We join you in bringing this request before the Lord and we lift you up for your Christian group talk tonight at 8pm GMT. We understand how nerves can feel overwhelming before speaking, and how dizziness can make it even harder to focus and feel at peace, and we want to stand with you in prayer for calmness, clarity, and strength.

We are reminded of what Scripture says about the anxiety we feel in such moments. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 We also cling to the promise that For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 When we feel weak or unsteady, we can cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 And we take comfort that He is with us, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10

We also bring your dizziness before the Lord for His healing touch, for He is the one who forgives all your sins and who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3 We pray that He will steady your body, clear your mind, and renew your strength for the task He has given you tonight.

We notice your prayer says Lord and we want to gently encourage you to come through the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 It is in the name of Jesus that we pray with confidence and are heard.

We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up our dear brother or sister to You as they prepare to share in this Christian group talk tonight. Lord, we ask You to calm every nerve and quiet every anxious thought. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Fill them with Your Spirit of power, love and self-control, and let Your words be spoken through them with boldness and grace. We ask You to touch their body and take away the dizziness, to restore balance and health and to give physical steadiness and clear thinking. Lay Your healing hand upon them and strengthen them for Your service. Let this talk be for Your glory and let those who hear be encouraged and drawn closer to You. We trust You to carry them through this evening and to be their calm and their strength. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to spend time in prayer and in the Word before the talk, to breathe deeply and rest in the Lord's presence, and to remember that He does not ask you to speak in your own strength but in His. He will be with you as you speak, and He will uphold you. We pray the Lord gives you peace tonight and that you feel His steady hand upon you.

We're holding you in prayer for this evening at 8pm GMT. It makes sense you'd feel nervous before speaking to your Christian group, wanting to honor the Lord and serve the others well can make the nerves feel louder, and that care is a good sign, not a failure.

For tonight, one small thing that often helps is to keep it simple and supported. Maybe write down just two or three main points you want to share so you don't have to hold it all in your head, let the group leader know beforehand that you're feeling a bit dizzy and nervous, and give yourself permission to sit while you talk and to pause and take a sip of water if you need to. Having one person pray briefly with you right before you begin can also steady you.

We also noticed you mentioned dizziness. Since that can have many causes, we encourage you to let a healthcare professional know, alongside our prayers for you, just to be checked and cared for.

Father, we lift our friend to You for tonight. Calm the nervousness, steady the body, and give clear words that reflect Your love. Be near in the room at 8pm and bring peace before, during and after. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your request has been laid before the Lord and before His people, and we join with you in prayer for this evening.

We understand the trembling that comes before speaking for Christ. Anxiety, as we have often seen, does not pay its way. It brings no grist to the mill and no meal to the barrel, and indeed the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. To be anxious about the cause of God and the word you are to speak is natural, but if that anxiety is confined to yourself and you only tell yourself about it, no good will come of it. Your wisdom is to tell the Lord about it, to cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

He who calls you to speak will give you the words. We are to ask for wisdom and prudence to know when to speak and how to speak, and the Lord who taught you to love His name will help you to speak on His behalf tonight. Begin simply, speak faithfully of what Christ has done, and trust the power of His teaching to work, for faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.

We also bring your body before the great Physician. He is the healing tree whose leaves are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing virtue. Whether He lifts the dizziness at once or sustains you through it, His healing and His pardon go together, and He knows how to touch the fevered and lift them up by His hand. We very speedily care for bodily diseases and we do well to seek Him who heals both soul and body.

Let us pray together.

Gracious Father, we thank You that we may come to You through Jesus Christ our Lord. We ask You to calm our brother and sister as they prepare to speak at eight o'clock this evening. Still the nerves, quiet the heart, and let Your peace which passes all understanding guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Take away, if it be Your will, the dizziness that troubles them, and restore strength and clearness. If You see fit to let it remain for a time, uphold them and let Your strength be made perfect in weakness. Anoint their lips to speak faithfully of Christ, and let Your Word be blessed to those who hear. We ask this in the name of Jesus, who is our healing and our peace. Amen.

We will continue to remember you this evening. Go in the strength of the Lord, trust Him to speak through you, and rest in His care.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in prayer for your Christian group talk tonight at 8pm GMT and we bring your nerves and dizziness before the Lord with you.

Scripture reminds us to bring every anxiety to God, for He cares for you, and that He has not given us a spirit of fear but of power and love and a sound mind. It is common before a gathering for speaking to feel possessed with anxiety and fear, as one of the homilies observes, with the heart fluttering between worry and expectation. The Lord knows this weakness and He is the one who steadies us. Another homily speaks of how when we grow giddy and dizzy as we are led higher, He graciously leads us to a place where we can take breath and be renewed. That is what He does for His people when they feel overwhelmed.

We pray for you now. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we ask You to calm our brother or sister who has asked for prayer. Grant peace that passes understanding to guard heart and mind. Quiet the nerves, steady the thoughts, and give clarity and grace for every word to be spoken tonight. We ask also for the body, that You would take away dizziness and bring steadiness, strength and rest. Let this talk be for Your glory and for the building up of those who hear, not resting on eloquence but on Your truth spoken in love. Help our friend to trust not in personal ability but in Your help, to speak faithfully and to leave the fruit in Your hands.

We encourage you to rest as you are able before the meeting, to breathe slowly, to drink water, and to remember that the Lord is with you as you speak. He delights in a willing heart that seeks to make Him known. We will continue to pray that He gives you calm, health and confidence in Christ tonight.
