Antivirus drink (2 mint tea bags, 1 green tea tea bag, add 1 liter hot water
Add 1 large piece of ginger that is cut up, add juice from 1 lemon
You can also add fennel if you like. Drink solution hot, or use concentrated solution to mix with water.
If vomiting or diarrhea, add a pinch of salt, and a Tablespoon of Brown sugar cup drank.

Cook Spaghetti at last minutes add chopped up long green onions, drain
Add a 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Tumeric
1/3 teaspoon Papricka
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup of water
Mix everything under high heat, once bubbling, serve.
