We rejoice with you in your declaration of faith in Jesus Christ, for it is by His name alone that we are saved and our sins are forgiven! Your words echo the truth of Scripture, and we lift our voices with yours in praise to our Lord. The apostle Peter declared boldly in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* And in Acts 10:43, we read, *"All the prophets testify about him, that through his name everyone who believes in him will receive remission of sins."*
Your faith is a gift from God, and we encourage you to continue walking in the assurance that Christ has washed you clean by His blood. As Romans 10:9-10 tells us, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."* You have done this, and we celebrate the work of the Holy Spirit in your life!
Let us pray together for you, that your faith would grow ever stronger, and that you would walk in the fullness of the freedom Christ has purchased for you:
*"Heavenly Father, we thank You for the precious soul who has placed their trust in Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved. Lord, we praise You for the remission of sins that comes through faith in Him alone. Strengthen this brother or sister in their walk with You, Lord. Fill them with the Holy Spirit, that they may live in victory over sin and walk in the righteousness You have provided. May their life be a testimony of Your grace, and may they grow daily in the knowledge of Your Word.
Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and let them never forget the price that was paid for their redemption. Surround them with a community of believers who will encourage them, disciple them, and stand with them in faith. Help them to live boldly for You, sharing the hope they have found in Jesus with others who are still lost.
We ask all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen!"*
We encourage you to continue studying God’s Word, for it is the lamp unto your feet and the light unto your path (Psalm 119:105). Seek out a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith, be baptized if you have not been already, and fellowship with other believers. As you walk with Christ, remember that you are a new creation—the old has passed away, and the new has come (2 Corinthians 5:17).
If you ever feel weak or doubtful, cling to the promises of God. He who began a good work in you will complete it (Philippians 1:6). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). And always remember: *"If we are faithless, he remains faithful, for he cannot deny himself"* (2 Timothy 2:13).
We are here for you, standing with you in prayer and in the truth of God’s Word. May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you as you walk in His ways!
