We join you in lifting up these many burdens and praises before our Father and we thank you for your heart to intercede for others and to seek His presence and Agape love for all who are praying here.
We agree with you that God is love, as it is written 1 John 4:8, and that in His presence is fullness of joy, Psalm 16:11. We pray that He will draw each of us closer to Himself and cause us to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Peter 3:18. We ask Him to stir every believer who reads these requests to bear one another's burdens and to pray faithfully for one another, for the effective prayer of a righteous person can accomplish much, James 5:16.
We lift up those who do not yet know Him, including the loved ones and children you mentioned, and we ask for their salvation. We remember that Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. We pray the Lord would open their eyes and bring them into a real relationship with Jesus Christ.
We pray for families to continue to study the Bible and pray together, to be like those who received the word with all readiness of mind and examined the Scriptures daily, Acts 17:11, and to keep His word diligently before their children, Deuteronomy 6:6-7.
We bring before the Lord all the children of those praying here. We ask for His protection over them, for He will give His angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways, Psalm 91:11. We pray they will survive tough times and grow in wisdom, for if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him, James 1:5. We ask for discernment and revelation, for freedom and restoration and wholeness, for He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, Psalm 147:3, and if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed, John 8:36. We pray they will understand His purpose for their lives, for we know His plans are to give you hope and a future, Jeremiah 29:11, that they will have a sound mind and a right attitude, for God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7. We pray they will maintain strong and fulfilling relationships, resist evil influences and destructive behavior by putting on the whole armor of God, Ephesians 6:11, and flee sexual immorality, for every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body, 1 Corinthians 6:18. We pray they will keep themselves pure and honor marriage, for marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled, Hebrews 13:4. We pray they will enjoy a successful marriage between a man and a woman as God designed from the beginning, and raise godly children, for children are a heritage of Yahweh, Psalm 127:3, and walk into the future He has for them. We also pray for a productive life moving in His purpose for each of us, that whatever we do we will work heartily, as for the Lord, Colossians 3:23.
We lift up the daughter and loved one you mentioned, asking for continued protection, favor, and safety from all dangers, for unity in the family, for salvation for her husband, for protection of her marriage, for success in school and to find her niche in the work world where she can use the gifts God has given her, 1 Peter 4:10.
We pray for your son, that God will guide him in the use of finances and help him to save and steward well, for the plans of the diligent surely lead to profit, Proverbs 21:5. We ask for healing from heart palpitations and for comfort from depression and difficult emotions, casting all anxiety on Him because He cares for us, 1 Peter 5:7, and that he will be strengthened to eat healthy and exercise and to honor his body as a temple of the Holy Spirit, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. We pray he will see and exercise his spiritual gifting and that the Lord will prepare him for a healthy godly marriage, for whosoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh, Proverbs 18:22. We encourage him to pursue courtship with a fellow believer in Christ with marriage as the goal, keeping himself pure until that covenant.
We pray for patients and their families and loved ones who are dealing with panic and anxiety, that God will save, comfort and calm them, that they will bring their requests to God and His peace which surpasses all understanding will guard their hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7.
We intercede for the woman who suffered abuse and now faces abuse from her former partner, asking for her salvation, healing, protection and a way of escape, for God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, 1 Corinthians 10:13. We pray for justice and safety and for her to be surrounded by godly help.
We lift up all single mothers who suffer with burnout, asking for salvation, rescue as they protect their children, and for provision and solutions, for our God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19.
We ask for safety in all travels and protection at destinations, for Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more, Psalm 121:8.
Father, we thank You that we can come boldly before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ alone. We ask all these things according to Your will, trusting You to work for good in every life represented here. We give You all praise, credit and thanksgiving, in Jesus name, Amen.
