is excellent and be blameless until the day of Christ, bearing fruit in keeping with repentance.

Concerning repentance, remember what the Scriptures teach about godly sorrow. Godly sorrow works repentance unto salvation which brings no regret. It is not mere tears or fear of consequences, and it is not sorrow because sin was discovered or because God cannot be mocked. Esau sought the blessing with tears yet found no place of repentance, because his grief was not true repentance, and his later intent to kill his brother proved it. In the same way, many mourn outwardly but do not turn. True repentance confesses sin against God and against neighbor, humbles itself as the prodigal did when he came to his senses and was willing to take the place of a servant, and then bears fruit. The church is a spiritual bath which wipes away not filth of the body but stains of the soul by many methods of repentance, and when the fallen one is restored after being excluded from the mysteries, he is received again being amended by his repentance. Do not therefore despair of repentance, for it is not excluded, but do not be deceived by a repentance that is only in word.

So continue to pray that she would not use the grace of God as license for immorality, denying our only Master, but that she would repent and return that times of refreshing may come. Pray that she would flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart, and that she would turn away from those who have a form of godliness but deny its power. Pray that her family and yours and all who counsel would have the fear of God which is to hate evil, and that the fear of man which is a snare would be broken.

And while you pray for her, keep watch over your own soul. Take heed lest you fall, for we stand only by grace if we continue in His kindness. He who is able to keep you from stumbling and to make you stand will do so as you continue in prayer, in fasting as you are able, in the work of the Word which is sharper than any sword, and in the duties set before you. Let any correction be done gently and firmly, with an eye on yourselves lest you also be tempted, and let it be done so that none is driven away from hearing the truth but is instead drawn to the Shepherd who restores the soul and makes us lie down in green pastures.

I join you in asking the Lord to raise up faithful messengers who will not be negligent in handling the Word, who will speak the truth in love and with reverence for the covenant, that she may escape the snare of the devil where she is held captive to do his will, and that others also may learn to fear sin. May the Lord grant you all protection from deception and lies, from evil and from the evil one, and may He grant inner healing where there are bruises and wounds, and strength to fulfill every pressing duty. May He lead you both into that holiness without which no one will see the Lord, and if He makes clean, we will not call unclean, for all Scripture is inspired and His mercy is perfect toward those who truly turn to Him through Jesus Christ alone, in whom alone is salvation.
