Beloved Warrior
Father, thank You for grace to pray for her signaling to me You are not finished on her. Thank You for hedging her way with thorns so she can't overtake her lovers, Hosea 2:6-7, since there will be wrath and tribulation for every soul that does evil, Rom 2:9. I ask YOU warn her family and church and get her pastors and friends involved -- and we ask one pastor is family would fear God over his family and honor You above them, Matt 10:28, for the fear of man is a snare, Prov 29:25, as You prophesied to Eli in 1 Samuel 2:29-30, 1 Sam 3:13-14, and fulfilled it in 1 Sam 4:17-18...

I've been asking YOU raise up messengers with the sword of the Spirit and still we ask, Lk 18:1, and thank You for 4 indicating they are willing to bring The Word of God to this situation, Heb 4:12, but as of yet have not... Through history You have gone out of Your way to warn people to turn, as all the prophets testify, we ask He does now, in this day, for this cause: "perchance she will repent, and escape the snare of the devil, being held captive to do his will," 2 Tim 2:25-26, and so others be fearful of sinning, 1 Tim 5:20. Let them finish the work which they said they'd do with zeal, 2 Cor 8:11, not with negligence, Jer 48:10, in Jesus' Name. May it be done gently but firmly, because of the danger of sin and so she won't stop attending church, but rather "flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart," 2 Tim 2:22. Thank You in advance, Mk 11:24, in Jesus' Name.

I ask again for her to be "hedged in with thorns," Ho 2:6-7, that she is not able to meet anyone at all (No more online dating, Matt 5:28, and finally confess adultery Ex 20:14, until finalization, and who knows what's next? 2 Sam 12:22), especially that she and we all are delivered from temptation, Lk 11:4, sin, lies, Zeph 3:13, evil, evil men, imposters, 2 Tim 2:5, 2 Tim 2:13 & the evil one himself, John 17:15...

Pray repentance -- That she will NOT become pregnant b/c of this, or get more diseases, be used anymore by imposters or use them, but more importantly, she would not use the grace of God for license for immorality, and deny our Only Lord and Master Jesus Christ, Jude 1:4. Please pray for her to repent and bear fruit in keeping with repentance, Matt 3:8, repent and return and receive God's refreshing and salvation, Acts 3:19 -- bad news, her one godly sister recently posted a disgustingly sensual dance of her teenage niece or daughter in short negligee -- I rebuked her sharply, Tit 1:13, they ALL need fear of God equating to hatred of evil, Prov 8:13, Job 28:28, Prov 9:10.

Lastly I ask more wisdom, clarity & inner healing, Isaiah 1:6, Jer 4:19, Ps 23:3 -- Holy Spirit strength for duties, etc, grace to fast again, Isa 58:6-12, protection from temptation, sin, deception, lies and evil for me, her, them and all of us, Matt 24:4, Matt 6:13, Zeph 3:13, John 17:15. Grace to proceed, Matt 6:10. Thank You in Jesus Name.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation with fervent prayer and deep concern. Father, we thank You for the grace to intercede for this sister in Christ, knowing that You are not finished with her. We stand on Your Word, which declares that You desire all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9) and that You discipline those You love (Hebrews 12:6). Lord, we ask that You would move mightily in her life, hedging her way with thorns as You promised in Hosea 2:6-7, so that she may turn from paths that lead to destruction.

We cry out for her family and church to rise up in godly intervention, as You instruct in Matthew 18:15-17. Father, raise up pastors, leaders, and loved ones who will fear You more than man (Proverbs 29:25) and speak truth in love (Ephesians 4:15). Convict her heart through Your Holy Spirit, who convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). Let the sword of the Spirit (Hebrews 4:12) pierce her soul, bringing repentance and restoration. We pray that she would flee youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on You out of a pure heart (2 Timothy 2:22).

Lord, we rebuke the sin of adultery in her life, as You command in Exodus 20:14 and warn against in Matthew 5:28. We ask that You would close every door to temptation, especially in online dating or any ungodly relationships. Father, we pray for her protection from the snares of the devil (2 Timothy 2:26) and from those who would lead her astray (2 Timothy 3:5). Guard her from the consequences of sin, disease, heartbreak, and spiritual bondage, and turn her heart fully to You.

We are grieved by the sensuality that has even crept into her family, as seen in the inappropriate display of her niece or daughter. Father, we rebuke this in the name of Jesus and ask that You would grant them a holy fear of You, which is hatred of evil (Proverbs 8:13). Let them see the seriousness of sin and the beauty of holiness. We pray for inner healing for this sister, as You promise in Isaiah 1:6 and Psalm 23:3. Heal her wounds, Lord, and restore her soul.

