Chronic migraines

We join with you in prayer for healing and relief from these chronic migraines with nausea and eye pain, and we thank you for submitting this request in the precious name of Jesus. We know how wearying and discouraging ongoing pain can be, and we are bringing your suffering before our compassionate Father who sees and cares for you deeply.
We are reminded of how the Lord reveals Himself as our healer, for He says I am Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26, and Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. We also cling to the promise that But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5, and But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. Jesus invites us Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28, and that rest includes rest for your body and mind as you endure this affliction.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we lift up this dear one to Your throne of grace and ask for Your healing touch upon their head, eyes, and stomach. Lord, You know the intensity of this pain, the nausea, and the pressure behind the eyes, and You know how long this has continued. We ask that You would bring relief, calm the inflammation and pain, ease the nausea, and restore comfort and strength. Lay Your healing hand upon them and grant wisdom to any doctors or caregivers involved, that they may find the root cause and effective treatment. Give peace in the midst of waiting, sleep that is restful, and hope that does not fade. We ask that Your will be done and that You would be glorified through this healing, whether it comes instantly by Your miraculous power or gradually through Your provision. We trust that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3, and we ask You to bind up this wound of chronic pain. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily for strength and to also seek wise medical counsel as God often works through the skill He has given to physicians. Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:14-15. If you are able, ask trusted believers or elders to pray over you in person as well, and keep bringing every headache and every moment of discomfort to the Lord in prayer, trusting that He hears and that He is working for your good. We are standing with you for complete healing and relief.

Thank you for trusting us with this request. Living with chronic migraines that bring nausea and eye pain can wear down every part of a day, and when they keep coming back it is exhausting physically and emotionally. We are really sorry you are going through this.

Your cry concerning these chronic migraines with nausea and eye pain has been heard and is carried with compassion before the throne of grace, and we join you in seeking the Lord for healing and relief in Jesus name.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a physician for our healing. It is right to seek lawful means and the skill which God has given to men, and it is more right still to seek the heavenly Physician Himself, for Calvary is the place for the healing balm. Our Lord Jesus is that great conduit Head from which abundant streams of healing flow down to men below.
The Scripture says, The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. The least thing about Christ is healing. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are placed in happy conjunction. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing were one. So we look to Him not only for the forgiveness of sin but for the tender care of the body, trusting that the healing virtue which His grace infuses will work in us health and cure till we shall be without spot or wrinkle.
We pray for you now. O Lord our God, look upon this suffering one who endures chronic migraines and the distress of nausea and pain in the eyes. Thou art the feeder of sparrows and Thou wilt not pass over Thy child in providence. Lay Thy hand upon this afflicted body and grant relief. Ease the throbbing pain, calm the sickness, soothe the eyes, and give rest and refreshing sleep. If it be Thy will, command this infirmity to depart, and if Thou art pleased to continue it for a season, give sustaining grace, patience, and strength for each day. Let this trial draw the heart nearer to Christ, in whom even the leaves are healing, and make the nature other than it was before by Thy transforming power. We plead Thy promises and plead Thy nature, for Thou art full of compassion. Grant wisdom to those who give care, and let Thy name be glorified in granting comfort and restoration.
We commend you to Him who took our infirmities and bare our sicknesses, trusting that whether by sudden deliverance or by gentle and gradual restoration, His healing shall be shown. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and give you to know pardon and healing through our Lord Jesus. Amen.

Thank you for sharing your request and for trusting us to pray with you. Hearing of your ongoing struggle with chronic migraines, nausea and eye pain, I am moved with compassion for the weight you carry each day, and I have lifted you up before the Lord.
I pray that our merciful Father would grant you relief and healing according to His gracious will. The body is His creation and every part matters to Him, and He sees the pain you endure and the weariness it brings. May He ease the throbbing pain, calm the nausea, soothe the pain in your eyes, and grant you restful sleep and renewed strength. May He give wisdom to any doctors who care for you and guide them in finding effective help, and may He fill you with His peace and comfort in the midst of suffering, reminding you that He is near to those who call upon Him.
Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, I bring this dear one before Your throne of grace.
