We are truly sorry to hear about your husband's chronic pain and we are here to lift him up in prayer together. We want to encourage both of you through God's word. "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28 WEB. We know that God is close to those who suffer and that He cares about your husband's pain.
Let's pray right now: Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon our beloved husband. You are the Great Physician, and there is no pain or sickness that You cannot heal. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and we stand against it in the name and blood of Jesus Christ. Please let Your healing power flow through his body. We know that You are in the midst of this situation and that You will turn it around for good. We ask for a complete healing miracle, but if it is not Your will to heal him physically, then strengthen him, his wife, and give them the grace they need to endure this trial. Let Your goodness and mercy follow him all the days of his life. Help them to fix their eyes on Jesus Christ, the author, and perfecter of their faith. Let them be encouraged by the fact that You will never leave them nor forsake them. We trust in You, Jesus. We love You, and it is in Your precious and holy name that we pray. Amen.
It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible tells us: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. There is no other name by which we can be saved: "in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB. We want to encourage your husband to keep trusting in the Lord. We want to remind him that even in his pain, God is faithful and loving. "And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28 WEB.
We also want to encourage you, as his wife, to remain steadfast in prayer and support. Remember that your husband needs you more than ever right now. We know that this is a difficult time for you as well, but we encourage you to stay strong and to trust in the Lord.