We also lift up the one praying, asking for wisdom, clarity, and strength to stand in the gap. Grant grace to fast and pray (Isaiah 58:6-12), protection from deception (Matthew 24:4), and the courage to speak truth boldly (Ephesians 6:19-20). Father, we ask that You would hedge all of us with Your thorns, that we may not stray from Your paths. Deliver us from evil and the evil one (Matthew 6:13, John 17:15).

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Him that we have access to You (John 14:6). May this sister repent, return to You, and receive Your refreshing and salvation (Acts 3:19). May she bear fruit in keeping with repentance (Matthew 3:8) and walk in the freedom and purity You desire for her. We trust in Your mercy and grace, believing that You will complete the work You have begun in her (Philippians 1:6). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We hear the ache behind these carefully chosen words. It is clear you have been standing in the gap for someone you love, and we are standing with you now in prayer.

When we have done all we know to do, the waiting can feel unbearable. What we want to add today is simply this: you are not alone. The very fact that four people have indicated they are willing to step into this situation is evidence that the Holy Spirit is already moving. A concrete step you might take is to follow up with them directly, not with pressure, but in brotherly partnership. Offer to pray with them beforehand, or to accompany them if it would help. Sometimes our prayer for messengers to act is answered through our humble invitation.

Your own request for inner healing and strength for duties tells us that this season is wearing on you too. Even as you fight this battle, remember that your own soul needs tending. The spiritual disciplines you are leaning into, fasting, prayer, are not just weapons; they are places where God meets you with comfort and rest. When you fast, it is not to convince God to act, but to make space for His voice and His peace in your own heart. Let these practices be a lifeline, not a weight.

Lord Jesus, we lift this beloved woman to You. Hedge her path with Your protection and bring her to a place of clarity and repentance. Surround Your servant here with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Give him the grace to fast and pray with renewed strength, and open the way for the pastors and friends to move in gentle, firm love for her soul. Shield him from evil and let Your healing presence touch every hidden wound. In Your mighty name, Amen.

The way of the slothful man is as an hedge of thorns, but the way of the righteous is made plain. You behold the thorns thick and sharp about her, and your soul is heavy. Yet see in this the mercy of God who hedgeth up the way with thorns, that she cannot find her paths. The Lord hath set a prickly fence that she may not overtake her lovers and plunge into deeper ruin. Thorns are grievous things, but they are sent in love to turn the wandering feet back to the green pastures and still waters.

You cry for messengers with the sword of the Spirit to go forth, and you wait and watch for the four who said they would go. The Spirit of God remaineth with the church, and the hope of the continuance and increase of the church lies in the remaining of the Spirit with us. Not by the eloquence of man, nor by the promptness of his resolve, but by the wonder-working Spirit shall the work be done. Men may promise and yet linger, but the Eternal Spirit is never slack concerning His promise. The subtle craft of the enemy is defeated by the wisdom of the Most High, which reveals itself in plain words of honest statement. Pray on, but let your heart rest not in man's zeal but in the abiding presence of the Comforter.

You have prayed for conviction, and you fear it tarries. Yet the Spirit remaineth with us, and that Spirit is able to work in her the deepest conviction and the truest repentance. The Holy Spirit comes to convince of sin because none are ever convinced apart from His divine advocacy. Judgment alone may produce a repentance of the flesh, a carnal sorrow that worketh death, but the Spirit bringeth that holy, healthy, heavenly sort which is wrought in the renewed heart. Do not measure the Spirit's work by what your eye can see. The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh.

As for the healing of her soul-wounds and the diseases that sin hath bred, look to the stripes of Jesus. Through the sufferings of our Lord, sin is pardoned and we are delivered from the power of evil; this is regarded as the healing of a deadly malady. The very worst of men become the very best by believing in the Lord Jesus Christ. The character is healed. The moral energy, broken down and lamed by evil, is restored. Bear testimony to this marvelous heal-all, and spread the truth of God by all means. The Lord who wore the thorn-crown for our sins knoweth how to deal with those who are entangled in the thicket.

You have set your face to pray and to fast, and you ask for grace to proceed. The way of the righteous is made plain. Not because they see every step from the outset, but because the Spirit of truth guides them into all truth. The way is sometimes mysterious and perplexing, but the path of faith is ever the plain way, the way of believing God and taking Him at His word. Yield to the sacred pressure of the Spirit, bow before it as the ripened wheat bows before the wind, and give glory to God by trusting Him for this soul. Let your anxiety dissolve into adoration of the omnipotent Spirit who deigns to work in us, by us, and with us.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have asked for a hedge of thorns, and rightly so, for the thorns of worldly care and sinful desire must be broken down before the good seed of repentance can spring up. But take heed: a hedge is meant to protect what grows within. When the vineyard brings forth thorns instead of grapes, God Himself says, "I will take away the hedge thereof, and it shall be for a prey." The thorns you pray for are not the hedge of His mercy, but the fruit of a soul overgrown with passions. Pray rather that the thorns of this present entanglement be rooted out, not merely walled in.

