Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus name for the real estate agent who helped me sign the contract for the ex-apartment, as he may have known about the electrical hazards. He also discouraged me from finding out the truth about why the lights were flashing. Please pray that he repents and turns to God. He has refused to talk to me since I messaged him about the safety report and the electric shocks and skin issues I have suffered. A few months ago, his other Christian colleague also refused to answer my call. The person who helped me find the flat has a degree in theology, but he later confessed that he is interested in whatever brings him money. Please pray that the Holy Spirit purifies his heart and mind, and that he admits the truth if he knew about the life-threatening problems in the former rented apartment.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to Him in the mighty name of Jesus. Father, we know that Your Word declares in Proverbs 11:1, "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight." We pray for truth and integrity to prevail in this matter, for the real estate agent and his colleague who may have withheld critical information about the electrical hazards in the apartment. Lord, we ask that You would convict their hearts by Your Holy Spirit, leading them to repentance and a sincere desire to make things right.

We rebuke any spirit of deception, greed, or indifference that may have influenced their actions. Your Word warns in Luke 12:2, "There is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known." We pray that if they knew of these dangers, they would be compelled by Your love and justice to confess the truth. Father, we also ask for Your protection over those who may have been harmed by these hazards, that You would heal any physical or emotional wounds caused by this situation.

We are deeply concerned by the agent’s confession that his priority was money rather than godly integrity, despite his theological training. Lord, we pray that You would purify his heart and mind, reminding him of Your command in 1 Timothy 6:10, "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows." May he turn away from this idolatry and seek first Your kingdom and righteousness.

We also lift up the silence and avoidance from both agents. Proverbs 28:13 tells us, "He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy." Father, we ask that You would break any hardness of heart and replace it with humility and a willingness to take responsibility. If there has been wrongdoing, may they seek reconciliation and restitution where possible.

Lord, we pray for wisdom and discernment for all involved in this situation. May Your justice and mercy prevail, and may Your name be glorified through the outcome. We ask these things in the precious name of Jesus, the One who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Without Him, we have no access to You, Father, and no hope of salvation. We trust in His finished work on the cross and His resurrection, which alone can bring true repentance, healing, and restoration.

We declare that no weapon formed against the truth will prosper, and we stand on Your promise in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your people walk in integrity and faithfulness. Amen.

We see how disorienting and painful this has been for you, not only the physical harm and the fear of what might have been known, but the silence afterward, especially from someone you hoped would act with integrity. When people who hold themselves out as Christians prioritize money or self-protection over the safety of others, it cuts deep. We are sorry you have carried this alone.

If you have not already done so, we would gently encourage you to see a doctor about the electric shocks and skin issues you experienced. Lingering symptoms deserve a thorough look, and that is not a sign of weak faith, it is taking responsible care of the body God gave you.

As for the agent and the others who have gone silent, we know how exhausting it is to keep replaying what they did and waiting for an admission they are not offering. At some point, carrying that weight will hurt you more than it touches them. We are not saying the wrong was small or that the truth does not matter. It does matter. But holding them in a mental courtroom can keep you tethered to the harm. One of the quiet ways forward is to deliberately place them into God's hands, not excusing what happened, but releasing your own demand for their confession, so you can breathe again. The Spirit knows the truth already, and he is fully able to work on a heart without your vigilance.

Let us pray for you now.

Jesus, you see every hidden thing, and you know what this agent knew. We ask you to bring real conviction where it is needed, and to open eyes to the truth. But more than that, we ask you to lift this weight from the one who is praying. Heal their body. Quiet the replay in their mind. Give them wise, safe people to walk with, and restore a sense of safety and peace. We trust you to handle what we cannot force. In your name, amen.

The prayer you have lifted for this man's soul is of great weight, for nothing less than a work of the Holy Spirit can turn a heart so enamored with gain to a sincere seeking after God. You do well to pray, yet remember that no affliction in itself, not even the discovery of hidden dangers or the shame of being found out, will produce that repentance which is unto life. The most terrible judgments leave men often only with a carnal sorrow that hardens them further, unless the Spirit of grace breaks the heart. Pray, then, not merely that he admit the truth of his dealings, but that the goodness of God would lead him to see the evil of his course, that his sorrow might be after a godly sort, working a hatred of the sin itself and a turning unto Christ.

