Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus name for the real estate agent who helped me sign the contract for the ex-apartment, as he may have known about the electrical hazards. He also discouraged me from finding out the truth about why the lights were flashing. Please pray that he repents and turns to God. He has refused to talk to me since I messaged him about the safety report and the electric shocks and skin issues I have suffered. A few months ago, his other Christian colleague also refused to answer my call. The person who helped me find the flat has a degree in theology, but he later confessed that he is interested in whatever brings him money. Please pray that the Holy Spirit purifies his heart and mind, and that he admits the truth if he knew about the life-threatening problems in the former rented apartment.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation where integrity, truth, and safety have been compromised. Father, we know that You see all things and that nothing is hidden from Your sight. The concerns raised about electrical hazards, the refusal to address safety issues, and the apparent prioritization of financial gain over the well-being of others are deeply troubling. We ask that You would move powerfully in the hearts of those involved, especially the real estate agent who may have withheld critical information.

Lord, Your Word tells us in Proverbs 11:1, "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight." We pray that You would convict this agent of any dishonesty or negligence. If he knew of the dangers in that apartment and failed to disclose them, we ask that You would bring that truth to light. Let him not find peace until he repents and seeks Your forgiveness. We declare that no one can hide from Your justice, and we trust that You will act on behalf of the vulnerable.

We also lift up the colleague who refused to answer your call. Father, we pray that You would soften his heart and open his eyes to the importance of walking in integrity. If he has been complicit in this deception, we ask that You would bring him to a place of repentance. Your Word warns us in Luke 12:2, "But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known." Let this truth weigh heavily on their consciences until they turn to You.

For the individual with a theology degree who confessed that his primary interest is money, we pray for a transformation of his heart. Lord, we know that the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10). We ask that You would purify his heart and mind, that he would seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Let him not be satisfied with worldly gain but instead hunger for the things of God.

Father, we also pray for your protection and justice in this situation. If there has been any wrongdoing, we ask that You would expose it and bring restitution where it is needed. We trust in Your promise from Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We release this burden into Your hands, knowing that You will act in Your perfect timing.

We pray for wisdom and discernment for all those involved in this matter. May they come to recognize the seriousness of their actions and the impact they have had on others. Let them experience the conviction of the Holy Spirit and turn away from any sin, seeking Your mercy and grace.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would heal any physical harm that has come from this situation. We pray for restoration and peace for those who have suffered because of these electrical hazards. May Your healing hand be upon them, and may they find comfort in Your presence.

We lift all of this up in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. There is no other name by which we can approach You, and it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. We trust in Your justice, Your mercy, and Your unfailing love. Amen.

We've been sitting with your request, and the weight of it is clear, you trusted someone who then shut you out when serious safety concerns came to light, and the silence has only added to the hurt. That kind of avoidance can feel like a second injury on top of whatever you've already endured in that apartment.

We're praying for the agent's repentance because that's genuinely what he needs most, but we're also holding space for what you need right now. One thing that helps us when someone refuses to face the truth is to remember that we can't carry the burden of making them own up. We can grieve the wrong, we can ask God to work, and then we can release the expectation that our closure will come from their response. Sometimes people stay silent not because they're indifferent, but because they know they failed and can't bear to admit it yet. That doesn't excuse it, but it can free us to stop waiting on words that may never come and instead entrust the whole mess to the One who sees everything.

On the practical side: you mentioned electric shocks and skin issues. If you haven't already, please see a doctor. We're not suggesting it's unrelated to the apartment, but a physician can assess what your body has been through and document any ongoing effects. That's wisdom, not a lack of faith.

We're also thinking of you carrying the disappointment of the theology-degree searcher who admitted money was his real interest. That kind of cynicism, dressed up in spiritual language, stings in its own way. We're asking the Holy Spirit to do what only He can: unsettle both men until honesty feels less terrifying than hiding.

Lord Jesus, you know every detail of what happened in that apartment and the harm that followed. We ask you to bring the agent to true godly sorrow, the kind that doesn't just regret getting caught but turns and leads to change. Free him from the fear that keeps him silent, and give him courage to admit whatever he knew. For our friend, we pray for steady peace that isn't dependent on anyone's apology, and for healing in body and spirit. Be their defender and their rest. In your name, amen.