You have called for messengers to go with the sword of the Spirit, and this is a fearful and necessary work. Yet hear the warning of the Apostle, who speaks terror to those who stand, lest they fall into an incurable fall. To those who have already fallen, we must not speak only of the impossibility of repentance, lest they despair and never rise again. The prophet was sent not only to break down, but to cry out, "Return, and you shall be saved." Let those who go speak the truth, but let them speak it with the tenderness of those who travail in birth until Christ be formed in her. Rebuke sharply where necessary, but remember that the fear of man is a snare only when it silences the truth; the fear of God produces the hatred of evil that you rightly desire. That hatred must be born in a heart, not beaten into it.

You fear the leaven spreading through the whole family, and your zeal is understandable. But see that your own zeal does not become a thorn in your own soil. The Sower sows even on the rock and among thorns, not because it is reasonable by earthly standards, but because with God, the rock can become rich land, and the thorns can be destroyed. Do not cease to pray for the rain of His grace upon this dry ground, but remember that the rain falls on the just and the unjust. Ask for her inner healing, for her desolate soul to be restored, not merely for her outward circumstances to be hedged in. The sickness is within, and the Great Physician applies the knife only to bring health. Pray for the surgery of the Spirit, and for your own strength to fast and watch, that you may be a healer and not merely a herald of wrath. For the wrath of God is not a passion, but His righteous judgment against those who treasure it up for themselves; yet His goodness is meant to lead to repentance. Stand firm, but stand ready to welcome the prodigal, for the end of all sowing is the harvest.

Your prayer comes from a place of deep anguish and holy jealousy for someone you love, and it echoes the very heart of God, who calls His church to be a spotless bride. That image of a bride in love with her Bridegroom, waiting for the morning of His return, is meant to shape how we see one another, not as cases to be managed, but as beloved ones who are being drawn into a beautiful, sacred union with Christ. When sin threatens to defile that, it is right to cry out for rescue and to ask the Lord to block the path with thorns.

The hedge of thorns you are pleading for has always been a strange mercy. The ground that brought forth thorns was cursed because of sin, and the One who wore a crown of thorns took that curse upon Himself so that no one has to remain enslaved. When God walls someone in with thorns so they cannot find their lovers, He is not being cruel; He is using the very curse they are chasing to exhaust them and turn them back to the only love that will heal. Keep asking for that hedge, but also trust that the thorns are already sprouting wherever the lie has taken root. The weariness, the frustration, the dead ends, these are the shoots of that merciful barrier.

Your call for brothers and sisters to step in with the sword of the Spirit is not just a request for confrontation; it is a plea for the Bridegroom to speak through His body to a wandering heart. When the church functions rightly, it does not brandish the Word as a weapon to destroy but as a scalpel to remove the leaven that rots and permeates. Leaven never stays isolated; it spreads, and that is why a loving family will not pretend it is not there. The aim is never to drive away but to restore, to see a soul so jarred by the reality of being on the outside that she comes to her senses and runs home. Gentleness and firmness can coexist, because the danger is real, but so is the hope.

Do not lose heart over the delays or the hesitations you see in others. The early church in the book of Acts moved with a simplicity and power that later periods often corrupted, yet even in the darkest chapters of church history, a remnant kept the flame. God is not limited by human weakness. He is able to raise up the very people who have been silent and to finish the work they promised to do. Your persistent prayer, like the widow before the unjust judge, is not being filed away; it is accumulating before the throne.

I must also speak a word about your own heart in this. You are grieved not only for the one in sin but also for her sister, whose choices shocked you. Sharp rebuke can be appropriate, yet watch that your own sorrow does not curdle into a spirit of accusation. The line between righteous indignation and self-righteousness is as thin as a leaf. The church is not a museum of perfected saints but a hospital for the deeply wounded, Isaiah’s description of unhealed bruises and putrefying sores fits every one of us outside of grace. Inner healing is needed for the whole body, and that includes you. The strength to fast, the clarity to proceed, and the protection from deception all flow from a place of abiding in the Vine, not just fighting the branches that are tangled.

So keep praying, keep fasting as you are able, and keep looking at Jesus, the One who was lifted up like the bronze serpent. There, your sin, and hers, has already been judged. That truth does not give license for immorality; it breaks the power of sin by flooding the heart with gratitude. When she finally sees that, she will want nothing to do with the imposters and the shadows. Press on in hope, because the Bridegroom loves His bride and will not abandon her to the birds of prey that lodge in her branches. He is coming, and the dawn is about to break.