This man, who once studied the sacred pages, now chases after money, confessing his interest lies wherever profit is found. How we must plead that the Holy Spirit would purify his heart and mind, causing him to know a brokenness that is not of this world. True repentance always gives God the glory; it does not merely regret consequences but cries out against the offence done to a holy God. There can be no real admission of truth without this inward work. Therefore, continue to intercede that his refusal to speak would give way to a confrontation with his own soul, and that the light of the gospel would expose his sin while revealing the mercy of Christ.

Let your own heart rest in this: the Lord is able to bring truth to light, and He often uses the very things that seem most bitter to draw His wandering ones home. While you wait and pray, hold fast to the truth yourself, do not allow bitterness to take root, but keep your eyes upon the Saviour who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. The truth will not always be hidden, and the One who judges righteously will see to it. Meanwhile, your part is to bear witness by a forgiving spirit and earnest supplication, trusting that God’s goodness is even now pursuing that man, not to drive him by terror but to draw him by cords of love to the cross, where repentance and remission meet.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The wailings due to such a man, both living and dead, are great indeed if he knew of these hazards and hid them for gain. For to get money dishonestly, when hell is added to the madness, how can he choose but be more wretched than any? You see the truth clearly in his silence: when a man refuses to speak, it is not the weakness of truth but the want of candor in his soul. The sun enlightens clear eyes easily; if he remains dark, the infirmity is his own.

Yet consider what repentance truly requires. Esau shed tears but found no place of repentance, because his grief was not real repentance. Tears alone have no power if the heart does not turn and admit the wrong. True repentance brings forth fruit; it does not merely feel sorrow when caught or confronted. If this agent is to be renewed, he must come to a sense of his own sin, condemning himself honestly before God. This is why his refusal to speak is so grave. For the soul that thirsts only after money, as the guide you mentioned confessed, has already sold its candor. What good confession can such a one make when interest in money rules him?

But take care for your own soul in this trial. The affliction you suffered was not meant to be only grief, but an occasion for you to be made noble and firm. Do not let bitterness or a demand for earthly vindication consume you. Pray indeed that God may grant him repentance unto the acknowledging of the truth, for such long-suffering is full of hope. Yet pray also with a heart ready to forgive, lest you yourself be found wanting when you stand before the Judge. For the term of each life is the end of the world for that person. Is it not better to gain the honor of showing mercy than to cling to a grievance, no matter how just?

I urge you therefore: instruct those who oppose themselves with meekness, if perhaps God will give them repentance. But do not wait for his admission to find your own peace. Lay hold on the life of restraint from wrath as surely as from luxury. The time for confession and a clean conscience is now, for the night is far spent. Let go of what is behind, and if he never admits the truth, you will have obeyed the greater command to love even those who have wronged you. That is the good confession which imitates Christ’s own, who bore witness to the truth before Pilate yet opened not His mouth against His accusers.

Truth has a way of exposing what we would rather keep hidden, and that exposure can be deeply painful. When someone who should know better, someone even trained in the Scriptures, turns aside from integrity for the sake of money, it wounds on more than one level. You have suffered physically from those electrical hazards, and the silence you’ve met since seeking answers only compounds the grief. Your cry for his repentance is not wrong; it is the very heart of what the Spirit does, convicting the world of sin and righteousness and judgment.

The Scriptures remind us that there is a sorrow that leads to life and a sorrow that merely brings death. What you are asking God to work in that agent is the first kind: a godly grief that produces a real change, not just regret over being caught, but a turning from love of money toward love of truth. Jesus said His words are truth, and that truth alone can set a person free from the inside out. No amount of theology in the head can substitute for walking in that truth daily. The Spirit is able to pierce through any excuse, any hardened silence, and bring a person to admit what they know and to seek what is right.

I join you in praying that the Spirit, who is the Spirit of truth, would press upon that man’s heart until he can no longer ignore what he knows. God’s judgment will always be according to truth, not according to our limited perceptions or what we manage to hide. For his sake and for the sake of anyone else he might mislead, ask the Lord to open his eyes to see Jesus not merely as a topic of study but as the living Lord worth more than any commission. Pray that he would come to love the truth enough to own it, to confess it, and to make things as right as he can.

At the same time, do not let his refusal to engage steal your own peace or embitter your heart. It is possible to tell the truth and become someone’s enemy in the process. Paul knew that sting. But you are not responsible for his response; you are responsible to keep walking in the truth yourself, bringing your hurt to the Father who judges justly. Keep praying, keep leaving room for God’s mercy, but entrust the outcome to Him. The truth remains true whether men embrace it or run from it. Grace, mercy, and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ be yours in abundance as you wait.