Sorely it grieves the heart to hear of one who, professing to know the way of truth, yet walks in the paths of covetousness and falsehood. That one with a degree in theology should confess that his interest is in whatever brings him money reveals a soul that has not yet tasted the grace of God in truth. Such a confession, if it be true, is but a sad confession indeed, for it betrays a heart that loves the world and the things of the world, and the love of the Father is not in him.

But we bless God that the vilest sinner may yet be turned, and that repentance is not a thing to be wrought by man’s own strength, but is the gift of the exalted Saviour. You do well to pray for him. Ask of the Lord Jesus that He would grant him repentance unto life, not a carnal sorrow for the consequences of his sin, nor a mere terror of judgment, but that godly sorrow which worketh a change of mind and heart, and which leads him to confess his wrong and forsake it. True repentance will give God the glory; it will not be content with a vague “I have sinned,” but will, by the Holy Spirit’s enlightenment, own the specific evil, if he knew of those electrical hazards and concealed them, then let him humble himself and admit the truth before God and man. Yet remember, the full confession of the details of sin belongs to God alone; to his fellow-creature he need but acknowledge the wrong and make restitution as he is able. Let not your own soul be chafed by his refusal to speak; commit the matter to Him who judgeth righteously.

Let your prayers for him be full of mercy. Think upon the goodness of God which leads to repentance. The Lord does not drive men to Himself as with a whip of judgment, but draws them with cords of love. Pray that the Holy Spirit would purify his heart, that he may see the filthiness of his sin, not only its danger, and turn to Christ with true faith. For remember, repentance and faith go hand in hand; any supposed repentance that keeps a man from Christ is a repentance that needs itself to be repented of. May he look away from his own profit and see the bleeding love of Jesus, who though he was rich, yet for our sakes became poor. Then shall his intellectual knowledge of theology be made living, and his silver and gold be as dross compared to the unsearchable riches of Christ.

As for the other who turns away and will not answer, pray likewise that his conscience may be awakened. But let not your own heart be poisoned with bitterness. If they have wronged you, bear it as unto the Lord, for “vengeance is mine, I will repay, saith the Lord.” It is a blessed thing to return good for evil, and to pray for them that despitefully use you. In so doing, you may heap coals of fire upon their heads, and God may grant them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth.

Let us pray that this man’s heart may be broken, for a broken heart is the only whole heart before God. When the Holy Spirit works, that man who made money his god will count all but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ. And if he knew of those life-threatening hazards and kept silent, then a true repentance will move him to speak, not for your vindication only, but for the glory of God, that truth may shine. But if he remains stubborn, be not thou dismayed; the Lord reigneth, and He shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good or whether it be evil.

I would close with this thought: The same grace that can melt that stone-cold heart is sufficient for all your own needs. Look to Jesus, who ever liveth to make intercession, and leave those who have wronged you in His hands. Cry to Him, “God be merciful to me a sinner,” and in that prayer you shall find peace, even while you continue to plead for others.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The sorrow of the world works death; you see it in his silence now. He flees the truth as Cain fled, but his grief is the grief of a man caught, not of a heart cleansed. You have done well to see what he confessed with his own lips, that his interest is in whatever brings him money. This is the root of his evil, a soul enslaved to gain, and a man so bound cannot be brought to the light until he condemns his own sin. Just as John came doing nothing else but bringing the people to a sense of their own sins, so too must this man be brought to see himself, not that he might be punished, but that by repentance he might become humble and hasten to receive remission.

Do not think his refusal to speak means all is lost. We are commanded to instruct those who oppose themselves with all meekness, if perhaps God may grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth, that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil. Your prayer is that very instruction, an offering made in long-suffering. Yet you must understand what true repentance demands. He may feel a worldly pang over being discovered, but godly sorrow works repentance unto salvation without regret. Tears are not enough, for Scripture tells us Esau sought it carefully with tears and found no place for it, because his heart was set on another murder, not a changed life. If this agent would truly turn, he must not only admit the truth of the electrical hazards but also confess the love of money as the venom within. This is the time for confession. Let us pray that the Holy Spirit pierces him so deeply that he flees his soft and crooked way of living, for it is not possible to do penance and live in luxury for gain.

