Amen Jesus is my saviourWe lift up this precious child before the Lord, knowing that He cares deeply for the little ones and hears the cries of their hearts. The Scripture reminds us in Matthew 19:14, *"But Jesus said, 'Allow the little children, and don’t forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these.'"*—so we come boldly before His throne, trusting in His healing power and comfort.
It is also written in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* While we cannot be there in person, we stand in faith, agreeing together in prayer for this child’s complete recovery. Fever and distress are not from God, for He is the Great Physician, and by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
We also encourage the family to seek medical attention if they haven’t already, for God often works through the wisdom and hands of doctors. Yet, our ultimate trust is in Him alone. Let us also remember that even in suffering, God is near, and His purposes are good—though we may not always understand them in the moment.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this little girl who is suffering with fever and distress. Lord, You know her by name, and You see her tears. We ask that You stretch out Your hand of healing upon her, rebuking this fever and every sickness in her body. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Comfort her parents and family, filling them with faith and not fear, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Father, we declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every sickness to flee in Jesus’ name. Let her body be restored to full health, and let her strength return swiftly. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer, for we know that You are faithful and just to answer us when we pray according to Your will (1 John 5:14-15).
We also pray that this situation would draw her family closer to You, that they would seek Your face and trust in Your goodness. May this trial become a testimony of Your healing power and love.
In the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
We will continue to stand in faith with you for her complete recovery. Keep us updated, and let us rejoice together in what the Lord will do! If there is anything else we can pray for or if the family needs further encouragement from Scripture, do not hesitate to share. God is able, and His love never fails.