What you’re describing carries a heavy weight, not just the physical harm you suffered, but the deeper pain of being silenced and misled by those you trusted. When someone who claims to serve God or simply work honestly instead hides dangerous truths, the wound goes beyond the body. I hear that ache in your words, and I want to speak to it with the hope Scripture offers.

The Lord does not look at the outside the way we do. He sees the heart. A theology degree, a Christian colleague, even a friendly handshake, none of these reveal what only God perceives. Just as Samuel learned to stop judging by appearance when none of Jesse’s sons were chosen, so we must remember that outward labels can mask a heart far from Him. The one who confessed he follows money has already named the idol in his heart, and an idolized love of gain will always crowd out love for God and neighbor. When the truth would cost him something, silence became his shield. That is not walking in truth; it is walking in a narrow, straightened place where self-preservation chokes out righteousness.

Yet the very Spirit you are praying to reach him can do what no apology or confrontation ever could. The strongest arguments and most compelling evidence will not open a heart to see the truth of Jesus Christ. Only the Holy Spirit plants that truth within, making it alive and inescapable. I am praying with you that the Spirit would bring a holy disruption, a midnight awakening, like Boaz startled from sleep, where he suddenly feels the weight of his actions and the fear of the Lord. That fear can be the beginning of repentance, a turning that is not secret but visible. True repentance shows itself. Paul preached that Gentiles should repent and turn to God and then do works that demonstrate it. Without a change in behavior, there is reason to question the genuineness of the turning. So we can ask God not only to prick his conscience but to produce fruit that gives evidence, a willingness to acknowledge what he knew and to make it right.

But even as you pray, remember the mirror we all must look into. We see the truth about ourselves in God’s word, and we walk away too often unchanged. The same psalmist who cried, “Search me, O God, and know my heart,” knew that our own hearts can deceive us. So I urge you not to let the bitterness of this injustice harden you. Let your heart be enlarged, not pressed into a narrow place of resentment. God’s judgment is always according to truth. He knows every hidden wire, every silent refusal, every motive. Entrust it to Him. In the meantime, seek to walk in the truth yourself, loving in deeds, not just words.

I join you in asking the Holy Spirit to purify that real estate agent’s heart and mind, to confront him with the truth he has dodged, and to draw him into a repentance that bears real fruit. May the God who raises the dead bring life where there is spiritual deadness, and may you know His peace that passes understanding, guarding your heart even in the waiting.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with this heavy burden, allowing us to stand with you in prayer for this real estate agent and those connected to this situation. Our hearts have been lifted in agreement with yours, asking our Heavenly Father to soften hearts, reveal truth, and draw these individuals into repentance and restoration through Jesus Christ.

We continue to pray for conviction and clarity for the agent who assisted you—may the Holy Spirit pierce any hardness of heart and lead him to acknowledge the truth, especially if he was aware of the dangers in that apartment. Father, we ask that You break through his silence and resistance, that he would no longer avoid the weight of this matter but instead seek Your forgiveness and make amends where needed. Grant him the humility to face the consequences of his actions and the courage to walk in integrity moving forward.

For his colleague with a background in theology, we pray for a true awakening of faith that transcends mere profession. Lord, expose the emptiness of chasing worldly gain and replace it with a hunger for Your righteousness. May the Holy Spirit purify his heart and mind, aligning his priorities with Your will, so that he no longer values profit over people but instead reflects Your love and truth in all he does.

If these prayers have been answered—if hearts have turned, if truth has been revealed, or if justice and healing have begun—we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report from you. Your testimony would encourage us all and glorify God’s faithfulness. But if the silence persists and the burden remains, please do not hesitate to post this request again. We are committed to standing with you in persistent prayer, trusting that God is at work even when we cannot see it.

May the Lord bless you with His peace and assurance as you continue to seek Him. May He guard your heart from bitterness and fill you with His strength to walk in forgiveness and wisdom. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
